2nd floor hallway was not vacuumed in a long time. It was not the cleanest hotel not dirty but had some things that could use attn.

The pool was clean HOWEVER the "deep end" was only 2 feet deep. So if you were planning on actually swimming, don't plan on it. The door from inside the hotel to the pool was broken, so we had to enter the pool from the outside. Not a huge deal, but you can tell the door had been broken for awhile. We could also hear our neighbors next door. They weren't being loud, just normal conversation- but the walls were a little thin. They gave us out room assignment and when we got the the room, the door was propped open by the lock. I looked around and most of the doors were like that. I went in the room and everything was clean, so I realized the maid service probably left them open on accident. Our room was ready and settled in. Turning on the shower was not self explanatory at all. You may need to call the desk for help. The floors in the elevator were gross. And the carpet outside the elevators as well. It looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, if not more. When we walked in to check in, there were 2 young ladies working the desk. They both just looked at me. After a few seconds I asked who I should go to to get checked in. After they looked at each other, one of them volunteered. When I stepped up, I saw they had full plates of food. The mattress had craters. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. When I called and asked for some, they told me I had to come down and get them myself. Staff was very friendly and helpful room was clean loved our stay there

All of the hotel amenities were fine.

Wish they enforced quiet hours as in other hotel properties. Had the room next to us, 221 party until 2AM. Lousy sleeping and nothing we could do.
