The staff at reception were nice but couldn't find our reservations, ended up giving our room to another person then eventually ended up giving us 3 rooms rather then the 2 I booked. One room no fridge, safe didn't work, no maid service and a cold shower. The other room everything was fine. The rooms look like school dorms, very sparce. There is no restaurant for dinner but they have a breakfast. A number of hot foods, the toaster only toast one side of the bread. There are a couple of nice restaurant within walking distance without having to cross the highway. The roof top pool is okay a little dirty but some people were swimming in it. We only stayed there because our flight was canceled.

La limpieza muy bien y la habitación también. El problema fue el área de la alberca estaba muy descuidada. Le falta mantenimiento. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la tarifa pero solo es de 7 a 10 de la mañana. Bajamos a desayunar a las 9 y ya no había casi nada además las mesas llenas. Tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lado. The hotel's rooftop swimming pool offers a panoramic view of Cabo including the famous bay and the hotel itself is refreshingly stylish. The breakfast is a proper breakfast with scrambled eggs and some Mexican dishes, and the hotel also offers coffee and snacks throughout the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and a couple of the clerks as well as some of the other staff spoke at least some English. A few restaurants, bars, and a supermarket with a deli are within walking distance, while the main area of Cabo San Lucas is a 10-15 drive.

Esta lejos del mar... Pero lo peor es que si no hay playa, si alberca debería estar lista para usarse, el agua de la alberca está helada, mi familia, hijos principalmente no pudieron no meterse de lo fría que está.

Terrible experiencia, me dieron una habitación sucia de huéspedes anteriores, después de buscar entre otras sucias que aparecían como disponibles me asignaron una "limpia". Al entrar lo primero que nos recibió fue una cucaracha, las sábanas en vez de blancas se veían beige y el cuarto da un aspecto viejooo. Queríamos usar la alberca en la mañana y no pudimos ya que aunque debieron abrir a las 8am , dijeron que la persona que abría no iba llegar temprano, así que hicimos check out. La repuesta que me dieron fue que tenían un desorden con el ama de llaves. Pésima experiencia no volvería jamás .

El hotel ya tiene sus años y se le nota. Fue la opción que encontré para mi presupuesto y me funcionó. La habitación es cómoda, algo desangelada; la limpieza es deficiente, las toallas muy ásperas. Compensa que la ducha es magnífica. Los alimentos del restaurante, en el desayuno incluido, son patéticos. Entiendo que es un desayuno básico, pero no por eso la fruta debe estar pasada ni el sabor de la comida, desagradable.

The staff were incredible, but the overall cleanliness was lacking in the room. Old and stained towels, bathroom was not the best and the sheets had some stains. The elevator wasn’t even wiped clean. Our room didn’t have WiFi connection which was awful. The redeeming qualities were the view from the pool upstairs and the friendly staff. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but this kid kept coughing so I didn’t want to eat. Overall, they are much better places to stay. Lesson learned - don’t believe pics online and do not compromise comfort.

We were here while a hurricane it the house keeping,kitchen people and the operational service management were the most nicest on our trip making sure we were well cared of poor service from front desk with attitudes also whoever owns this hotel shame on you for not having a back up generator while everyone else around had lights running the wifi sucks and there’s no service around and THERE IS A BUG AND ROACH PROBLEM HERE!!!! It may be cheap but not worth the roaches!! There is a lot of Maintenance issues that need to be addressed Also there’s no close stores where u can just walk to get food most places are down town but otherwise if you want cheap with roaches this is the place for you

La atención del personal es excelente. Si embargo el hotel me resultó decepcionante por varios motivos. Alberca descuidada y helada. Estacionamiento insuficiente. Limpieza del cuarto mala. Había basura en la salita o sea no barrieron. Además q el sofa cama es un asco super sucio y manchado. Deberían limpiarlo. Solo había 2 toallas y éramos 4 personas hubo que solicitar extra. El control de la tv no servía. Pilas ya malas. Y más detalles de mantenimiento. Lo bueno ... El snack de bienvenida se agradece. Y el desayuno incluído

La propiedad está en muy malas condiciones. El staff es amable pero se ve que hacen lo que pueden con las limitantes que tienen. La habitación tenía aspecto sucio; las paredes manchadas, cabellos y sarro en la regadera. El alfombrado de los pasillos esta muy sucio y con mal olor. El “gimnasio” solo son dos maquinas y no como aparece en las fotos. No tienen servicio de restaurante ni servicio a la habitación como dice en la aplicación. El desayuno estaba incluido pero tenia mal aspecto, y nos salió un cabello en los huevos revueltos.

It was not good the room was outdated, there was no fridge, no daily cleaning we plead to chase down cleaning people to take out trash and ask for towels. They did not provide a mat for shower. The door to shower did not close right so floor outside the shower got wet and I almost fell getting out of the shower. The front desk was not helpful or friendly. We checked out after 3 days and I am still waiting for a refund for the remaining 4 days I had booked.

