Gorgeous property. Great food at breakfast. Cocktails and very good food available in the evening at the bar. Bartender Sandra was terrific. nice indoor pool, work out room, pool table and meeting rooms. the hallways leading to the rooms have art on the walls which is a great touch. rooms spacious, well appointed, great shower pressure and hot water. the hotel seemed very upscale for a very reasonable price.Even have a plush bench and telephone on each floor at the elevators. great breakfast. even had omelets to order Mon- Friday. I would stay there again

My #1 request was indoor pool. It was closed. Sent us next door said we could use Fairfield pool. It was closed. Sent us to another and it was a tiny lap pool outside that was too cold to swim in. My family reunion was ruined. No one cared.

We stayed for one night prior to our flight from RDU. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Pleasant, professional staff. We ordered dinner from the bar and ate it outside on the patio which was very nice. They have a shuttle to the airport, but it doesn't start until 5. Our flight was at 5 so we ubered. It was only about a 10 minute ride. I would definitely stay here again if I have an early flight out of Raleigh since we live 2-2 1/2 hours away

The room was very large and laid out well as a suite. The breakfast options were plentiful. We especially liked the made to order omelets but they aren’t available every day. The outdoor patio and fire pit was very relaxing and inviting. This hotel was a nice surprise to us. Price was also very reasonable.

The indoor pool water was cold, not heated so couldn't use it. The breakfast was advertised on the website as having waffles and sausage. NO waffles or sausage available. I usually stay somewhere else when I come to Durham area for my medical appointments. I probably will go back to the other place as they have a heated pool and a waffle maker. The omelette station was good and the other offerings on the breakfast were good too. Room was clean. Lobby and common areas clean. Nice outdoor patio. Convenient parking. Front check in desk staff needs to be more welcoming. Nice facility but please change your website to be more reflective as to what you have. Why would you have an indoor pool that is not heated? Very disappointed.

Hotel was new, clean, and comfortable. It had a room with a pool table and tv which was cool. Breakfast was good. Only thing was I put my name on the airport shuttle list for 7am and the driver didn’t show up til about 7:10.

The room was comfortable. The shower stands out! It is big, walk-in, great pressure. Loved the shower. The shower glass door had finger prints, the mirror in the bathroom had tooth paste, even the toilet was NOT clean. It looks like they rushed in to make the bed and left. There's cooking stove, mini fridge. It was definitely sufficient, but housekeeping could have done better at vacuuming the carpet, cleaning the glass door in the shower, etc. Breakfast was ok. Many varieties, including waffles!

The housekeepers did not come to Saturday afternoon we had to get fresh towels and washcloths from downstairs they wouldn’t bring it up to the room which I thought was horrible since no one came to clean u til Saturday afternoon at least we could have fresh towels and washcloths daily it is the summertime

Though the bed was made, the water glasses supplied had been used--they had water in them and clear lip prints on the edges--and there was mold/scum growing in the shower in multiple places, as well as brown/orange spots of unknown providence on the bathroom walls (which rubbed off easily with a damp towel). I called the front desk about the dirty glasses, and the employee there apologized and delivered me two bottles of water--but did not offer to remove the dirty glasses, or replace them at any point with new glasses. I ended up placing them in the hallway, and they were eventually picked up, but still never replaced. When I mentioned these complaints at checkout, I was given a new Hyatt rewards account and 2,500 points in compensation.

Carpets were wet, not damp but yet. So was the sofa which they asked we didn’t put our luggage on. There was a dampness in the room. We both slept awful!!! They should have told us at check in as we would have cancelled the booking and stayed else where.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean, but while I stepped into the shower I immediately noticed a moldy odor. I looked around the shower, which was very clean and finally spotted a black mold spot on the ceiling. I flew in to Durham to consult with a surgeon for skin cancer surgery. Black mold might not cause skin cancer, but definitive cancer. If I can smell and see it, why can‘t the hotel employees and management? The health of the guest should have priority.

We reserved a king room with pull out bed. Got a 2 full-size bed. With one bed so close to a wall. We couldn’t close the bathroom door. No outlets that worked to plug in our electronics to charge. Offered another room. That room the neighbors were smoking weed. In a nonsmoking hotel.

When we first arrived at the hotel to check in, no one was at the front desk. It took almost 10 minutes for the front desk person to arrive. The rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned, the walls are so thin that you hear EVERYTHING going on in the neighboring rooms, and after showers there was a huge puddle of water because the shower door isn’t sealed properly. I like the convenient location, security/cop patrolling the area at night, the bar/restaurant, and the shuttle service. I wouldn’t stay here again because cleanliness and a good night’s rest is most important to me when staying at a hotel.

We had a nice 1-night stay at the Hyatt House Raleigh / RDU / Brier Creek. We definitely would have liked to have had more surface area in the bathroom. The sink area was small and there was not a lot of places to put toiletries while getting ready.

Loved the property. Room was gorgeous and clean. One critique I have would be the shower. When opening the shower door after your shower, all the water from the shower door goes to the floor and creates a puddle so I had to use a couple towels everyday to dry it. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Property is a bit dated, but adequate. Our main problem is that they gave away our room! We tried to check in to our already paid for room (1 bedroom suite) and discovered that they already gave it to someone else. We were put in a standard king room and said they could not refund the price difference. Not happy about that at all.

The hotel was nice, location great for RDU, shuttle convenient but in the night a fire alarm woke us up and we were directed by an automated system to exit as a fire had been detected in the hotel. We did, in the rain, and the fire truck came and then left and nobody was there to help us figure out what Ho do. No lobby staff, no manager, nobody. We were never told it was ok to go back to our rooms or anything.

I had a wake up call set for 5:00. Woke up early and took phone off the hook. Jonathan at the desk called to give me my wake up call and it was busy. He came up to 6th floor and tapped on the door to make sure I was up. So thoughtful!

Check in was great. Very friendly and helpful. Suite was very comfortable. We only stayed overnight because we had a 7:00 AM flight the next morning. Very convenient tonRDU (9 minute drive and they also have a free shuttle). We would stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. We were in NC to visit family in Durham and also meet up with family from VA. It worked well as a “home” base for this purpose. Beds are comfortable. The room itself is spacious and lent itself for relaxing place to wind down after a full day. Breakfast was well tended and included many good food choices. Lots of seating options in the lobby from straight back chairs, to high top tables, relaxed cozy chairs, tables for two - definitely something for every situation. Also some outdoor seating with a fire pit table. Many other amenities that we did not use are (pool, laundry, gym, pool table). Nice place

This was one of the best stays I had in that area.. By far the best bang for my buck and I stayed and a few different hotels in the area! They don't come close .. and the complimentary breakfast is a home run !! I will definitely be coming back!!

The hotel was kept up well and the staff were very friendly. I have one complaint. I am used to a nice hotel having coffee available, downstairs, all day long. Here they cut off the coffee in am. Breakfast was so so, but usual free fair. There were a lot of restaurants with a few miles, also.
