Amazing time great amenities and useful facilities

I liked that the Tesla level 2 chargers were in the parking lot.

I like the pool area and the bar. Staff are very courteous and helpful! Clean, comfortable rooms.

Clean room, friendly staff, the bartender was nice

My stay was wonderful. However I was disappointed that there were no lounge chairs by the pool. My whole point in staying there was to layout by the pool. And also there was only one table with an umbrella. I travel to the area often because of family living there. I hate that this will be my deciding factor for not returning to your hotel. Aside from that your hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Fire Pit was a Plus

Nice hotel but for price would been nice to have breakfast and pool was freezing and not hot tub. Has bar but drinks were pricey.

The room wasn’t as clean as it has in our prior visits.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to stay at a hotel. Upon check-in front desk lacked empathy to begin with, due to a death in the family I needed to check in early, however; front desk stated check in was at 3 not noon & currently had no rooms available. I totally understand the No clean rooms on their part; but, it’s how the lady said with such aggression. The lady noted my phone number & stated she would call me as soon as there was a clean room available. I then decided to call the corporate office to see if I could get an early check in & the sweet lady notated in the system about my needs, within minutes I received a phone call from the hotels front desk @ the Lake Jackson Marriott stating a clean room was available. Upon checking in (I prepaid through a third party) I was asked for a debit/credit card for incidentals & again due to unforeseen circumstances I didn’t have a physical debit/credit card on me. I let her know I only had Apple Pay, she stated she needed a chip card for fraudulent purposes? I asked her if there was anything she could do as I had nowhere to go, she called her supervisor but an exception was declined for the ApplePay payment which they accepted by the way. I was able to get a debit card& to my surprise the shower baseboard was moldy & the power went out as I was coming down the elevator, for the second time. Then housekeeping came into my room even after DNT sign was on door as I was getting dressed to checkout. Overall, a terrible exp.

Nice hotel however you can hear everything. I mean literally everything. The rooms next to you, the rooms above you, everything in the parking lot. Literally everything. Sleep was rough always getting woken up. Wouldn’t stay here again just for this reason. Hotel was in nice condition, clean, and staff was very friendly.

Clean, quiet hotel close to where we needed so it would have been perfect. The only downfall was that the ac in our room would not kicked in. As if there was only a fan running. We got there just in time to go to bed and not one of us could get comfortable because we were so hot all night long. By morning the room was barely cooling down.

Speaker out side elevator played at different volumes throughout the night. Wouldn’t be bad except we had a room right next to it. Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and was given a special code that wouldn’t work either. Upstairs neighbors were having a dance party throughout the night that keep us awake and the front desk didn’t do any thing

We stay in hotels quite a bit for softball and volleyball tournaments. This hotel was the best by far we’ve stayed at in quite a while. Very comfortable, quiet with thick walls and better insulation. We are often out the door so early that places that offer breakfast don’t have it going yet so I’ve started trying places like this that don’t offer breakfast for free. What this location did offer was a very comfortable stay with cool, quiet room and comfortable beds. Very nice desk clerk who put together an ice pack out of shower caps for my daughter‘a knee.

It was nice and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. Loved the updated look. Only complaint was we booked a room with a king sized bed and sofa and we got put in a room with 2 queens no sofa. I really love a sofa so I dont have to sit in bed to eat or use my laptop. Other than that it was nice.

Beds were comfortable but they are not queen size. More like doubles, very small

Front desk was very helpful

Very good location. A minor incident when checking in, we were given a room w joined access door to next room. People next door were very noisy and we did not unpack or touch anything, waited a few minutes but the noise got louder, people were braking glass or bottle. Because the noise we asked to change the room. There was a different lady at the reception, no name tag or Marriott uniform. She did not want to change the room, she told us that she will call the people and if they are still making noises, after calling them 4 times, she will ask them to leave the hotel. Very unprofessional course of action. So we were to stay awake all bight till the 4th strike? The hotel was not full, so I asked again to give us a different room. She refused. The 2nd receptionist, very nice Asian gentleman, intervened and changed our room. Second room was perfect.

Check in receptionist was super nice. Our stay was really good, I’m glad we found a room there last minute after a beach day.

The girls who worked the front desk were excellent very helpful, sweet and professional.

Was very nice. Alittle noisy as I could hear the freeway traffic. But tolerable. Overall a very nice stay. The ladies that were there at my check in were the sweetest.

Be aware breakfast and coffee in lobby is not free there is no restraunt just a little bistro with limited food. Small coffee is 4$

Only disappointment was breakfast. I reserved the room for two and selected to purchase the breakfast. They made my husband pay for his breakfast.
