5/1より5泊しました。Expediaのお陰で、upgradeしていただき、最上階の北向き、ベランダ付の部屋に泊まることができました。景色はもちろん最高で、ビーチが日陰になってからもベランダで陽に当たれました。どうもありがとうございました！お客の大半はロシア人でした。本当に個人的なことですが、朝食の野菜に玉ねぎとキャベツがなかったのは残念でした。おくら、があったのはよかったですが。チョコレートタワーがあったので、お子さんがいれば、喜ばれるかと。 プールはインフィニティーになっていて、デッキチェアーがあるのですが、そこで煙草の煙がプール内に入ってきて・・・タイミングもあると思いますが、ロシア人の喫煙率は高いですね（ビーチでも同様の煙）。ビーチでのデッキチェアー使用は3時間となってます。ここもチェアーが少なく、このルールが良いのかもしれませんが。（実際に係の人が時間つけてましたが、3時間以上で出されるのか、は、わからずです） この特別な部屋に泊まれたので、文句はないのですが、唯一、冷蔵庫の冷えが弱いのが残念でした。 あと、これも全員へのサービスがわかりませんが、行きか、帰り、どちらかの無料送迎がありました。こういうサービスはありがたいです。ぜひ、また泊まりたいと思います。どうもありがとうございました！

Our train was several hours delayed so it was great that the hotel immediately replied to me to not worry; we checked in at 3 a.m (6 hours late) but front desk were 24/7 & still gave us a welcome drink! Also got room upgrade so full ocean view: stunning scenery. Great location for food/bars/shops: right across from beach. Despite looking busy, we still got lounge chairs & towels. Pool was v swish/open late. Also superb staff & free afternoon tea (cuppa & biscuit at top). Amazing breakfast (even a choc fountain & doughnut board each day). Room modern, comfy. 10/10!

Queen Ann was amazing. Located across from the beach, you have a private beach about 50m walk. Service and staff were very welcoming, polite and always helpful. Convenient location, souvenir shop next door also does laundry for 30,000D per KG. Also sells other souvenirs cheaper then Dam markets. Pool water always cold as its in a shaded area, airport shuttle was organised for us and was a smooth ride. Approximately 30 minute drive from aiport. BREAKFAST buffet was best i have ever had amazing service and food choices, they have many dietary options, such as Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten and vietnamese traditional foods as well. Overall amazing stay, would recommend 10/10

Alle 5* wirklich verdient . Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man einen Wunsch hat versuchen die Angestellten dies auch zu erfüllen. Das einzige was ein Nachteil ist , dass viel zu wenige Strandliegen vorhanden sind . Bei schönem Wetter muss man sich beeilen um eine Liege zu ergattern. Das Wasser des Pools ist kalt . Das Essen im Hotel hervorragend und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen . Wir können das das Hotel weiter empfehlen und würden das auf jeden Fall wieder buchen . Die Lage ist Top .

Great condition. Very clean. Staff extremely helpful and always professional. Main downside is the amount of rude Russian tourists, and felt it took a lot away from the amazing Vietnamese people and their culture.

The beds in this hotel are so comfy! The hotel itself feels a little old though and our bathroom wall was slowly leaking water which was a bit strange BUT we would totally stay here again. Staff are all so lovely! The shaded pool was perfect for those super hot days and the private beach access is cool too! What I will say is that it was very loud: we were there on a weekend and the noise was unbearable one night. Maybe not the best choice for young families hoping for an early night but otherwise we really liked this hotel

Die Lage des Hotel ist gut. Es befindet sich nur ca. 100 m vom Strand. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich, auch wenn man vorwiegend auf russisch angesprochen wird. Das Frühstücksrestaurant in der 4. Etage war mit dem Fahrstuhl gut erreichbar, leider kommt man aufgrund drängelnder Urlauber schlecht wieder davon. Eine Kleiderordnung zum Frühstück im 5 Sterne Hotel gab es leider nicht. Gäste in den hoteleigenen Bademänteln sowie Badeshorts und Trägershirt trafem wir sehr viel an.

