Best sleep I’ve had in Vietnam, very comfortable and clean, with great view of the ocean across the busy road. Sky bar had good burgers, staff very friendly and efficient. Booked transfer for me which was cheaper. Recommend Lounge Beach restaurant across the road.

Great location for tourists as it located across from the popular beach Mỹ Khê. Loud noises from music bars outside but staff was willing to relocate us from 14th floor to 16th floor. Breakfast buffet was included in our package, it was disappointing that they only prepared few Vietnamese dishes. Tourists traveled to Viet Nam should be prepared to eat Vietnamese foods not a mixed match versions of all other nationalities. Spa service was reasonably priced with mid level service rating. Front desk staffs were welcoming! housekeeping staffs were really nice but they tend to skip few steps in their daily cleaning chores: sweeping and cleaning floors.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel in the past 6 months. We like the easy access to the beach. Cleaning staffs were great in keeping our room clean and bed sheet changed … Shower head was poorly designed as water spilled out at each use. Constantly asking for extra towels to prevent leak. It would have been easier to have a walk-in shower instead of bathtub with shower head. Breakfast buffet was complimentary with our reservation …however, the menu selections were limited and redundant for long term stay. We stayed for 1 week and food items were the same with minor variation throughout the week. Traditional Vietnamese salads were designed for foreign ers as they were tasteless for Vietnamese. Quite disappointed that our VIP status was not recognized through any upgrades.

Great service and amenities. The buffet was also really good, renewed every morning with a lot of options. The rooftop pool offers a great view on the area. \ufeffAttention Westerners: this hotel is an equiv 2 star by Western Standards. It is a 4 star by Chinese/Eastern standards - to whom it is marketed. Some examples: - the internet is abismal. You can’t even stream a WhatsApp call or browse instagram. - large patch of black mold (20”x20”) in my bedroom. Walls were in dire need of paint. - the decor, food and amenities are geared toward eastern cultures (mostly Chinese). - Not only did they not know what “Expedia VIP” was upon arrival, they downgraded my room to a less-nice room. They did change me rooms once I requested the next day… but that room had broken AC despite countless (5 ) attempts by the “engineer” to fix it. - I spent no less than 6 hours waiting for them to fix things, like the safe, the air conditioning, the shower, waiting for laundry delivery, etc. Mixed results. - the staff speaks some but little English. Be prepared to use a translation app. - the facilities are not as nice as the photos. The lobby is missing half the furnishings, the mini fridges don’t cool, the towels are tired. - no place to buy snacks, water etc. on site or even next door. - the windows are etched and covered in tint causing your view to be hazy at best - unlike the photos. - feels like it was built in 1995 and hasn’t been remodeled. On the bright side, the staff is very kind and attentive… but, for a 4 star hotel I expect a hassle-free stay, and shouldn’t spend my precious time accommodating their facilities issues.

Hotel was in an excellent position very close to the beach. Staff were great. Room was very nice, quite small but perfectly adequate. The only moan is about the lack of anywhere to unpack clothes. There was a small wardrobe with 6 hangers but no draws or any other space for clothes, apart from the bedside tables) which meant living out of a suitcase for 10 days, it was only me so it was liveable but if there were 2 people it would have been very difficult. Buffet breakfast was fine. Swimming pool was small but never too busy, with amazing views of the city and beach.

The sinks were backed up, noise from staff started at 0600 When I tried to check out the front desk lady accused me of drinking one beer and after explaining to her that I don’t drink, she became extremely rude and demanded I pay for the .60 cent beer before checking out . Very cheap charlie after spending one week, tipping the staff and paying for my wife’s spa treatments. Upon our return this summer, we will find a much better place to stay

I really liked Paris Deli and upon arrival was immediately greeted by Huong who was extremely helpful and nice in making our stay there as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is extremely nice and elegant and it shows by how beautiful the front lobby is and the extremely helpful staff including Thinh who always helped us with our bags and was so kind. The rooms were exceptionally big, clean and command very nice with seat bidets, a tub and shower with very hot and cold showers. They have a really good breakfast buffet as well with quite a few options ad there pool upstairs was very nice to take a swim in. There's a Mini Mart across the street and laundry services behind the hotel as well but we had to catch a Grab most of the time as a lot of attractions and stores were on the other side of the Dragon Bridge. Marble Mountains, Dragon Bridge Night Market & Asia Park are must do's while here! Myself being Canadian and my girlfriend from the Philippines had an amazing time here as we stayed here twice (2 nights each) after a stop in Hoi An and they kept our checked baggage there no problem. Our flight also didn't depart until 5:30 p.m so Huong was nice enough to allow us a late check out without charge which was extremely nice of her. Great hotel and would definitely stay in again if I ever come back to Da Nang one day 😊

The property was conveniently located across the street from the beach and very close to many restaurants. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. We paid for a sea view and enjoyed our room; the music blasting from the beach bar down the street, however, was not so great. I’m sure we could have switched to a room not facing the beach and the music wouldn’t have been as loud but we wanted the sea view. Just a warning for those who prefer to turn in early.
