es un hotel que tiene fácil acceso, el estacionamiento es un poco chiquito para subir y bajar, pero nada que uno no puede hacer haciendo ciertos movimientos, las instalaciones me parecieron bonitas, aunque se ve que le falta un poquito más de limpieza, ya que mi habitación olía un poquito extraño, estuvo muy cómodo, la cama y las amenidades, estacionamiento, gratuito, es un hotel literal, para descansar, no tiene muchas cosas de recreación, como alberca, etc., digamos que se da de negocios

Courtyard is a reliable brand and this did not disappoint. Nice high ceilings in the rooms. Minus a star for plastic water bottles, which pollute. Please instead provide potable water with refillable washable glasses. The location is extremely handy but only for business travelers. Tourists should avoid it (not walkable, ugly area, noisy freeway). If there were security guards in the parking lot, they were so discreet I couldn't see them. It made me nervous about my car. The hallway from the parking lot to elevators is dingy and depressing, it needs brightening up. The parking lot has no hotel signage or logo; I kept wondering whether I was in the right place. The freeway noise in the parking lot is deafening but in the room is only a faint hum. There is no good lighting for a woman to apply makeup, please add some over where the makeup mirror is. Thank you for the quality blow dryer. The breakfast buffet was fine. Small gym was large enough and the equipment was in good condition. Overall good value if you have business to do in the area. Rooms in excellent condition. I will certainly return.

El hotel no tiene una atmósfera fría. El restaurante pequeño y con poco variedad. Pero lo peor de lo peor el estacionamiento. De varios niveles, hay que maniobrar para tomar cada rampa de subida o de bajada. Por el precio no lo vale.

Todo bien, lo unico es que en las noches, el aire acondicionado o las tuberias hacian un ruido muy fuerte, como si azotaran una puerta, eso me despertaba en las noches. Lo reporte a recepcion.

Desde que hice mi reservación pedí información sobre el check in y si tendría que pagar algún extra ya que llegaría de madrugada, me confirmaron que no era necesario, llegando al hotel me dicen que tengo que pagar otra noche completa, ya que era de madrugada tuve que acceder porque no conocía la zona y mi taxi ya se había retirado. En la mañana me atiende otra persona y me comenta que sólo debí haber pagado por media noche, pero no me hicieron ninguna devolución de mi dinero ya pagado.

Desde que hice mi reservación pedí información sobre el check in y si tendría que pagar algún extra ya que llegaría de madrugada, me confirmaron que no era necesario, llegando al hotel me dicen que tengo que pagar otra noche completa, ya que era de madrugada tuve que acceder porque no conocía la zona y mi taxi ya se había retirado. En la mañana me atiende otra persona y me comenta que sólo debí haber pagado por media noche, pero no me hicieron ninguna devolución de mi dinero ya pagado.

Muy mala experiencia el hotel 1) no contó con servicio a huéspedes el sábado 16 de restaurante ni room service, 2) no tuvieron agua potable para los huéspedes todo el fin de semana, 3) no asearon mi cuarto durante toda mi estancia y 4) muy ruidoso del exterior y entre habitaciones. No lo recomiendo y no vuelvo.

Courtyard is a reliable brand and this did not disappoint. Nice high ceilings in the rooms. Minus a star for plastic water bottles, which pollute. El único inconveniente fue el restaurante pésimo servicio, era buffet a las 9 am y no había jugo me sola busque mi mesa y tuve que ir a buscar cubiertos café etc ya que los meseros no estaban organizados

Good stay. Like a European experience. Nice rooms, kind of small, but very nice. Some small details need attention, like a blinking light from the TV furniture, not working telephone handset (only the speakerphone). Terrace was closed. I would stay there again, but just little things that need improvement.
