I had a very disappointing experience with the manager. I stayed at this location for nearly a month and spent over $3,000. The pool and laundry facilities had been out of service for over a year, yet the listing did not mention this. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. We live fairly close by, but came up a day early so that our kids could swim before the day of their event. There were no notices stating that one of the main amenities was not working. We were never notified of this, and we actually only told after they had run our credit card at check-in staff said a quick “oh by the way, our pool isn’t working.” This was the entire purpose of the stay. Had we known beforehand we would’ve booked somewhere else completely.

Got there and the pool was out of order. Room was filthy. Dirty foot prints all over the bathroom. Mouse poop in the corner of the foyer. Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers were empty. Only 1 wash rag for 3 people. Was super disappointed!!!

Property A/C unit in room #302 was broken. Thr staff did accommodate us and move us to a better room with working A/C. The "clean" towels had previous stains on them. Not something you want to use to start a fresh day. No coffee was ready when breakfast was said to start. I'd say it's only a good hotel for a quuck stay.

Roaches. There were roaches. As soon as I went into my room after checking in, I opened the door and there was a roach there to greet me. Also, there was clumps of hair on the floor in the bathroom and near the refrigerator. The hotel elevators were also filthy. The area around the hotel is very nice though.

The hotel is filthy. Carpets, elevators, walls, bathroom, hallways. I’ve never stayed in a Holiday Inn Express that was so dirty. We actually had to switch rooms after the first night. Management was helpful, but did not change the fact that the hotel was filthy.

The hotel representative upon checking in assigned us an occupied room. Was embarrassed to walk into someone’s paid room. There could have been a confrontation with occupants. Scary. The same hotel representative was not knowledgeable about was in the room. Ironing boards, iron, water, what rooms were facing the front of the building. The breakfast staff did not want to replenish the eggs and other items 1 hour before the breakfast was due to be over when asked to do so by a guest. The trash was over flowing at elevators. Not changed frequently. The shower pressure was terrible. Shower head just tinkled water.

Great staff, clean hotel, but I was so disappointed in the bed. The mattress dipped so bad on both sides that I had no choice but to sleep in the dip. If I tried the middle I’d roll into one side or the other. Also, the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. I won’t stay here again.

I had a room with a door to the adjacent room. Very poor sound insulation between the rooms. I could hear the person snoring loudly in the room behind me and the women in the adjacent room as if they were in my room. They were loud and showed up late. I got no sleep. I asked to be moved to another room the next morning and was moved to a quieter part of the floor. Very poor sound insulation between rooms.

Checked into the room. notice the bed on both side were in bad shape worn down. Both side had dips in the bed. Told the front desk they moved us to another room same thing but not as bad. The beds were in bad shape need to replace all beds.

The bed in my room had other people’s hair all over the sheets and a towel in the bathroom had lipstick on it. When I called the front desk to see if somebody could come to the room to change the sheets, the employee had an attitude and said “no, but I could come to the front desk to get some new sheets.”

We traveled to dripping springs to attend a dear friends wedding. Our stay was very comfortable and the holiday inn was very clean. It was convenient, the parking was great and the staff was amazing. We would definitely come stay again if in the area.

Stayed here when visiting one of the local breweries in Dripping Springs. Found the location to be excellent and in easy walking distance of local amenities. Staff were absolutely amazing and would use this hotel again should I find myself in Dripping Springs in the future.

It was overpriced for how dirty and stained the property was. This property needs to clean the carpets as they are disgustingly dirty. The furniture in the lobby was also stained from food and spilled drinks. The pancake machine was broken for breakfast, and the pool was half full with algae infested water. This property is not well maintained, but with it being one of the few near athletic facilities, they are overcharging guests.