There was several renovations going on, so my stay was ok. Water pressure in the bathroom fluctuates. A/C unit was loud when in operation.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious bedding were comfortable and clean however the bedroom windows need a deep clean it was dirty and the walls there were dirt marks. Breakfast was good each day loved the fruits . 7/10

Check in was good. Staff were helpful. Parking is limited. The room was a standard and the bed was really hard but it was clean. Noise between rooms is poor. After several hours of listening to the couple in the room next door going at it we had to request a quieter space. Staff were helpful and made the room change.

I expecting the same type of comfort from the comfort inn's state side and i was extremely disappointed. Rooms have tiny tv's, WIFI is terrible, beds are uncomfortable, pillows aren't fluffy. I wish they invested in this place better.

The doors to each room close very loud. Anyone talking in halls or even in the lobby ecos throughout. Last night there security banged on my door late at night when I was asleep woke up he opened the door turned lights on as I yelled at him he left. He had no reason or excuse to do that.

There is no restaurant for dinner but they have a breakfast. A number of hot foods, the toaster only toast one side of the bread. There are a couple of nice restaurant within walking distance without having to cross the highway. The roof top pool is okay a little dirty but some people were swimming in it. We only stayed there because our flight was canceled.
The staff at reception were nice but couldn't find our reservations, ended up giving our room to another person then eventually ended up giving us 3 rooms rather then the 2 I booked. One room no fridge, safe didn't work, no maid service and a cold shower. The other room everything was fine. The rooms look like school dorms, very sparce. The doors to each room close very loud. Anyone talking in halls or even in the lobby ecos throughout. Last night there security banged on my door late at night when I was asleep woke up he opened the door turned lights on as I yelled at him he left. He had no reason or excuse to do that.

This place would be OK if you had a car the Hotels.com site says it’s within walking distance to the beach. It is absolutely not. It’s on a dangerous highway with no bridge cross over folks at the front desk. They do not walk to the beach. The hotel was willing to let me out of the deal, but I had to go through Hotels.com. Nine days later, Hotels.com still couldn’t get me out of it, even though the property manager said that they could via the app. They don’t sweep the whole floors or mop, they don’t give you fresh towels when you put them on the floor, there wasn’t hot water for the first three days, the shower door is Jenny and sometimes doesn’t close all the way or open to get out. They do serve chilaquiles every morning but they run out of fresh fruit if you are not first up. I wasn’t aware until the last day, but they put some beer and little ham sandwiches out in the evening/afternoon. So that was nice. You can see the end of the peninsula from the roof. The pool is ice cold.

La estancia fue muy amena, la cama comoda, el agua un poco fria pero aun asi demasiado acogedor. Buena opcion si lo que buscas es hospedarte a un precio accecible. Lo que si hay que considerar es que no esta cerca de la zona hotelera o playas, por lo que hay que costear movilidad. El desayuno fue muy bueno, tienen lo comun (chilaquiles, huevo. Didn’t like no jacuzzi Didn’t like the busyness of the street, unsafe to cross to food establishments. Cars speedy ridiculously fast. 6 lanes of roadway to cross to other side . Right in front of hotel wooden cross that someone DIED trying to cross the road presumably. No cross walks or safe path/bridge for pedestrians.

We were treated very professionally by all staff members, however, we did not find any person who spoke English, it could be a problem for some. The property location was the main issue, a little too far from town. It's possible to take the public bus going to town but upon your return you must get Uber, there's no way to cross the road specially at night. On our third day, there was a major plumbing problem, there was no hot water and we were moved to another property free of charge. It was inconvenient to pack and wait for the manager to take us to the other property. I realize that this problem was out of their control, I think they did the best to make us feel comfortable. The actual room was clean, spacious and had AC working. The TV screen was small and mostly Spanish channels with only CNN in English. The breakfast offered some Mexican breakfast that we did not care for, we simply enjoyed the fruit. I was expecting to see a restaurant at the property but there's none. The pool area is pretty and no one there.

It's all good. What you would expect from a regular hotel. I gave it 4 stars because our room did not have a mini fridge. The breakfast was simple but it was flavorful. We had chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, beans, toast, ceral and fruit.

La limpieza muy bien y la habitación también. El problema fue el área de la alberca estaba muy descuidada. Le falta mantenimiento. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la tarifa pero solo es de 7 a 10 de la mañana. Bajamos a desayunar a las 9 y ya no había casi nada además las mesas llenas. Tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lado. Tampoco tenían toallas para la alberca y batallamos con el estacionamiento.

La propiedad está en muy malas condiciones. El staff es amable pero se ve que hacen lo que pueden con las limitantes que tienen. La habitación tenía aspecto sucio; las paredes manchadas, cabellos y sarro en la regadera. El alfombrado de los pasillos esta muy sucio y con mal olor. El “gimnasio” solo son dos maquinas y no como aparece en las fotos. No tienen servicio de restaurante ni servicio a la habitación como dice en la aplicación.
