Short 2 night break in Krakow, hotel right on the river, close to the balloon ride and ferris wheel etc. Easy to walk to all the attractions via the river walk, 20 min gentle walk. Parking available under the hotel, look out for the easily missed carpark entrance about halfway along the hotel frontage. Great buffet btlrwakfast available.

Mit unseren Aufenthalt in Krakau und besonders in diesem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Schon gleich am Anfang hat uns der Rezeptionist gleich ohne Aufforderung ein sehr schönes und vor allem ruhiges Zimmer im 1 Stock angeboten. Auch mit dem Parkplatz waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein interne Mitarbeiter ist extra mit uns raus aus dem Hotel gegangen um uns den genauen Standort des Parkplatzes zu zeigen. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde der Parklplatz während unseren Aufenthaltes extra für uns reserviert. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch wertvolle Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung haben wir bekommen. Frühstück haben wir 2 mal genutzt und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem was man geboten hat. Nochmals vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels für den schönen Erlebnis und Aufenthalt.

It was in a good location. The airport bus stop was across the road as was a good tram stop to the centre. It was also walkable (for me) from the train & bus station. The hotel was very clean. I liked the keycode to enter the room which worked 100% of the time. Excellent shower. Very close by was a mini supermarket. The wi-fi connection was very good except for a short period of time.

The entrance to the garage was hard to find. There is no parking spaces just paid garage which is inconvenient. We only stayed one night and did not use any services. I did not like the location or the decor of the hotel. The person at the customer service was very formal. I will not stay there again.

This was an awful stay. The AC wasn’t working on the first night. We reported it the next morning and by that evening they had not fixed it the AC and had not moved us to a room with working AC. I requested a refund and still don’t have a response. We left and went to another hotel because it was so hot.

Prisvärt hotell med centralt läge och egen parkering. Dock trånga parkeringar så man kör inte in med en RAM1500 direkt. Gick precis med min Cupra Formentor. Trevlig personal och luftkonditionerade rum vilket var mycket önskvärt med 31gr i skuggan. Bra frukost. Spårvagnen utanför dörren. Kan definitivt bo här igen.

Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. Beim parken in der Tiefgarage wurde einem mit dem Auto-Lift geholfen (Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist meiner Meinung nach zu hoch). Zimmer im vierten Stock, Richtung Straße und Weichsel war erstaunlich ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster. Das Zimmer ansich, typischer B&B Standard > Das Badezimmer war allerdings sehr komisch geschnitten, gerade in der Dusche, die auch gerne schnell den Boden flutete. Die Zimmerreinigung (6 Tage) war gut (bis auf 1x, wo gar nicht gereinigt wurde). Auf Anfrage haben wir zusätzliche Kissen erhalten, danke dafür an das nette Reinigungs Personal - Die Betten sind zwar bequem aber die Kissen zu klein > Auch das Teilen der Bettdecke ist nicht immer gut. Allgemein war das Personal sehr nett, bis auf eine Ausnahme zur späteren Stunde. Die Lage ist für einen Spaziergang an der Weichsel,die Nähe zut Altstadt oder jüdisches Viertel ideal - Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar aber es fahren auch viele Busse und Straßenbahnen direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, war für unsere "Anforderungen" aber zu teuer (Sah aber sehr gut aus!). Eine klare Empfehlung für das Hotel!

Very basic accommodation right across the bridge. Easy to get to old town centre in around 15 minutes by tram. Property is not the cleanest or the most well maintained or the most well equipped. Strange smell in the corridors. Service is also quite lackluster and left a lot to be desired in terms of hospitality.

I stayed just a few hours because I had a connecting flight, but the hotel was amazing, room super clean,and modern! super close the Wawel castle (literally 10 min walk), will def come back :)

Great location. Very good breakfasts. Clean room, disappointed with dirty sheets on one bed. Receptionist replaced with the clean ones and offered monetary compensation which we never received.

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra i centrum. Rummet är ren och sängen är väldigt bekvämt. Bussar och spårvagnar precis utanför. Buffet frukost är okej. Jag rekommenderar detta hotellet för "short weekend" i Krakow.

If you are super picky about cleanliness maybe consider another place. It was not dirty but rooms could’ve been cleaned better (we found some hairs in the bed when checking in). Aside from that, location is convenient, a tram station is right in front of the hotel, as well as bus stations, and old town is a short 15min walk. The staff were friendly and if you add breakfast to your reservation the food was plenty and tasty.

