I would grade my overall stay at the hotel a B+. I was a litttle disappointed when I arrived at the hotel with my 2 young boys that the swimming pool was down for maintenance. I received a call from the manager who apologized and offered a discount on the room that I gladly devoted instead of trying to leave. The hotel was very clean and easily accessible. The beds were a little stiff for my comfort and not the normal beds I’m accustomed to when staying at a Marriott hotel. The free breakfast and coffee was good every morning except the last when the only proteins were scrambled eggs and a cheese English muffin. I was grateful when I did leave a pair of shoes there, and called to ask they had them at the front desk and I was able to go back and retrieve.

This was hands-down the best place I stayed at during my 10 day vacation. The staff is AMAZING. This is a new hotel, VERY well appointed. You will love the room and bathroom. Nice bar that serves food and a nice breakfast in the morning. There is a decent gym and pool with hot tub. Shout out to RYAN who was the bartender that night, he normally manages the kitchen, but made our night as the bartender. Thank you everyone that works here, you are a rock-star team!!!

Hotel is fairly close to downtown. If you’re willing to walk there’s no quick route to get to the Main Street, where typical fast food or other coffee places are as the railroad tracks separate the hotel and the main road, you’ll need to walk down the street about quarter of a mile and journey along the main road. We stayed on the first floor and the doors are loud when they close. The train does roll through a few times but not overwhelming noise. The pool and hot tub are an added plus. There’s a “restaurant “ but is seasonal, odd to us and wasn’t open but whatever, roadhouse is the closest place to eat and get drinks. Service was friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel. Pool and exercise room were amazing. Only think I didn’t love was the water pressure in the shower. But everything else was great! Everything was clean, kitchen is nice for extended stay. Breakfast was good too.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear people talking in room next door. “Modern” shower without doors results in water everywhere. The cheap flooring is damaged as a result. Excercise room is TINY. Do not recommend.

Check in was delayed as the room wasn’t ready. I’m not sure if they are short staffed but we tried to check in just after 3 pm and were told it had been hectic and the room wasn’t ready. Not a big deal. This is the second time we have stayed here and I find that the rooms were clean but not thorough. Last time we found some personal items left behind by the previous guests and this time there was a used face cloth in the shower. Again, no big deal but I feel like the cleaning is not being done as carefully as it should be for the price of this hotel. Front desk service is always friendly. The bar was closed this time for both nights of our stay as well. This seemed odd. Again, maybe they’re running on a skeleton crew?

We arrived and nobody was at the front. Three families sat and waited for service. Once in the room, the shower had black mold on the white tiles, this isn’t an old hotel, bottom of the shower was brown and dirty. We stayed here a year ago and were really surprised by how dirty and run down it has become. It’s also really noisy, the doors slam, freeway traffic is loud. For the money, we wish we would have stayed at a different hotel and won’t be back.

The property was modern and clean. Breakfast was good for a family/kids. The “pull out couch” was AWFUL! It pulled out to a flat surface without any cushioning or a mattress. It was just as hard as sleeping on the ground. I do not recommend anyone consider sleeping on it. We were there for a weekend baseball tournament (along with many other families) and the hotel booked a private event so no one was able to access the lobby seating and the restaurant from 5pm to midnight on a Saturday. Super disappointing and inconvenient.

The hotel & room were beautiful and our room was very spacious for us plus our college student’s 15 bags as we were staying there prior to his move in. Unfortunately, the combination of the uncomfortable bed, thin pillows and noise from I-90 made for a restless night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was okay. We ended up cutting our stay short because we were exhausted from not sleeping well. We also ended up being overcharged for our stay and are now working on getting that resolved. We will not be staying here again.

The bed was rock hard and the walls were thin. We stayed her for Thanksgiving and thought of we have to be away from home we want to be somewhere really nice. This wasn't. Everything looks great but the bed and pillows were garbage. We will never stay here again and will tell all our friends and family not to.

It’s not near the cute downtown or university, it’s by the freeway near fast food places, which is ok. It’s a nice brand new hotel, it looks lovely, well decorated. Between the poor insulation and noisy neighbors, we couldn’t get any sleep.

Great place for convenience and clean. However there breakfast service was below subpar. The service staff hid in the kitchen until patreons had to find them to ask for more eggs, milk, waffle mix, coffee and plates every time. At 8 o'clock into breakfast service they where out of everything and brought out the smallest frying pan of eggs. Quickly gone by the waiting 4 or 5 guest. Was a very sad breakfast experience for many people.

My sister and I made an unexpected trip to Ellensburg to care for our parents. We found this hotel to be a comfortable, restful haven. The staff were all friendly and cared for our needs. We were pleasantly surprised! It's a new property, well designed, food and bar we're pleasant surprise, particularly because it was a little removed from the hubbub of the strip. I think a bit more signage for getting us to the hotel because it's situated off and in back of the strip. Google maps got us there just fine but there was no signage along the road that we could see. We'll be back and use it to break up the trip to Central and Eastern Washington wine country...

I was put in a room overlooking the roof, not that there's much to look at. I was also in a room next to the elevator. The ice machine on the 2nd floor does not work. The free breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. I saw the cook? used his bare hands to place the quiche in the hot plate after his tongs didnt work. Pretty gross! I did not eat any. The staff was very friendly, though I rarely encountered them. The hotel is very clean. I dont believe I'll stay at this particular hotel again.

Beautiful room. Okay stay. The breakfast disappointed. The breakfast server looked angry for being there, breakfast sandwiches hard and cold and not much food left or restocked over an hour before it was over. Had to ask for coffee creamer. Hampton is much friendlier and well stocked breakfast so is Holiday Inn. We had fire alarms testing going off at the end of our stay very loud and were never warned about it. Not sure if I would choose again over Hampton or Holiday Inn.
