The only complaint we had was that the elevator doors seemed to close too quickly when getting on the elevator. It was hard to get bodies and bags in the elevator without the door starting to close.

Pristine clean room!!! Thank you so much! Able to really rest well because everything was spotless! Marisol and Cleo ran a fantastic breakfast. Again, spotlessly clean and the selection was broad and delicious. Thoughtful touches abound, like crustless quiche for those avoiding gluten. We also noticed an outdoor grilling area, fire pit with lounge seating, and a nice pool area with a lift to make it fully accessible for guests who can benefit from that. Our room also seemed wheelchair accessible. Many thoughtful touches for everyone! We would definitely stay again!

Nice property, but zero sound proofing done. Doors slam loud and shake walls all night long. Alarm we did not set went off at 6am. Then housekeeping loudly knocks on our door at 7 AM despite the do not disturb sign on the door. Woke up to curly hair in our bed. We contacted Marriott and the offered us points which equaled less than $10. Pretty sad.

Great hotel and location for UF university. Hotel was very clean and provided room cleaning every day without request unlike many other hotels these days. Breakfast was ok coffee available all day was nice and staff were great. Didn’t have to drive far to go to any restaurant lots to choose from.

Had issues with the bathroom sink not draining. I brought to the attention of management and they did not.I had to leave the hotel mid trip due to unsanitary conditions . Management was non responsive to assist.

I love Marriott Hotels! However, being that Marriott is in the sleeping business, the mattress's were way too hard and uncomfortable. The linens were like sand paper to my skin and the pillows were horrible! The air conditioner is too loud and kept going on and off all night long and waking us up! Amazing location and staff! This Marriott needs to get softer linens, pillows and mattress's.

We love staying here on our long trips from the Panhandle to South Florida. Very clean. Netflix friendly TV. No carpet which I love due to our kid’s allergies. Lovely stop or even to stay a few days. Lots of things to do nearby.

After pre paying for my stay, the guest associate took my card and charged me for the room. I assumed it was for incidentals. When I told her I already paid she said “oops, I don’t know how to change that. I’ll let my manager know tomorrow.” So in the hotels desperation to get that extra $25 incidental fee on the books as quickly as possible they charged another nights fee. And of course it’s immediately withdrawn but will take several days to get back to me.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was in great condition and in a great location. Monsie was taking care of the breakfast area and she went above and beyond. She greeted every guest, was constantly cleaning and refilling and even taking dishes from those that were finished. She definitely did a great job!

5* rating on everything except the breakfast food options. I was disappointed that individual foods such as bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs weren't an option. Package waffles, cold hard boiled eggs, ciabotta sandwich that included powdered egg,teenie piece of canadian bacon, cheese, not good.