Um die Stadt zu erkunden wunderbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind da aber auch herausfordernd zu parken. Zimmer zur Straßenseite mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen laut. Wer es ruhig mag sollte ein Zimmer nach hinten buchen ( ungerade Zimmernummer ). Frühstücken ist alles okay und Service auch.
Um die Stadt zu erkunden wunderbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind da aber auch herausfordernd zu parken. Zimmer zur Straßenseite mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen laut. Wer es ruhig mag sollte ein Zimmer nach hinten buchen ( ungerade Zimmernummer ). Frühstücken ist alles okay und Service auch.

The Manager from hotel need to take care about the personal or probably the BB save money with the personal. - when you leave the room, probably your room will not be cleaned. The personal for housekeeping could „forget“ to clean the Room and you need to ask for towels and paper on the reception meanwhile the personal are not serious. - you pay for the breakfast but again there is not enough personal to maintain full the service o clean the tables. For the price from the hotel and breakfast is expensive in relation to the poor quality of the Service. It seems to be that the manager from hotel dont have control over the personal.

Staff was very nice and so was the breakfast buffet. The room was very cramped. The bed was extremely uncomfortable…The pillows were like sand bags. The comforter was way too thick(The AC barely works and with window is locked shut) and they don’t use fitted sheets on the bed. With my tossing and turning I wind up sleeping on the mattress cover. The only two nights I slept well was when I was drinking booze.
Staff was very nice and so was the breakfast buffet. The room was very cramped. The bed was extremely uncomfortable…The pillows were like sand bags. I stayed here with a group, and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent for accessing different parts of Krakow, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The only issue we had was some loud neighbors in some of the rooms, but they quieted down when made aware of the situation.
I stayed here with a group, and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent for accessing different parts of Krakow, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The only issue we had was some loud neighbors in some of the rooms, but they quieted down when made aware of the situation.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. The rooms ect were clean and crisp. The staff: The young ladies working when I came in were pleasant and the house keeping young lady was full of smiles. The young gentleman working there literally could not be bothered. I asked him if he could please call me a cab when I checked out, because I dont speak the language and I was traveling alone. I have had such bad experiences with upcharges in Poland. Most of the taxi drivers don't use meters. They just tell you what they want to charge. Anyway, he did reluctantly call. I did give him a tip for calling which he did look surprised by and he did seem to appreciate it. It should not be such a big deal to call a cab for a customer. Anyway, The Grot Hotel in Malbork were soo nice and accommodating, but many places are not. I will never stay there again because you don't want to feel like a burden when you pay good money to go somewhere.

It was not good, no water on the entire stay, couldn’t use the bathroom, shower or any hygienical use due the water. I didn’t get any compensation in any form, and the staff was rude. I didn’t get anything for free, they didn’t give me water or any benefits for free, even they had a huge problem about the water. Not recommended.

The Manager from hotel need to take care about the personal or probably the BB save money with the personal. - when you leave the room, probably your room will not be cleaned. The personal for housekeeping could „forget“ to clean the Room and you need to ask for towels and paper on the reception meanwhile the personal are not serious. - you pay for the breakfast but again there is not enough personal to maintain full the service o clean the tables. Short 2 night break in Krakow, hotel right on the river, close to the balloon ride and ferris wheel etc. Easy to walk to all the attractions via the river walk, 20 min gentle walk. Parking available under the hotel, look out for the easily missed carpark entrance about halfway along the hotel frontage. Great buffet btlrwakfast available.

It was in a good location. The airport bus stop was across the road as was a good tram stop to the centre. It was also walkable (for me) from the train & bus station. The hotel was very clean. I liked the keycode to enter the room which worked 100% of the time. Excellent shower. Very close by was a mini supermarket. The wi-fi connection was very good except for a short period of time.

Prisvärt hotell med centralt läge och egen parkering. Dock trånga parkeringar så man kör inte in med en RAM1500 direkt. Gick precis med min Cupra Formentor. Trevlig personal och luftkonditionerade rum vilket var mycket önskvärt med 31gr i skuggan. Bra frukost. Spårvagnen utanför dörren. Kan definitivt bo här igen.

Great location to the town , quad room was spacious and clean asked for extra pillows and arrived to the room whilst we was out , only think don’t have is a toaster in the breakfast area for toast in the morning if you order breakfast otherwise great hotel would definitely stay again if back there

The hotel was close to everything. It was clean and you could come and go as you please. My only problem was that the elevator stop opened up at one end of the hall and I was all the way down the last door in the hallway. It was an inconvenience for the days my body was acting up. But you can ask for a room close to the elevator. If you have handicap parking card then you can park behind the hotel for free. But also free in downtown krakow. Overall 10/10 and we chose the same hotel chain in posnan
