My stay was great! the common area allowed our group to relax and play some pool and get to know fellow co workers. Parking was a little tough, but when you visit good hotels, they are busy so this didn't bother me a bit! Besides my shower head being broken, there was nothing wrong with my stay. Ill be looking for a TRU property on my next vacation for sure

Tru made Easter Weekend very comfortable. The breakfast was good and always full. Tru is located in one of the best sections of town with lots of shopping, dining options, easy parking, safe and quiet. Thanks for what you do to make your guest comfortable.

We stayed here last year for a baseball tournament, and after a positive experience last year...decided to return. We again enjoyed our stay. The common areas and rooms were clean, the outdoor patio and grass area is nice to have to enjoy the weather. The lobby area is comfortable (tons of seating) and our families played pool every night. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also ver convenient to many restaurants and stores, many of them walkable (our group of 16 year old baseball players walked to lunch, dinner, and to hang out). Would definitely recommend this hotel when you are in town.

Loved this hotel for the price! The shelving in the rooms and the non-carpeted floor was great. The $1.00 washer/dryer was perfect for cleaning my son’s baseball uniforms. Excellent breakfast and clean fitness center too!

The room was dirty smelled like urine , pool was not functioning, elevator was under repair, washer was being repaired some staff was ok other’s were not. For a 6 year old property it was ran down pretty bad. Very disappointed will not stay again.

Stay was supposed to be great. We checked in and preceded to our hotel room. The room looked great. Except when my husband went to use the bathroom he noticed that the toilet bowl had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Unfortunately it was not something you would want to clean yourself. There was no other rooms left on the first floor which I wanted because I had my dog with me. We had to wait for the front lobby person to come and clean it himself since it was a late check-in. (No housekeepers on staff). After finding that of course the room did not feel clean to me, I was so uncomfortable I couldn't allow my feet to touch the floor even though it looked clean I still felt dirty. Then that evening and the next evening we have the pleasure of hearing kids running up and down our hall and approached our door. They knocked really hard and loud. When I went to check they were gone. I did not get a Good rest during my stay. Upon packing up our luggage to leave, I found a clock/watch battery on the floor. I did stay with my little dog who could have easily swallowed the battery. Luckily I was the one to find it and he was not. So all in all it was not a great stay for me. Truly disappointed.

The room was super tiny. Hardly any room to move around. The floors around the edges in the bathroom had dirt, where the shower doors met the shower they were super dirty and gross. Found hair in bathroom sink and on shelf in bedroom. The beds were on a boxed frame and around the mattresses was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors under the bed and around stuff in the bedroom were also not clean. Staff has definitely been lacking big time on cleaning. Only good thing was the breakfast which was delicious

Common spaces were very clean and front desk was very helpful! I’m sure it’s common but it’s weird if you are staying for 2 nights your room doesn’t get cleaned while you are staying there. The chair in the room had a stain and the bed sheets/pillows were not comfortable. The mattress was stained and so was the sheet protector.

My stay was a mixed bag. The exterior, lobby and service were very good. The room was updated but definitely showing wear. The bathroom door did not close completely due to building settling. (Rehang the door!) The floor in our room was filthy. Remote, light switches, tv screen and heating /cooling unit very dirty. Everything else clean. Breakfast.... I only wanted toast. Dead toaster. Coffee good but you have to leave the room for it. Lots of traffic noise overnight.

Room was dirty. Upon arrival we had to have housekeeping change the sheets on the bed. Disappointed in the breakfast. Not really much to choose from. Front desk not very friendly upon checkin. Didn't really explain anything to us. Didn't ask for Hilton rewards so I never got my rewards. Lighting in room was confusing. Couldn't figure out bathroom lighting so most of time had to use bathroom in dark. The hotel was ok for one night stay but overall probably would not stay there again.

Pictures on the website are misleading of the size of the room for the cost. There is barely room to turn around. The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The road noise is very loud inside the hotel room.

The room was small, no closet just hooks, and no in room coffee pot, although there was free coffee in the lobby. The room was impeccably clean. I was there for just one night, a single king so I didn’t need or expect a lot. It had a nice common area with a pool table, tables and the swimming pool looked nice. The staff were great, professional and helpful.

It was very cold all over. I had to turn the heat up to get the room warm. Was very basic furnishings with only a straight chair to sit in. Only harsh overhead lighting. Otherwise clean and sufficient for an overnight stay.

Beds were horrible. Room was small. No where to sit to watch tv. Breakfast was cold no milk for cereal. Felt bad for the lady at the front desk. Visitors got into a fight and she had to clean up all the blood. Liked the fact that you could buy drinks and snacks at the front desk. Thought it was alittle pricey but needed to go for a funeral and this was handy to where we needed to be.

We had dirty linens and toilet in our first room and I called the service desk and the manager got us a new room and even ran new room keys up to us. She was very apologetic and dealt with the issue immediately. Excellent customer service 😊👍

The staff made it seem like it was a hassle that we came in at 3am. We drove from another state and wanted to make sure they held our room. After all, we were charged for it. I don’t think it’s fair that you could potentially lose your room that you already paid for by checking in late. Other than that, the hotel was great. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, cozy room! The breakfast buffet was a tad disappointing - there were not much to choose from. And if you wanted ice or something to be microwaved, you had to walk all the way to the lobby to do that. Plus the fridge in the hotel room is very tiny. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel and located next to restaurants and stores. Pretty convenient.