I had a very good experience staying in the Queen Ann Hotel. It is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a good location. It has amazing staff, professional, nice, friendly, very helpful in every way. I’d like to thank the ladies in reception for trying to find transportation for me to Quy Nhon and I’d like to express my gratitude to Tan who arranged a bus for me and transportation from the bus stop to my hotel in Quy Nhon and was checking to make sure I got to the destination. Thank you so much I really appreciate that.

This is not a 5* hotel. The room smelled stale on arrival, and by 9pm the whole 22nd floor stank of rancid cooking oil. There was litter on the bedroom floor at arrival, it remained after two days of "cleaning". WiFi was consistently unreliable, didn't reach the desk in the room, and was sporadic in the common areas. Staff at breakfast and the pool bar were friendly, but checkout took over 10 mins to complete for no explicable reason. A hotel voucher was issued but not honoured, and none of the VIP perks were offered. Pool is undercover so stays cold all day, loungers are limited and get no sun. Area around the hotel is a building site, lots of prostitution in the vicinity. Do not recommend.

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel on budget, this is hotel is for you. If you are however expecting a true 5 star hotel, I would not reccomend this. Check out also took longer then usual, and they did not have water bottles to offer as other 5 stars usually have. Another thing that: the wifi basically does not work. It worked somewhat on the lower levels (not great), but did not work almost at all in our room. Could barley load Twitter, newspaper sites, etc. When it loaded it was without pictures. Forget about streaming anything. In 2024 (and escpecially with 5 stars hotels) you expect at least decent wifi. I think looking at this hotel as 3-4 stars.

Our train was several hours delayed so it was great that the hotel immediately replied to me to not worry; we checked in at 3 a.m (6 hours late) but front desk were 24/7 & still gave us a welcome drink! Also got room upgrade so full ocean view: stunning scenery. Great location for food/bars/shops: right across from beach. Despite looking busy, we still got lounge chairs & towels. Pool was v swish/open late. Also superb staff & free afternoon tea (cuppa & biscuit at top). Amazing breakfast (even a choc fountain & doughnut board each day). Room modern, comfy. 10/10!

The beds in this hotel are so comfy! The hotel itself feels a little old though and our bathroom wall was slowly leaking water which was a bit strange BUT we would totally stay here again. Staff are all so lovely! The shaded pool was perfect for those super hot days and the private beach access is cool too! What I will say is that it was very loud: we were there on a weekend and the noise was unbearable one night. Maybe not the best choice for young families hoping for an early night but otherwise we really liked this hotel

We felt like royalty during our stay. Everything was exceptional. Service was prompt and efficient, the food was really good for hotel food, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We truly felt taken care of— especially with free shuttle service to and from the airport. For the price, this place cannot be beat! We had our laundry done and several meals and room service at the hotel all for very little cost. For people who care about the details: -Water pressure could be better but not terrible. Water was always hot when needed. -Staff always doubled checked before adding additional charges. -rooms were cleaned and bedding changed every day. We know because we accidentally spilled pasta sauce on ours and came back to fresh everything. - beach is just across the road and there is a private space on the beach. All rooms come with access to a beach chair and towels. - location is a little distanced from the main market (about 30 minutes walking) but right in the middle of several eateries, laundry and gift shops. To be able to underdstand the content of a request seems to be a challange for most Hotels. Also my vegetarian request (Fruits and an Avocado) was almost not possible for them... they tried to make it good, but as a 5* rated Hotel you can expect an adequate service. And in their own description they talk about sound proofed windows: far away from this standard, all the noise from traffic or Karaoke you hear in the room, was very loud.

Staff was excellent. If you have a question about anything, they will give you their honest opinions of places in the area. When I called for room service it was prompt. You even get your own spot on the beach that is right across the street. Overall, the stay was phenomenal and would definetly come back here again!

