Quiet neighbourhood but there is a bird that starts calling early in the morning every minute. You can also hear the pipes clearly from other rooms. There are pros and cons about this hotel. Pros: the location is great. Metro and restaurants are close and city centre is within walking distance. We booked a room with a balcony and the view was nice. The hotel looks recently renovated. There is no reception so I had to send an email to get the code for the entrance. The response was very fast. Cons: check-in must be done digitally so you must check the rules before your booking so you know what to expect. As per the booking confirmation, I should have received an email with the entrance code, which I didn't, so I had to send an email for the codes in order to enter the facility. (I try calling but with no answer). If you arrive earlier than the check in time there is no space to leave your luggages. Same applies for the check out. Room will not be cleaned if not requested (you should put the label outside of the door otherwise no one will come to clean). Also it can be really noisy at night. we could hear the alarm of next door guests. Overall for the price of the hotel and for a short visit the hotel is fine.

The value proposition here is insane. You have a kitchenette and a mini "balcony backyard" of sorts. The room is spacious enough and you get plenty of towels. The staff can be reached via phone or WhatsApp and I found them very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment is in a great location but it is quite small and lacks space to put personal belongings other than a wardrobe. There is a well equipped compact kitchen but only 2 tea bags provided. It is very clean & modern. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by and good access to rest of Porto. Check in procedure was essy to follow and it was quiet despite proximity to bars etc. Bed was comfortable and air con worked well. Good value for money. A small supermarket is very close by.

The location was quite disappointing. The beddings were dirty and stinky. The kettle was so dirty that it was not useable condition. Theyve given a WhatsApp number on their website but never replied when I contacted them. It was an awful experience that ruined our holiday.

No hay personal que te atienda durante el check-in, se hace todo digital a través de un enlace o si no tienes que ir a una oficina sin personal que esta bastante lejos del alojamiento (cargando con las maletas). Además pones que quieres pagar en el alojamiento y realizan el cobro ellos automáticamente el día de antes (lo que en mi caso no funcionaba ya que necesitan mi autorización). Tuvimos que llamar para que nos enviarán un enlace para realizar el pago. A parte de las complicaciones con el check-in, la estancia estuvo muy bien.

Nous réservons lors de nos déplacements ou vacances presque toujours avec Hotels.com et nous choisissons toujoues des HOTELS. My Stay Porto Centro n'en est pas un. C'est une porte fermée avec un digicode. Nous avons été obligé de vous contacter pour avoir le code d'accés.(non envoyé ni par tél, ni par internet). Cela nous a fait perdre pratiquement 3 heures. Une fois l'accés à notre chambre, le prix de la nuit, élévé, n'est vraiment pas justifié et est disproportionné avec la réalité. Aucune personne. Aucun écriteau notifiant la posibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner. Rien... le vide complet. Ce genre d'établissement n'a rien à faire dans votre registre. Juste un merci pour l'accueil téléphonique de l'agent Hotel.com

Très bon séjour, hôtel au top. Juste un peu compliqué à l’arrivée car c’était indiqué nul part que l’arrivée était autonome avec des codes car sur hôtel.com c’était indiqué une autre adresse pour faire récupérer des clés, informations à mettre à jour . Sinon tout était parfait je recommande vivement cette hôtel.
