Overnight trip to Taos and brought the dog along. Cute camper to stay in. Loved the Terry as it looks to the West and makes for great sunset. Great little bathroom/shower facility even though I could have used the camper it was a bit cramped. Has an outdoor shower if your so inclined. Clean facilities. Lots of stars at night. Will return.

A very unique place. Loved the brewery right next door! A great place to visit. Unfortunately we lost power and water during our stay and ended up having to checkout a day early with no refund.

Bathrooms in trailers themselves aren't always the best--our toilet was literally in the tiny, cramped shower--but there's a separate building with nice bathrooms and showers. The bed itself was clean and comfortable. Nice amenities (free coffee and cocoa, trolleys for moving your stuff from the parking lot to your camper, a shop in the lobby with snacks for sale, fire pits with wood for sale), beautiful view.

This property is one of a kind. The staff was so friendly and they had everything you could need. It was so nice to unplug for the week and be in nature. The proximity to hiking was perfect. The firepit was lovely and the view was incredible. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful!! There are shower/bathrooms located separately from the airstreams as well. Amazing views and close to shopping, food options and etc, not a far drive. The bed in the Spartacus, SO comfortable!!

Beautiful property with Mountain View’s and onsite brewery! It was quite cold and windy the night we stayed so unfortunately we weren’t able to be outside and have a fire as we planned. We enjoyed some brews next door. We were awaken by some very loud music that went on for a while from someone on site after 11pm. A little annoying since we had to be up at 4:30am and thought this would be a nice quiet stay. We stayed in Esmeralda. The trailer was cute although I could tell there had been dogs in it as I’m very allergic. Would be nice to have a pet free trailer option. We had the heater on which quit working in the middle of the night, it was 45 degrees in there that morning!

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff definitely went far and above expectations to ensure we were well taken care of. They provided everything we needed or wanted. In my case they provided us with Misty the cat just when I needed one most, my cat had just passed away. I plan to stay at Luna Mystica every time I am in Toas. Nothing I have experienced in my travels ever came close. Thank you!!

We stayed 2 days in Thelma, however we didn't get fresh towels after the first day. A tea towel would have been helpful to dry dishes because a small rack wasn't provided to place wet dishes. Also, please clean the heater. The dust/dirt was thick! However, people were great, location was great and it was a cool environment to stay!!

This was such a special place to stay. We were in Louise and our view was an uninterrupted vista of the desert and mountains with nothing in our way for miles and miles. The trailer was super clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Also, very dog-friendly. I wish we could have extended our visit for an extra few days!

We love this concept. Trailers were well restored and climate control was good for both warm and cool parts of the day. Comfort was a 4 because I wanted everyone aware of the limited space for suitcase etc. parking is close so we kept most everything in car.

Place is awesome with a great view. The camper was very nicely restored and clean. Very family friendly. Only improvements in my opinion would be coffee makers instead of french presses and only 1 outlet in the whole camper. It was in the kitchen area. Need 1 in the sleeping area. Very inconvenient for people that have to use a cpap.

Hubs and I stayed here in the "Esmerelda". The property and surrounding areas are absolutely gorgeous and the view of the mountains is incredible. I loved the copper detail with the green on the interior. Room came with a mini fridge, French press, & microwave. The water pressure and hot water in the shower was fantastic but they also have shower rooms that are attached to the lobby. Staff was very friendly and even wrote down some restaurant recommendations. Property was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The "Esmerelda" is great solo or with a parter. But if traveling with pets or in larger groups i would suggest one of the larger airstreams. But again, it was perfect for me and my husband. Looking forward to staying again during warmer temps. The stars at night were incredible but the "feels like" temps were in the negatives so I didn't spend as much time as I wanted to outdoor

This place is so cute! I'm kind of reluctant to review it, since I definitely want to come back and don't want it to get overbooked! But, with that said, I have to give it a great review because it is so cool, the staff is awesome, the location is gorgeous! Be advised: most trailers are on the small side. This isn't a place to stay where you just lay around your room the whole time -- this is some place to stay if you have fun plans in Taos during the day and then want to come back, have a fire, chill, and enjoy spectacular sunsets. And the sunrise in the morning over a cup of coffee!

