The hotel can be located using the metro then the free shuttle bus303. The food in the hotel half board is nice enough, but very repetitive. You can eat out better for the same price. The bed is a bit hard. The room is fine. The silicone in the sink and shower area needs replaced and on arrival my toilet seat was broken. The pool is fine, but gets no sun. The gym is pretty good but 12-3pm is female only and never any females in at this time. Bit pointless.

Avevo gia' soggiornato anni fa in un Hotel della catena Ibis,ma l'Ibis Doha e' andato oltre le mie aspettative. Ho apprezzato la presenza di una piscina,di una palestra e di un Internet corner. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi,il personale e' sempre presente e sa rispondere prontamente e con cortesia ad ogni bisogno. I letti sono veramente comodi,le stanze abbastanza spaziose e dotate di un una cassatorte e di una scrivania. Sono stato molto soddisfatto del soggiorno.

The hotel condition and customer services are great. House keeper keeps the room pretty clean. The only negative feedbacks were renovation at some rooms or some floor result in quite strong chemical smell in the corridor and occasionally drilling, hammering noise. Extremely clean and welcoming hotel. Was checked in by a lovely lady on Friday evening who was helpful. Metro is about 10-15 minutes walk away and gives you access to Doha and Lusails. The hotel is ideally situated with loads of food places close by and food market within a 5 minute walk. Swimming pool is ideally shaded and the bar on the ground floor is a great added feature. Wifi is reliable and strong.

We had 2 nights in Doha in transit to Japan. Loved it! The hotel provided excellent service, location, facilities and friendliness. The pool was very welcome after a long 44degC day walking around Doha. Excellent value for money

Stay ,breakfast was Good but the Air conditioner in room used to switch to 25 degrees unknowingly even though the temp was set to 21C and i use to get up to set it again. There was always some drops of water dripping inside the washroom from the damper access . The table for keeping bag is too small and hardly used.

An Ibis is an Ibis is an Ibis, no matter where in the world. This hotel was clean, but the room and bathroom are very small, just like every other Ibis. The view from the window was of the other part of the same building since it forms a V. This property also operates as an Adagio. The location is kind of far (but not that far) from points of interest. I was able to manage getting around town with Uber services. It is worth the money!

The rooms are tiny! The hotel is overpriced! We had no pressure in the shower, felt like someone was peeing on you. Water temp was either scorching hot or freezing cold-no in-between. Its a good looking property but does not deliver :( i expected more for CAD77 a night. The first night our air conditioning kept bumping up to 23* and we kept waking up in a pool of sweat. 2nd night the temp stayed at our setting so at-least we got some sleep. Location is great! Centrally located and just a few mins to metro/sights to see. We changed hotels and moved to a different one for day 3 onwards.

I recently stayed at the Ibis hotel, and my experience was amazing thanks to Baya. From the start, he was very kind and made me feel welcome. Baya went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He knew a lot about the area and gave me great tips on places to visit and eat. Whether I needed directions or just wanted to chat, Baya was always there for me. He is truly doing more than his job. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made my stay even better. I want to thank Baya and the whole Ibis team for their kindness. I would love to stay here again because of such a wonderful team. Highly recommended! Thank you, Ibis, for a memorable stay!

Very good experience staying at Ibis Doha. The property and the room were very clean, the staff was awesome (shout-out to Mr Baya for great manners, nice conversation and all the help he offered with room service), the bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast buffet deal was excellent, great staff at the restaurant, fresh food and veggies and delicious made to order eggs. One thing I would suggest including is Kleenex in the room (mine didn't have). I'd definitely stay again in Ibis Doha and recommend it to family and friends

Clean room, but room was not ready when i checked in around 11pm. Room service charges 10 QAR for a small bucket of ice. Breakfast restaurant opens at 6am but my flight was at 7am so I tried to order room service at 4am. The line rang for a long time but room service did not answer. I decided to walk 7 minutes to Dairy Queen which is open 24 hours. As I walk through the hotel lobby at 4am, there were several staff members just standing around the reception desk.

Our first Room on Floor4 supposedly the Non Smoking Floor reeked of cigarette smoke.It took until 3pm on Day 2 to get moved to a new room on Floor 6.Duty Manager finally sorted out the move but it took from 8.00am to get the issue resolved....during this time we stayed out of our room to avoid the stench of smoke.Certainly not a good response time.
