Check in was fine. During our stay however, both elevators became unusable; and remained that way through the duration of our stay. The note on the doors said they were out of service. At breakfast the next morning, there was no coffee; or at the very least the coffee that was available was basically hot brown water. When the employee on duty was informed of the issue with the coffee, nothing was done. It took a great deal of time for that employee to realize and refill missing food items.

Several cars were vandalized the motel staff knew and didn’t notify anyone I found out the next morning when I was about to go shopping the carpet was old and smelled molded the bathroom floor needed a good sweeping and mopping I will never stay there again and I’m telling everyone I know

The rooms are very nice for the price and I've been here several times and it's always clean. However, the last two times I've been there the elevators have not been working. I feel they should let you know that before you book a room.

The elevator stopped working while I was there and my room was on the top floor. On the day I was leaving , one of the workers attempted to enter my room without knocking before checkout time. If I didn’t have the latch on the door he would’ve seen me naked.

I didn't like anything and over The entire hotel looked and felt like a motel. The ice machines did not work on the floors and we weren't told in advance we had to use the machine on the main floor. The ice bucket was old and dingy. I didnt want to walk in the dirty carpet with my slippers. The soda machine had HOT soda. I paid too much and would never stay or recommend anyone to stay there. It smelled in the hallways and the breakfast was only waffles and different types of breads ridiculous! Im highly disappointed in the stay.

The system was down so couldn't check in at the scheduled time at 3:00pm took about a hr or so which was inconvenient couldnt receive a discount or anything at all the fkoor we was on the ice machine didnt work so had to go to the 1st floor all the time that wae the only ice machine that worked most likely wont be going back to the hotel anymore.

The hotel was dirty and not maintained. The shower water pressure was very low like a water fountain. The room was dingy and the sink was cracked and poorly glued back together. The worst part was my car was broken into and the staff didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Stay away at all costs.

When arriving, after inspecting the room, there was dried semen on the bedding. I informed the front desk and was told they didn’t have any more so they had just “wiped it down” as opposed to washing it! There was a significant crack in the bathroom countertop. While getting on the elevator, there was another guest carrying a clearly wet and dripping toilet plunger!

Walked into room with red stained spots on carpet. Pillowcases were dirty. The room had bed bugs. So we packed and left didn’t even stay the second night. I was refunded my money and gave me 50% off the first night.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS DIRTY HOTEL!!! Every time I stayed in a hotel, I always checked the bed and mattress, and it was dirty with blood. I asked to move to a different room, and it was still dirty with stains all over the bed and pillows. The worst part was when the front desk told me to change the sheets and give them to him. He made me a housekeeper. TERRIBLE!!!

Check in was fine. The issues came with the room. The room was dirty, spills on the floor. Towels in the room were all dirty. The sheets on the bed weren’t clean. The bathroom was also dirty, the walls had stains all over them. Over all a bad experience.

I think this was a nice hotel when new, but it has suffered under multiple owners. Key entry on 2 outside doors was broken. The sink in room was cracked in multiple spots. Coffee was undrinkable and there were no cooked eggs or meat for breakfast.

When we first got there they gave us a animal room it smell like straight pee. But then they switch our room and it was clean and smelled much better. The toilet didn’t flush right and the microwave didn’t work most of the time we was there but overall it was peaceful, and felt safe. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.

Room was ok. Bed comfortable. AC/heat good. complimentary breakfast was nice. The down side was the bath room. toilet seat loose, toilet paper holder broken, grouting in tile floor looked black and possibly moldy. Shower curtin had black moldy spots on bottom edge and strange brown spots on wall by toilet. Also rug that abutted bathroom tile floor black and ripped. sloppy looking.

Stayed at this place for a business trip. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The room was good. The TV didn’t work as great as I’d like it too. It was no guide to show you the channels and also the hot water was scarce first day. Had to take a cold shower, then I’m not sure if they corrected it but it takes about 15 minutes to 20 minutes for the hot water to come on

It was quiet and clean and worth the cost. No full length mirror for getting dressed and the AC/heat is on a timer so no matter what you set it to it comes on and off on a timer. Not a big deal, but just an observation

I didn't like the fact this hotel charge my daughter card twice the second charge was for 278.00 more then the first charge. When we confronted the night manager about it he said it was nothing he could do. The morning manager said the same thing, also there corp office wasn't helpful either!

When we arrived the receptionist was rude. We were told that there was $150 fee that would be returned in 10 business days. We ft like holding that amount was crazy. However, we weren't aware of this fee, so it caught us off guard. She told us that the fee was mentioned at the bottom of the website. If we gave cash then we receive it back once we checked out. The fed and the rude receptionist made the stay an unhappy one.

The room was fair , cleanliness was fair, and also the breakfast was fair. The only real problem is that my card was charged 3x for multiple charges. Mikey I believe he said his name was stated to my spouse that it was handled. It happened on the 27th and now it’s the 12th and my money has not been returned. Mikey claimed that there was a computer glitch which caused it to charge the room that many times. I’m still waiting patiently for my funds.

Me and my brother went there from Ohio for a family funeral. My brother's car was stolen. We felt unsafe, so we left the property. I tried to contact Expedia to ask if I can get a refund for one night because the stay was for 2 nights. They gave me a number to call, but they just kept hanging up on me, which is unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.

I feel it's a scam to book a hotel through Expedia! You can't reach the customer service because they have an automated machine that won't connect you to a human being who can address your challenges with your bookings or reservations. I booked a two-day stay at this Quality Inn and Suites, and when I got there, I saw questionable characters lurking around. The place was smelly, dated, and unclean. I decided to stay for just a night and look for a better hotel in the morning, as I got into Chicago late at night. So I canceled the second day, booking with the hotel. The front desk suggested that I cancel the booking via Expedia. I looked for ways to get to customer service, but couldn't find any. Meanwhile, I vacated the hotel around 10 am the next day. And I'm yet to receive my refund. The toilet in my room was already clogged before I checked in! I have the habit of constantly flushing a toilet first before using it. So, when I flushed, the water rose and started spilling on the floor! Disgusting, I might add!! There were cobwebs on the wall. Please don't ruin your vacations by going there!!

The only issue I had was the very limited items for breakfast. I didn't come close to seeing all the items they had for breakfast in the pictures I saw. They had cereal, skim milk, and waffles available but that was it. Overall, the stay was good but the limited breakfast items were the only issue.

Breakfast could be better. They serve boiledinstead of scrambled eggs. Place is becoming a shelter for homeless. They sponsor a program. Housekeeping does not want toclean room daily for paying customers!
