Make sure you get a room facing the trees and not Cracker Barrel; road noise on that side is loud. Room: floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in a while, room surfaces not cleaned, dusty in numerous areas of room. Bedroom trash cans I guess staff doesn’t know how to open a trash bag and put it into the trash can. We just simply put them on top here. Beds old school inner spring beds. No pillow top or latex pad. Bathtub shower/split very slippery could be dangerous for elderly. AC worked well but it was 65 degrees outside so. Elevator floors dirty. Trash can overflowing near pools backdoor. Parking lot difficult to get into if coming from southern exit.

It was very comfortable stay. I slept well and enjoyed a good breakfast the next day.

The best thing I can say is that the staff here go above and beyond! I am overly appreciative of the way I was treated during my stay! Breakfast buffet was absolutely impressive and the atmosphere/lounge was very private and comfortable! Already planning my next visit! Thank you again for making my family of 6 feel welcomed and comfortable ☺️

The room was nice. The shower was great. The breakfast food was good.
