Very nice place in a great location only about five minutes from the airport. Airport shuttle was very good and the restaurant was also very good.

Asked for wake up call but did not get one. Airport shuttle never came. Had to go across the street to a different hotel to catch the shuttle

This is my ‘go to’ hotel for an overnight stay at LAX. Conveniently located, great facilities, suite rooms are spacious with kitchenette for those stays that are longer than a few hours. Pool is an additional bonus.

I loved the property I just didn’t like that there was no parking and they charged $56 a day for parking

Solid place to stay for an LAX hotel. Room was large and we felt safe. Easy check in. Coffee Bean and Tea leaf and a small restaurant inside.

Reasonable Hotel. The hotel pick up from airport is not as good as others. Shuttle bus frequency is inadeduate.

Great property and breakfast included. The cost to park is the only negative.

The property was very clean. Only one restaurant on the premise, making it difficult to have different choices to eat. Breakfast was decent. Transportation was limited unless you rented a car.

Nice building & shuttle - spacious room.. BUT towels and sheets were very mediocre. Food was Very Overpriced (captive audience, nothing but a Subway nearby). And the elevator system was designed by an idiot... You use your card to get a floor - perfectly normal. So, I hit the button next to the elevator to go down - saw someone come out of an elevator and went in.. Like anywhere else. BUT there is no way inside the elevator to tell the elevator to just go to the bottom floor. SO, all of a sudden, I was in an elevator that would go nowhere at all - with nothing I could do. Eventually had to use the "help" button to get someone to get the elevator down to the lobby. Hard to imagine that the inspectors would even allow an elevator with no way to simply send it down to the lobby - safety risk right from the beginning....

I had a wonderful room but it was dirty. It appeared it had not been deep cleaned, dirty sink, dirt on the walls and outlets, and dusty.

Very clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast, friendly staff & quiet.

Very unhealthy sewer smell coming up in the bathroom and the elevators. The smell at 3:00 a.m. woke us up so sick and with the most severe headache we've ever had in our lives. We are so groggy that we fell back to sleep until 9:00 in the morning and woke up so sick that we could barely even function to get the attention of the appropriate staff. When the maintenance engineer did get up there he told us all about how it had been like that for a long time and it was getting worse I was blowed away. We immediately insisted that we were moved to a different room it took us two days to clear our systems out from the toxicity that we were exposed to. Management refused to contact us during this time so we called you. Please handle this most professionally for which it's a serious problem and many more are going to get exposed to this before the problem is solved I'm quite sure of. I have been a contractor most of my life and this is one thing that you are absolutely against the rules to share your employees with this type of surroundings in the field there is very strenuous precautions involved in this type of exposure. as we were checking in something really confusing came about we were asked to hang on a minute as the clerk ran up to the room as we found out when we got to the room the clerk had fired up the dishwasher with dishwasher chemicals in it to cover up the smell when we walked in we immediately smelt the dishwasher but there was another odor this was around 12:00 at ni

When we arrived we were charged an additional fee of $50 to check in 30 min early. The entire hotel smelled like sewage and the tv didn’t work nor did the Aircondition. After requesting for maintenance 3 times we finally got a new tv the air conditioner was not functioning. The hotel front desk was rude and not very accommodating.

The first room we stayed in had really dirty carpet. It made our stay in the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom also had cleanliness issues.

I didn't like the fact that a $275 a night room had torn and dirty furniture in it. Overall the hotel and room were nice, but I have come to expect more from Hilton products.

I like the location, shuttle and free breakfast. But you need to do deeper cleaning of rugs, corners and windows.

Beautiful large rooms, would definitely stay again.

Above expectations for the price. Shuttle to/from the airport was excellent. Rooms were huge with full kitchen. Large bathrooms. Seems to have been recently remodeled. A bit of a strange smell, perhaps from new carpet? AC took 1/2 hour to kick in and also seemed to turn off at night as I believe its motion sensor controlled. So if you don’t move in bed I think it shuts off. Restaurant was very expensive but there is a Coffee Bean inside as well as a good deli across the parking lot and a subway one door down. Overall highly recommended.

Rooms and location are great. The convenient little fact that there's a subway attached paired with the coffee spot. Great quick options for a snack or drink. Bed was very nice. First room AC didn't work so I had to get another room but that was easy enough. Great service, decent price and perfect location. Would go back. Didn't hear any traffic or plane noise at all even though it's so close to LAX.

Staff very nice, airport shuttle efficient, room needs some improvement like the shower and kitchen area, bed mattress and pillows need and upgrade, breakfast was nice and clean.

Great hotel for the price. Donut get a room facing Century Blvd. The traffic noise is intense.

Stayed for a very short layover, and the free airport shuttle was extremely convenient. Hotel staff were very pleasant, with the exception of the bartender, who acted as if we were inconveniencing him terribly by asking him to pour a few sodas. The room was shockingly worn and dilapidated, though. The headboards were peeling and the bed skirts had big, frayed holes. The fitted sheet was too shrunken to fit one of the beds and was barely hooked over the very top of the corner of the mattress, showing the mattress cover underneath with a big brown stain of something dripped down the side of the mattress. It was quiet enough, though, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Now, you might think that because Los Angeles water tastes like drinking from an over-chlorinated swimming pool that this massively profitable chain might provide a couple bottles of complimentary water for guests inclusive with the $200/night room, and you’d be wrong. The small basic bottles were $3/ea, which may not be much but seems like insulting nickel and diming on principle. Overall, the place was fine but really not worth the price. I’ve stayed in budget chain motels with the same comfort and in better repair.

