I like that rooms have frig and microwave too. The only thing is that there is no drawers for your clothes. There are not enough hangers either. They do have there laundry on 2 floor.

This was perfect distance from the wedding venue. The room was comfortable and clean. AC was quiet. Bed comfy. Great snack area. Breakfast was ok. Coffee needs to be hotter. Not a fan of hotel breakfast but the waffles were awesome and loved the Texas shaped one. Overall would recommend and stay again.

The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of my room. The shower was not clean. There seemed to be some sort of mold on the wall and the toilet. Then to top it off as we were getting ready to leave there was a roach in our room. Not a big one either. It was a small filth roach. I paid 300 dollars for the room because of spring break prices but that feels like a total rip off

The tv is not up to date and does not have streaming capability. The carpet in the room was worn and seemed dirty. Housekeeping did not empty our trash or refresh the towels at all during our stay from Friday to Monday. A piece fell off of the shower head and bathtub is worn and dirty looking. The caulking in the bathroom is unsightly.

When I arrived, it was good. The lady that checked me in said her name was IVY. The room had dental pick on floor and dustballs and hair. I did appreciate the H2O. The next 2 girls I came in contact with were cold fish. Did not smile. Did not care to interact with you. Then they said there was no IVY that worked there.

This wasn’t my favorite Hampton I have stayed in. We got the King bed suite. The mattress on the pull out coach was THIN and stained. The room didn’t have bedding for the pull out so we had to go to front desk to get it. Lamp base was broken. Towels were worn, thin and old looking. For the price per night I expected more.

Checkin was easy. The girl at the desk was very helpful with things to do in the area. Great location if you’re going to the rodeo. They offer a free breakfast with hot food options. We stayed on Easter and the wonderful girl at the front desk gave us Easter candy. Such a nice touch.

Access to the property off 281 was difficult. No clear directions or signage to indicate the best & safest route to the hotel. This was also apparent once inside the shopping complex roads. Once I dIscovered the access road below the car washing area it was a bit easier at least to get to the hotel but again, no signage to indicate access to the hotel from that location.

The hotel and staff were great. The rooms were very nice. Three things I thought could use improving. 1. The door to my room took way too long to close. 2. The towels could have been better quality and 3. The cutlery for breakfast needed to be better quality. I hate cheap cutlery packages.

But if you like (what tasted like) boxed eggs and unmelted cheese on a pressed omelet, with sweet sausage then you will have a feast. There were many choices including fresh fruit, hot oatmeal with toppings, variety of cereal, pancakes and waffles.
