Great place to stay. Clean environment and location is right off the freeway. Rooms are very spacious. The pool is a little small but heated to warm temperature. Property is walking distance to nearby restaurants and movie theater. We would gladly stay here again.

We arrived at 5:00 pm, check-in is 3:00 pm. Waited for one hour before our room was ready although we were told just a few minutes. The desk clerk was rude and said she felt disrespected when we started inquiring after 30 minutes. No paper towels in the lobby restroom. We were told the hotel manager was out buying more. The pool was closed on Sunday morning.

The room was in good condition. Pretty size for a family of 6. Hotel didn’t have any extra pillows for the pull out couch. I called ahead of time before I booked to make sure the pool was in good condition. Pool was green and smelly once arrived.

Had a very good stay. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the property felt safe, the breakfast was excellent. The Jacuzzi would trip its breaker every few hours but the staff were great about resetting it when needed. Thank you for that!

Other than the elevator being broken and having to use the stairs to bring our belongings into our room it was a good stay. Only stayed for a short getaway and did not have any issues. Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom.

Bathroom sink and bathtub drains were partially plugged up. Bathtub in particular filled up with water while taking a shower. Cleanliness was good. Beds were comfortable. Lighting is poor in the room and so-so in the bathroom. Another chair (only 1 in the room) would have been nice. Hot breakfast was good. Front desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and efficient.

Our stay was okay. The fridge wasn’t working we got milk for my grandson and it spoiled cause the fridge wasn’t working. The restroom was not cleaned. The toilet and shower was gross but I’m the type that doesn’t complain.

The front desk clerk (it was the same woman for both check-in and check-out) was absolutely lovely. All of the staff we interacted with during our stay were very nice and professional. The only complaint about our stay is that the mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel all of the box springs on my side of the mattress and my husband said his side felt like sleeping in a hole. Everything else was great and we would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable. My only two complaints were the freeway noise and the terrible shower head. No way to adjust the water pressure. It was actually painful and sprayed everywhere

The stay at this hotel was great! The only thing I didn’t like so much was the air conditioner was quite loud, making noises that kept me up. Now granted I’m a light sleeper so it’s not necessarily the hotels fault. Other than that the staff were soo friendly and gave us great recommendations for local eateries! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

All staff I dealt with were awesome. Very friendly and kind. My room was very clean, had a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. The only issue I had was the air conditioning. You aren’t able to set the fan to run unless cooling and I don’t believe it ever got to the temperature I set for sleeping. Therefore, I didn’t sleep well. Next time I will pack a fan

Paid allot of money to stay here and our room 201 should be a storage. It is right next to the washer and dryer room and people stay in there and bang the doors. The person above us when they took a shower you can hear the water flow down the wall, it was like a water fall all night. The door is hard to open and was cut at the bottom and you can see into the hallway. TV in room was gone and no trash bags. I did let the front desk know and they offer me 500 rewards points but for what we paid I thought this place was going to be great. Will not stay here again.

My check in was so great - Cristal was friendly, engaging, and helpful! There is nothing better than checking in at a hotel and being treated like a human. The air conditioning was cold, the pillows were amazing, and the space was clean. Would definitely stay again - plus super convenient!

Had a late night check-in hoping everything works be ready for us but had to ask for pull out linens. Second time this trip that's happened with them when the linens are supposed to be in the room. Bed had weird white granules on it. Asked for replacement from the black front desk night staff and she said she was resetting a password with IT and would bring it in a few minutes. After 45 minutes, I went down to get the replacements because I was already exhausted after getting in late only to find her hanging out at the front desk. Ridiculous.

No one at check in. We stood for 10+ minutes and finally called the hotel to get a live person. Of course no one answered but we let it ring until the clerk showed up. By then, there were three customers in line to check in behind us. No time for restaurant suggestions or other info. The peeps behind us would have killed us.

Checking in was a mess since their computer system crashed and the staff was unable to verify reservations or issue room cards for over an hour. The staff offered granola bars and water while waiting. Eventually were shown to a room off the main lobby where could rest. Roughly 30 minutes later were hand delivered room keys. Room was spacious and clean but door to room wouldn't safety lock. Breakfast was fine and rest of property seemed ok too.

The property was hard to find in North Albuquerque. The check in took time, the check-in searching for passwords to use. The next day the room was not cleaned, no clean towels. Checked in on it and was shown a letter at the check in counter on the their policy of cleaning rooms, towels, etc. At check in would have help to be shown the letter. The continental breakfast scrambled eggs was creamy, the sausage paddies looked steamed and gray, the bacon was the heat up kind, no fresh fruits, bread looked stale, did not eat. At check out talked to the clerk of my Hotel experience, she looked at me and did not offer a reply. Said I am going back to Hilton hotels.

Having stayed at a Fairfield Inn in Tempe, my expectations were high. This hotel was very dated, nothing like the Tempe location. In addition to the overall run down feel, the conditioner was empty in shower. Breakfast was mediocre, again NOTHING like our Tempe experience. Glad I wasn’t spending more than 1 night.

Front desk workers always provided excellent service. Breakfast was ok, same thing every day. My room was clean enough better than others I’ve stayed at before. Bed was super comfortable! Loved the pillows. It was too noisy. Definitely stay here again.
