Wonderful hotel. It was a pleasant surprise showing up here. The rooms are very clean, the hotel sits on a man made pond that you can walk around. The gym is fully equipped and overlooks the heated pool and outdoor fire pits. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Wonderful view of sunrise and sunset around the fire pit. Lots of birds to view at “pond” and no interactions with them while eating outside was a bonus. It’s set back far enough from highway to be quiet and still convenient. Adam and Willy at the bar enhanced my dining experience with delicious suggestions of food and beverages. Room was very clean and well stocked. The pool area was delightfully lit up, pool changes colors. My only regret, I wish I had tried the pool, it’s heated and imagine it would have been very relaxing.

This was a truly outstanding experience!! I have travelled for work for about 34 years and have grown very tired of the same old hotels. Your hotel was a great surprise from the minute I pulled up. It was very well kept, private and quiet. The decor in the hotel were great. All of the front desk clerks I dealt with were truly professional. The pool and porch area were beautiful and a great place to relax both in the morning and at night after work. The bartender (white gentlemen with longer hair) ran all over the place serving the bar and the dining area and did an OUTSTANDING job!! He was the icing on the cake that made the visit a truly great one!! The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the chair by the bed was actually comfortable for me to get my work done with the portable table. Most hotels have mediocre furniture at best that comes across as more decoration and for actual use. This was a great stay and I really appreciate it!!

1- Room was advertising as with a bathtub. Only walk in shower. 2- Bathroom was not clean when we arrived with dirty towels on the floor and used unflushed toilet. 3- we were offered a new room, but no upgrade.

The hotel is located off the interstate, but it is still very accessible and it is near many restaurants. The pool was nice during the day. Pest control may need to be utilized a bit more. There was a roach hiding behind the towels in the restroom. I've never experienced a roach during my many years of hotel stays. It didn't effect the stay, but it did make me a little bit nervous about was there more. Overall, the hotel experience was good!

This hotel was in a strange location (near car dealerships). It was not sound-proof at all. I could hear people all night. Someone else flushing their toilet in another room sounded like it was in my room. It was a good price but I'm giving it 3 stars.

Spacious suite . We did have issues on the first day with cleanliness but thankfully the manager on duty took care of our situation right away and compensated for the inconvenience. Other than some WiFi issues we had a comfortable stay.

There were sports teams and lots of children screaming and running up and down the hall well after midnight and we had to call the front desk to get anyone to do anything about it. We were near the lobby so the front desk clearly heard what was going on. Quiet time hours need to be enforced without asking. People have early flights to catch.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Also, in a good location. Coffee maker and coffee was a disaster, shower head was leaky and had horrible water pressure, water didn't get very hot, wifi was not good, beds were loud and the base seemed way too small for the mattress.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a local date night and were pleased with our stay! The hotel was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The dining and pool areas are beautiful. The only cons would be a lack of microwave in the rooms (I expected one but that was my mistake when I read the room descriptions) and the included breakfast was confusing to receive. The menu is fancy and was lacking anything close to a traditional American breakfast. Knowing all of this, we would still recommend staying here and will stay here again!

The place was far enough away from the highway so that it was quiet but also conveniently located. I loved the engineered foot rest in the shower - very clever! The low star rating is because they double charged me and it still isn’t resolved a week later.

The location is so convenient, the hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, and the staff was TOP NOTCH! The customer service we received was beyond amazing! Everyone was positive, courteous, and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!! I will definitely be staying there again!

Arrived at this hotel with my 2 and 3 year old after reserving and paying for my room. We arrived around 9:00PM only to be told no room was available. The blame was placed on Expedia. I was left scrambling late at night because this hotel overbooked or there was a lack of communication between Expedia and Indigo.

Very nice hotel in a good location near Woodland Hills. Everything very convenient with short drive (3-5 miles). Nothing around the property itself, so you need a car. But the location makes it quiet and probably explains the reasonable price for such a good hotel. Restaurant also decent to good.

Clean and quiet area. The property is set back from the main road with not a lot around it for now. We selected this property as it is newer and is close to major businesses, especially City Place and the Woodland Mall.

Super friendly staff at reception, room smelled new, decor was modern. Bath products work well and smell SO good. We came for a concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell pavilion and were thrilled that it was so close by! Also nice and quiet at night and appreciated that even though it felt a little sketchy to drive to, it was well set away from the highway and traffic noise. This was our first time attending an event there but we’ll definitely stay at the Indigo again if we go back!

This property was in a very quiet area. It was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed on a busy weekend but it wasn't loud or chaotic. We were close to our venue, close to freeway and just a few minutes drive to food and a wonderful mall.

It was a comfortable & clean room, easy access off the highway for our quick trip. However, the advertised times for dinner and breakfast were not adhered to—in fact, the evening staff said “we’re closing” and it was an hour before the stated time that dinner ended. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 7 am and at 8:30 am there was still no service or even coffee in the lobby.
