Each year this place goes downhill further. From ice machines that are intentionally turned off to the outdoors hot tub that hasn’t been fixed since prior to covid to the piles of old equipment in the stairwell to the stains everywhere to the stuff we found in the floor that housekeepers should have picked up to the partially working ac units Every item has been an issues for years that the management just ignores There are alternatives in the area now and I will be paying a few extra dollars from now on to stay elsewhere

property needs an update- website advertised a pool and spa, but there was no spa and pool was not open-hotel had signage for pool and spa but I was told spa had been taken out several years ago and it was expensive to change signage so they covered with white paper after I arrived-breakfast was very sparse

We stayed for 7 nights. We immediately had to be moved rooms due to the first room having dirty floors and beds. The second room had mold all over the ceiling. The fridge did not work. The Air Conditioner barely blew cool air. The entire place smelled so bad. The guest laundry as advertised does not work and was told by one of the attendants it hasn’t and will not be fixed. Had I known laundry wasn’t available I would have packed appropriately. Also had to wait on clean towels and wash cloths daily. Not to mention the tv and chest fell on me while trying to put clothes in it.

Olga was the only professional Dirty bathrooms, cold and hot water were shut for 24 hours with no partial reimbursement;mentally unstable worker Ashley stabbed herself in arm with pen and yelled at the top of her lungs to a customer’s face, other rude front desk staff; never saw the GM over my 7-day stay; cockroaches in bathroom; sub-par breakfast; staff never available at desk; swimming pool not in service; staff addressed customers when approaching the front desk with, “what do you want?”

The hotel was clean, quiet. We had a hot shower. The pool and gym were also a nice touch. The breakfast was wonderful, however the last hour of the breakfast time should be restocked and trash taken out for those late breakfast eaters.

We were there during a severe rain storm. Water leaked in around the window. Carpet was saturated on 50% of the floor. Had to wear shoes. Our room was not the only one. Part of the first floor flooded. New building. Reason for leakage around windows????

We checked in around 10 pm and was exhausted so did not feel like dealing with the hassle of complaining. The shower curtain had mold on it, the bathroom floor had not been mopped, the couch is the room had stains on it which may you feel like it was dirty. The floor just outside the elevator on the 3rd floor and a spot that was obvious someone had spilled something. It was there Friday evening and still there Sunday when we checked out. The check in staff was really friendly but it was very obvious that management had no desire to have a clean hotel.

Unfortunately i found no soap in the bathroom, and woke up, moved my arm and found a past guests bodily waste in the bedcovers. This was already a second chance at this hotel. I will not be back.

The room was filthy, smelt like mold, and cigarette smoke, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, no towels, no soap, the front check in personnel didn’t seem to know what was going on, the door to our room has pry marks on it, like it had be pried open before. My kids and I couldn’t stay there, we were in the room for maybe 20 min trying to find somewhere else to stay and our allergies were bothering us and we were broke out. It was absolutely the worst experience

The comforter on the bed was ripped from one side that you could see it from when you came in. The sheets were all dirt, every layer of sheets were dirty. When I went to the front desk to ask for a new room, there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone showed up. I got a new room, but the new room was just as dirty. The sheets were all stained and dirty like someone ate in the bed and the sheets weren’t change just remade the bed. It’s been a week and I still have not gotten a refund. I made a reservation for two nights and I did not stay even the first night. I’ve tried calling to get a refund and no one answers.

This is a horrible hotel, I highly do NOT recommend! The breakfast is NASTY, there is MOLD everywhere in the hotel room, the bathroom was dirty inside the hotel room. There was no housekeeping services as well, it’s like pulling teeth to get someone to change the sheets. TV channel is limited as well. Don’t waste your money on this hotel, you get what you pay for. Everything in the convenience store is expensive too, $4 for 2 feminine pads. Don’t book with this people seriously!!!

The beds are old and in bad shape. Thin uncomfortable mattress springy and make noises the pillows are also bad too small and not comfortable. The toilet is too low and there are outside spotlights that shine all night into your windows. Even with the drapes closed it looks like daylight at night. Terrible breakfast too. Hated this hotel, all of it!

This is an older hotel thatvis in needbof refurbishment. The caulking in the bathroom is evidence of workmanship, and the carpets are worn. AC units were old and noisy. Bed was pretty comfortable and the linens were good.

Check in was quick and the lobby was clean. When I got to my room it smelled of cigarette smoke. I immediately went back to the front desk to inform the staff. The lady said she would come back to the room with some air freshener and see what else she could do. About 30 minutes later, as promised she brought some air freshener but also moved me into a different room. The second room was much better. The hotel overall is clean and comfortable. However, there are plenty of areas where it could use some major updating. The elevators look dilapidated with cracked tiles. The bathtub has a weak, worn spot in it that is stained yellow, and the bed frame on one of the beds was bent causing the mattress to sag. The pillows were worn out and tiny. Again, it was safe, and for the most part clean, just needs updating.

Tammy was one of the front desk/ concierge people and she was fantastic ! So helpful in providing info for the area, plus she found me the two extra pillows I had asked for. Everyone was great but Tammy stood out as going the extra mile. THX

it was terrible, had a 3 night stay but somehow they had checked me out the first After breakfast I had a email asking when I was going to leave ! I still had 2 more nights Went to front desk , she said I checked out last , that key had been returned and no one was in room 327. HELLO I’m standing there with both keys in my pocket, I have not checked out ! I know mistakes can happen but , she didn’t apologize or attempt correct the mistake… she stood there and argued with me telling me I’m not there so cause I was getting loud where other customers can hear me , she calls the POLICE First time in my 70 years I have ever been escorted out of a place I’m looking for a full refund cause I don’t see paying for the treatment they gave me !!! No customer should have to argue with hotel to prove they are standing in front of them No apology for there mistake and have the POLICE CALLED What kind of low life Hotel is this But now I can’t get anyone to own up to there attitude Even staying, no one is smiling and no one speaks to you The whole staff forgets with out the customer they have no job Very SAD place

Housekeeping came in and took our trash out once. Our beds were never made, sheets were not changed and the room was never cleaned. We asked housekeeping for towels they did not have any. We had to go ask the front desk for towels. Staff was rude

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was surprisingly good and filling. When we arrived, we only had one towel in our room but our housekeeper hooked us up with what we needed even though we left for the day and respected our dnd (she needs a raise btw just my opinion). It was close to everything as far as entertainment. Pool and gym available if we needed. Good comfortable stay.

My wife and I have stayed here many times in the past. Overall, I feel like the continental breakfast needs a lot of attention. It would be nice to look at it as an option for a quick meal but it is far from appealing.

The hotel was nice. The bed was a little hard, the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast was advertised till 9 but they didn't replenish anything after 8. The choices were slim pickings. A few pieces of runny eggs and cold sausage. They did have bread that you could toast and if you want to wait for the line at the Belgian waffles. 4 chocolate only muffins were remaining. A woman ran out of the back room to replenish the forks and plates at 8:30 but that's it.

Great breakfast. Even they were out of coffee and eggs when we arrived around 8 am staff was quick to replenish. Room needs stop for sink drain. Tub looked stained and hair dryer looked dirty.