I had a very good experience staying in the Queen Ann Hotel. It is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a good location. It has amazing staff, professional, nice, friendly, very helpful in every way. I’d like to thank the ladies in reception for trying to find transportation for me to Quy Nhon and I’d like to express my gratitude to Tan who arranged a bus for me and transportation from the bus stop to my hotel in Quy Nhon and was checking to make sure I got to the destination. Queen Ann was amazing. Located across from the beach, you have a private beach about 50m walk. Service and staff were very welcoming, polite and always helpful. Convenient location, souvenir shop next door also does laundry for 30,000D per KG. Also sells other souvenirs cheaper then Dam markets. Pool water always cold as its in a shaded area, airport shuttle was organised for us and was a smooth ride. Approximately 30 minute drive from aiport. BREAKFAST buffet was best i have ever had amazing service and food choices, they have many dietary options, such as Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten and vietnamese traditional foods as well. Overall amazing stay, would recommend 10/10

Die Lage des Hotel ist gut. Es befindet sich nur ca. 100 m vom Strand. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich, auch wenn man vorwiegend auf russisch angesprochen wird. Das Frühstücksrestaurant in der 4. Etage war mit dem Fahrstuhl gut erreichbar, leider kommt man aufgrund drängelnder Urlauber schlecht wieder davon. Eine Kleiderordnung zum Frühstück im 5 Sterne Hotel gab es leider nicht. Gäste in den hoteleigenen Bademänteln sowie Badeshorts und Trägershirt trafem wir sehr viel an.

Loved this place,friendly staff,beautiful room and view of the ocean,buffett in morning was delicious, close to everything, mind you a bank machine was a bit of a hoof!great beachfront chairs ,corner stores beside hotel for a few bevies when needed!definitely a hotel thats top notch and we are simple travelers thanks for a great stay

Great hotel. Exceeded all expectations, only surprise was that Russian wás the most common language. And food was also Russian oriented. Would come back, staff and service was great.

Really Nice hotel. Big, clean rooms. Many options for breakfast. Excellent food at hotel restaurant. Good price and quality for the massage.

Our train was several hours delayed so it was great that the hotel immediately replied to me to not worry; we checked in at 3 a.m (6 hours late) but front desk were 24/7 & still gave us a welcome drink! Also got room upgrade so full ocean view: stunning scenery. Great location for food/bars/shops: right across from beach. Despite looking busy, we still got lounge chairs & towels. Pool was v swish/open late. Also superb staff & free afternoon tea (cuppa & biscuit at top). Amazing breakfast (even a choc fountain & doughnut board each day). Room modern, comfy. 10/10!

Queen Ann was amazing. Located across from the beach, you have a private beach about 50m walk. Service and staff were very welcoming, polite and always helpful. Convenient location, souvenir shop next door also does laundry for 30,000D per KG. Also sells other souvenirs cheaper then Dam markets. Pool water always cold as its in a shaded area, airport shuttle was organised for us and was a smooth ride. Approximately 30 minute drive from aiport. BREAKFAST buffet was best i have ever had amazing service and food choices, they have many dietary options, such as Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten and vietnamese traditional foods as well. Overall amazing stay, would recommend 10/10

We enjoyed our stay so much. The rooms are very well equipped, comfy beds. The view was amazing. The staffs were amazing. Food was average but had many choices. I would recommend this hotel

スタッフ対応は良かった。部屋も清潔だった。朝食は種類は多かったし、フォーは美味しかったが、もう少し全体のクオリティが上がると嬉しい。ビーチは近くて綺麗で良かった。はんぼうきだったので、ビーチチェアは借りる事ができなかったのは残念だった。全体としては満足できる滞在だった。

My stay was not as good as my previous one. Staff was not very friendly. Room did not have balcony or ocean view. Breakfast was good. White towels in the room were old and gray. Beach towels were old too and limited. Beach chairs were never available, almost. Cocktail Moscow mule did not taste like one. Probably, will not return.

The room was clean, modern and the view of the ocean was amazing. The breakfast wasn’t the best we have had in Vietnam but it was good and so many different dishes available in the huge buffet.
