I found numerous bed bugs in my bed and on the bedding, and I was bitten during my stay. This was extremely distressing and made it impossible to sleep comfortably or feel safe in the room. I strongly recommend that the hostel thoroughly inspect and treat all rooms and bedding for bed bugs before accepting more guests. I would not stay here again.

Phoung acted as a personal assistant booking our tours and travel in the background. Furthermore, recommending great restaurants and Spa’s. In my worldly travels never meet anyone as helpful and assisting.

The hostel is inna very convenient location to many shops and restaurants. The staff is pleasant and helpful. However, the top floor unit we stayed in was not clean. There was a lot of dust under the beds and roaches in the bathroom. The kitchen area was not very clean either. I most likely not return to this hostel or at least would not stay in the same unit.
