this was our third time staying at this hotel and it is very well-maintained, comfortable and clean. the weekend breakfast was better than expected. my only complaint is that they have the WORST tv stations ever. Parking is easy and convenient and employees were very pleasant

Good location, nice pool, clean and comfortable room. Our bathroom door did stick which was annoying, couldn't do anything about it. Breakfast was the same everyday, ate out not liking the little omletes they had and boxed eggs as most places have.

We always stay at this particular hotel when we have to come to Greenville for my dad’s doctors appointments. The only negative is trying to get to the hotel because there’s no traffic light for when people are exiting the interstate. That’s the only negative we have to say. The hotel is impeccable otherwise.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. this time there were several things which surprised me. Black mold in the shower, no housekeeping services during our 2-night stay. our toilet was stopped up and the front desk said no one was there to tend to it. We had to get a plunger and do it ourselves.

All the staff were nice and I appreciate them working the holidays. My room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Trash was left from previous guest and side tables had stuff that should have been wiped down. Dining area was clean and maintained.

This hotel is right off interstate, convenient for a night during a long trip. However our experience during this stay was not pleasant. Our bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, I saw smeared red color on the floor between the counter and the toilet. Although the standard check out time was 11am next morning, and we had the no-disturb sign hang out at our door, still, a female staff member choose to ignore the sign and kept Ed knocking at our door around 9:35 am to wake us up. I thought it was next door so we didn’t open our door; then s few minutes later she came back and kept Ed knocking at our door again!! We opened the door asked what the urgency since we have the non-disturb sign out side, she told us “I just want to know if you guys have checked out yet”. We checked in around mid-night after a whole day’s driving with a baby, and have another whole day’s driving next next day. This staff member’s action is unacceptable. I believe the professional approach would be ask your front desk colleague first, or at least wait until after the check out time.

The first room we had on the second floor was awesome but when we came back for our second stay we were giving a room that had mold and the carpet was soaking wet and smelled awful. We then got moved to another room that had mold on the Ac and the bathroom was not clean so the next day we had hoped it would've gotten clean but no one came to clean it.

The place was pretty dirty (mostly floors). They did not have daily cleaning service, nor did they tell us they wouldn’t. Will be looking for a nicer hotel next visit.

Joel checked us in, and he was fabulous. Very personable and professional. Our room was spacious and tidy. The only complaint was the noise from the top floor as well as from the highway. Otherwise, everything was terrific. We'd stay here again.

Doors to the room had to be push hard in order to close it. Front desk lady not nice and it’s sad because I have stayed there quite a few times. I will have to reach out to manager.

with an hour left of drive to this hotel, received a call that they were sold out. attempted to ask for another type of room but was only talked over by woman that called and left me to figure their mistake and get a refund. do NOT appreciate the hour on the side of the freeway it took between call placed to me then time to figure another hotel, and STILL working to get a refund for the payment.

Friendly staff, clean common areas and rooms. Breakfast wasn’t very good. No coffee maker in rooms (which it’s listed that they do), which is huge for us, honestly would have picked another hotel based on that alone, had it been an accurate representation. TV had issues (had to have staff come fix it). Overall, not a terrible stay, but we won’t be back just based on those few things, too many too choose from that have better amenities.