Loved our stay at hotel Luna mystica… front desk was very accommodating and helped deal with some issues we had in our trailer We ended up staying in Apollo and it was spacious and well equipped … great upgraded appliances Loved the cool varied themes of the trailers, the bed was super comfortable, the stove and shower worked great Can’t wait to come back again

I stayed in one of the smaller campers, named Terry. This is a small space, even for 1 person. The shower is about 18" x 18", so you're better off using the public restrooms/shower. To use the toilet in the camper you'll need to leave the door open and sit at a 45 degree angle. The condition of the camper was a bit rough. They are doing construction on the site and on the second morning it started at 7:00AM. Trucks unloading gravel and the skid steer shoveling that gravel and relocating it. Very noisy for 7:00 AM. This construction was happening about 40 feet from my camper.

There is nothing else like this that I have experienced in my travels. Yes, there is nothing close by unless the brewhouse next door is open (but I don't drink so that's not really for me anyway) but the views are Fantastic! You can walk out in the morning and go past all of the other adorable little trailers and see mountains surrounding you on all sides. It's like a dark sky park with a giant, communal fire pit. We were there on a night that there were a couple of touring musicians staying there so they treated us to a private concert on there deck. You can shower outside at the shower house if you want. It would be perfect for a destination wedding on site and the day we left there was a group setting up for a wedding in the big tent the following day. I swear this place is magic. We were a little bit late arriving and they called us to make arrangements for late check-in so they are on top of the guest service. My only complaints are that the bathroom in our trailer, Donna, was tiny and cramped, and the brewpub next door has a bandshell and there was a very loud band on our second night so there was no escaping it. It wasn't a very good band either but they were done by 10 so it was tolerable. If you want a unique experience where you can get away from town and just chill with the spectacular views that make Taos so wonderful, I highly recommend Hotel Luna Mystica. I am definitely going back and will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

It would be perfect for a destination wedding on site and the day we left there was a group setting up for a wedding in the big tent the following day. I swear this place is magic. We were a little bit late arriving and they called us to make arrangements for late check-in so they are on top of the guest service. My only complaints are that the bathroom in our trailer, Donna, was tiny and cramped, and the brewpub next door has a bandshell and there was a very loud band on our second night so there was no escaping it. It wasn't a very good band either but they were done by 10 so it was tolerable. If you want a unique experience where you can get away from town and just chill with the spectacular views that make Taos so wonderful, I highly recommend Hotel Luna Mystica. I am definitely going back and will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Beautiful property with Mountain View’s and onsite brewery! It was quite cold and windy the night we stayed so unfortunately we weren’t able to be outside and have a fire as we planned. We enjoyed some brews next door. We were awaken by some very loud music that went on for a while from someone on site after 11pm. A little annoying since we had to be up at 4:30am and thought this would be a nice quiet stay. We stayed in Esmeralda. The trailer was cute although I could tell there had been dogs in it as I’m very allergic. Would be nice to have a pet free trailer option. We had the heater on which quit working in the middle of the night, it was 45 degrees in there that morning!

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff definitely went far and above expectations to ensure we were well taken care of. They provided everything we needed or wanted. In my case they provided us with Misty the cat just when I needed one most, my cat had just passed away. I plan to stay at Luna Mystica every time I am in Toas. Nothing I have experienced in my travels ever came close. Thank you!!

What an excellent long weekend in Taos! It was our first visit to Hotel Luna Mystica where we got to see snow in the high desert! Our trailer (Judd) stayed nice and cosy thanks to the space heaters. Service was excellent and friendly, as always, and we loved checking into the new lobby!

I can't speak highly enough of the Hotel Luna Mystica. This is a one of a kind experience that my wife and I will never forget. We stayed for 3 nights in Pollux, and everything from beginning to end was just wonderful. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything about the accommodations and the layout and lobby area are impeccably designed. Waking up to a view of the mountains, going to bed watching the stars, wandering the grounds to just be in the desert landscape — Luna Mystica is a magical place. Every amenity has been thought of in the charming renovation of the trailer. We loved everything about Luna Mystica and are already wanting to come back, though next time we'd make sure to book for a longer stay and in a bigger trailer for more space to spread out in. The day we checked out, we learned that the hotel was fully booked out for the following weekend for a wedding. What a brilliant idea!