The AC is not cold at all and it’s all motion censor so at night had to keep getting up to turn the AC down

The customer service is second to none. I was able to enjoy visiting my family in the pity and still feel at home!

The rooms were initially nice and clean but there was minimal housekeeping. We called the front desk multiple times in regards to this but that didn’t resolve anything. We had to directly call the housekeeper that was on our floor to clean our room.

Hotel is nice, but I was confused on the actual housekeeping. It did not come in day one. I asked the front desk and they told me "housekeeping is by request only". So I told them to clean the second day and that still did not happen. After 4 phone calls, someone finally showed up. I know this was a thing during Covid but did not know hotels still did this and if so just tell me at check in. We should not have to guess if there is going to be housekeeping.

The front desk staff is top shelf. Every question I had they knocked out of the park. The shuttle service was great. There is a coffee bean on site! Would stay here again for sure.

We arrived late at night and check in was ridiculous. We stood at reception for over 30 mins. One staff member was busy flirting with a young girl he was checking in. Another went to take luggage to storage and never came back. There was a line up of people waiting to check in. I called down to ask about the restaurant and the person answering the phone said ‘uh, I’ll transfer you over’ sounding irritated. This is the first bad review I have written. But for the money we paid, we felt check in alone should have been prompt. Saving grace, the gentleman who did the shuttle pick up was lovely.

AC did not work. It was hot the whole time we were in there. Loud constant beeping sound coming from a sensor on the wall. Staff said they would move us 2am in the morning when my kids were asleep so we couldn’t move. They said they would compensate us with a discount which they didn’t. Then said they would offer us points to make up for it which they didn’t. Very bad hotel experience

Check in took way too long! The front desk guy was flirting around with some girls while couple of people were waiting to check in late at night time.

We called Hilton to see if our room was ready and the main number was so unhelpful, misspelled our name and told us we had no reservation. We went to the property and all was fine but that was a pain. We were there for 2 nights. They didnt make our beds the first night. They left our dirty towels in a pile in the corner of the bedroom (we didnt put them there). When I called for extra towels and mentioned the bed weren't made they had no comment. Evidently they only do beds every other day but my husband was only told this after he mentioned it. Also kind of lost on people staying for two nights (at about $900 per night). We got locked out of the room the second day as the lock on the door wasn't charged and spent 30 minutes sorting that out. We like the spacious room. The beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms. The kitchen could use an update. One of the doors wouldn't close at all. Weve stayed here twice before but not sure we'd do it again.

We stay at the H/Homewood for just one reason: the rooftop deck. Our son loves to photograph the planes arriving and departing LAX and it provides the perfect vantage point. The rooms are spacious, but they need to step up their breakfast (basically 2 stars). Quite possibly the worst hashbrowns I've ever had. Hashbrowns shouldn't be chewy. Highlight of the stay was Alex at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help check us in quickly and also helped us navigate the less than intuitive deli self-checkout, all while checking in other guests and fielding phone calls simultaneously.

Close to LAX

Loved how close to LAX it was.

Nice place to stay at Los Angeles airport. The room is clean and convenient for both business and leisure travel. Plenty space for living and relax. The only concern is the noise from construction activities next door. It seems that the airport is under renovation or rebuilding. Noise could be heard around mid night and early morning (5AM).

We had a corner suite with windows on 2 sides. Very spacious and sunny. Although next to the runway, we were not bothered by airplane noise. Staff were friendly. We had a great 1 night sfay. Breakfast experience was not so good. Even though it was weekend, breakfast ends at 9am. Food and coffee were not replenished in the last half hour.

This is a nice hotel very close to LAX. Easy shuttle bus service and nice room. The breakfast stinks, so maybe just pass on it. Surely they could do better. No fruit, only powdered eggs, soggy meat, glue like oatmeal, etc. You get the idea. Sorry, Homewood Suites, you fell down on the job for this aspect of our stay. Had to eat again at the airport.

Shuttle was convenient and quick. Check in was easy. SUPER CONVENIENT for car rental which is next door. Breakfast was fair, was surprised at no fruit - being in California and all :-). I'd stay again.

I got the accessible room because that was the most inexpensive. It was a last minute reservation as my flight had gotten canceled for the night. Walking in, I was awestruck as this was the biggest hotel room I've ever been in. Full kitchen, king bed, large TV. My unit ended up being a corner unit and it had button controls for the sheer curtains in the blackout curtains. For the price I felt like I really got my money's worth, until... The AC just wouldn't cool. Long story short I was moved to another room where the AC works better, but not great. I still slept under only a sheet. Netflix worked in one room but not the second room. Just weird. The breakfast bar was the best I've ever seen.. but the flavor just wasn't there. I was genuinely surprised because the food looked very appetizing. Real eggs, not powdered. Lots and lots of options though there will be something for everyone. In short you will love the size of the hotel room, you will wish the room got cooler at night, you'll enjoy breakfast ish. Check-in was the fastest I've ever checked in. There was a line of about 15 people in front of me and I was at the desk within 10 minutes. And they had me checked in within 2 minutes of walking up to the desk. Very friendly staff. Quick props to Jose behind the bar! Sweet guy, good cocktails. They have room service but you'll need to go down to the bar to get a menu. The front desk will say you can scan the qr code on one of the end tables, but that didn't work.

Since I had free breakfast on my booking. They said the time is between 6-9 am. I showed up around 8:30 am. There was nothing to pick and also the serving table was so dirty even. So I ended up to go restaurant and pay for breakfast. I will never ever use this hotel again. I have 25 years traveling experience all around the world and this was the first bad experience. I had a friend from France and It was a shame to book this hotel.