Hubs and I stayed here in the "Esmerelda". The property and surrounding areas are absolutely gorgeous and the view of the mountains is incredible. I loved the copper detail with the green on the interior. Room came with a mini fridge, French press, & microwave. The water pressure and hot water in the shower was fantastic but they also have shower rooms that are attached to the lobby. Staff was very friendly and even wrote down some restaurant recommendations. Property was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The "Esmerelda" is great solo or with a parter. But if traveling with pets or in larger groups i would suggest one of the larger airstreams. But again, it was perfect for me and my husband. Looking forward to staying again during warmer temps. The stars at night were incredible but the "feels like" temps were in the negatives so I didn't spend as much time as I wanted to outdoor

I was looking for a quiet place to stay. Hotel Luna Mystica was perfect. On the outskirts of town, away from traffic and tourists. Now I went in early November, which is a slow season so I was told. I was there for the first snow fall, which made the experience magical! I had the perfect view of the Taos mountains. Outside temps dropped below freezing, especially at night, but the trailers were very cozy and warm. I can't say enough of the wonderful staff, they were very accommodating and friendly. They did everything to ensure my comfort, and warmth by giving me extra blankets which I didn't need. I would highly recommend Hotel Luna Mystica to anyone traveling to the Taos area if you want a different, mystical experience!

Hotel Luna Mystica was a very unique property with stunning views. Dog friendly, comfy beds, easy to access showers, and great staff! We were in town to snowboard and the proximity to the ski valley, plaza, hiking trails and the rio grande bridge could not have been more perfect. Will be back to stay this summer!

The only way short of camping to be out in the middle of nowhere and experience the night sky and the quiet is at Hotel Luna Mystica. Also there was a fabulous pizza restaurant just a few miles away. We stayed five nights. The toilet in Spartacus was very cramped but it worked. All in all worth it. The staff is great and it is so nice to stay a place without all kinds of signs indicating not to do this or that.

Bathrooms in trailers themselves aren't always the best--our toilet was literally in the tiny, cramped shower--but there's a separate building with nice bathrooms and showers. The bed itself was clean and comfortable. Nice amenities (free coffee and cocoa, trolleys for moving your stuff from the parking lot to your camper, a shop in the lobby with snacks for sale, fire pits with wood for sale), beautiful view.

There is nothing else like this that I have experienced in my travels. Yes, there is nothing close by unless the brewhouse next door is open (but I don't drink so that's not really for me anyway) but the views are Fantastic! You can walk out in the morning and go past all of the other adorable little trailers and see mountains surrounding you on all sides. It's like a dark sky park with a giant, communal fire pit. We were there on a night that there were a couple of touring musicians staying there so they treated us to a private concert on there deck. You can shower outside at the shower house if you want. My stay was peaceful. Perfect location to feel a part of nature but with the comforts of glamping. Staff in the office was delightful, gift shop is cute. It was wonderful to have coffee on the porch each morning of my trip. The ambiance of the location is worth every dollar spent.

We LOVE this place. The first time we stayed was 6 years ago and it has some nice improvements since then. The front office is lovely and filled with some souvenirs to remember your stay. Every front desk person we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. They have a big variety of trailers you can stay in, all with their own personality to fit your vibe. They also have fire pits for each trailer and you can buy wood onsite. Such a beautiful way to take in the scenery. The gorge and town are a quick drive. Go with friends, your partner, or even a family reunion. They have different options for gathering spots. Can’t wait to stay again.
We LOVE this place. The first time we stayed was 6 years ago and it has some nice improvements since then. The front office is lovely and filled with some souvenirs to remember your stay. Every front desk person we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. They have a big variety of trailers you can stay in, all with their own personality to fit your vibe. They also have fire pits for each trailer and you can buy wood onsite. Such a beautiful way to take in the scenery. The gorge and town are a quick drive. Go with friends, your partner, or even a family reunion. They have different options for gathering spots. Can’t wait to stay again.
