The hotel was very close to the airport ant the shuttle works 24 hours. The parking is an issue even thou they have a parking next door. Late at night it is difficult to find parking.

This was THE nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, the ONLY downside was the $50-$60 parking but oh well it’s LA what do you expect? However this hotel was the nicest I have ever stayed at and even got upgraded to a Deluxe King suite over something broken in our room. We will be staying here again. Thank you for your wonderful hotel and services.

Very clean, “walking distance” from the airport, had drinks and a dj on the rooftop at night with views of planes landing. I had a view of planes taking off. You can hear the planes but it wasn’t bad. No restaurants in walking distance but not far by lyfts to Target or Walmart. It’s not LALA, it’s the airport. Close to SoFi and the Forum. Car rental place is next door. Has shuttle to the airport. I would stay again. All staff was friendly.

This was a very nice place to stay. Because of the innovative key system, we felt extremely safe. The rooms were large and very clean. The bathroom was attractive and well stocked. The only downside was the hours the bar and restaurant were closed. We had to go to the Hyatt next door to use theirs in the afternoon, after arriving from an overnight flight.

This hotel is right at the entrance to LAX. They recently opened new streets making it easier to get around the area. Minutes away from rental car airport drop off. We relied on the airport shuttle and it was awesome! Came every 15 minutes, brought us right where we needed to be. Staff was great, our room was very nice! We ate near by at one of quite a few restaurants, Wacky Wok. Also very good!

The hotel was nice. Good lighting in room and good water pressure in shower. The refrigerator was useless. No microwave. The parking was $55 a night through the hotel. Limited dining options that were also expensive.

We were not told that parking was $55 per night. The bus available for traveling to and from the concert was handy. However, our room was not very clean. There was some small little bugs in the bathroom, and the toilet constantly ran. The refrigerator didn't work and no one came to fix it. A lot of the light fixtures did not work. All in all for a supposedly highly rated hotel, I felt the accommodations were just barely satisfactory. Even the lobby had spilled water on the floor and pieces of pizza and napkins that no one had picked up. In addition there was only one person checking people in and out. The check in and check out process was not easy. I don't think I would stay there again.

It's now my 3rd stay in this property within one year. NONE of the rooms had clean windows. Neither from the inside, nor from the outside. In all 3 rooms other guests had already written "Clean Me", "Wash me" or comparable statements into the dirt of the windows (1125, 725 and a room on the 8th floor). It don't get what the problem is in cleaning the windows every couple of months from the inside and from the outside. I also don't get that you feel like in the middle of a tarmac noise-wise. There's absolutely no soundproofing of the windows. The AC shows you e.g. 68F but doesn't go below 72F during the day an 70 during nighttime. Bed was clean, fridge was clean and so was the bathroom. The carpet looked like it has been vacuumed. I really liked the firm pillows and the blanket. Patio is also nice. Also was the Faucet Aerator completely clogged up and the flow on the faucet extremely low until I cleaned it. Dear Hotel Management: No need for commenting "please fill in our form on the website". Simply go in there and wash your windows and do preventive maintenance (e.g. on the water faucet in the bathroom). It's as easy as that.

The first room that we were given smelled like human waste. The second room we were given, we couldn’t get in because the keys didn’t work. The third room had gnats in the bathroom sinks and bugs in the bed. That was the last straw, we checked out and went home.

Quite possibly the best hotel in the Los Angeles area. Very friendly and polite staff, rooms are clean, restaurant food was very good and most important, best views of airplanes arriving/departing LAX from their observation deck. The only two negatives was the low pressure of water coming from the shower and the towels/rags left a lot of lint on my body after each use. I will definitely be staying there again whenever I visit the LA area.

The AC wouldn’t cool the room past 70 degrees even though it was set to be cooler. No one answered the phone when calling for guest service multiple times. Had to go downstairs to ask for service but even had to do that multiple times as things were forgotten.

Overall decent layover hotel, very clean,modern, walkable from terminals. However, one of the most barebone hotels I stayed in. No cups, no complimentary water bottle, no coffee machine, no tea. Despite a tv screen in the room, no tv channels only connectivy to your own Google/YouTube. Despite not being a big TV person....it would have been nice to watch news after a 15 hour flight. Would I stay again? Probably not, there are other walkable options on century Blvd

Our hotel room was placed directly under the hotel gym which was terrible, it was constantly loud, and our stay was restless and tiring. Frankly, it is unacceptable to pay over $300 for a room you can’t sleep in due to constant noise and interruption. I would appreciate a full refund, to be honest.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for one night near the hotel due to an early flight the next day. The hotel was average for a Hilton. My granddaughter stayed in the bedroom which was very large and beautiful. However the only bathroom they had was in the bedroom. My husband and I slept on the pull out couch as we are early risers and did not want to disturb her. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. It is saggy and creaky. It was just terrible. On the plus side the food at the restaurant we good and we loved the robot that delivers items to your door.

The hotel was super convenient to the airport and the free shuttle was great. Room was a good size and clean. I’m giving 3 stars because of the front desk staff. Our check in was great. However, our room didn’t have a hairdryer (which I didn’t notice until after getting out of the shower the next morning). I called down to the front desk (no answer). A young man at the front desk called me back and said he would send a hairdryer to the room. We waited, and waited. I tried calling down again numerous times but no answer (just rang) or they immediately hung up on me. I stopped a housekeeper in the hallway for a hairdryer and she told me I had to call the front desk. After over an hour, I had to leave with wet hair to catch my flight. When I complained to the young guy at the front desk he said “well that wasn’t me you talked to. Sorry” (while he was hanging up on other calls coming in). I’m glad I was just getting on a plane and not heading to a job interview or something more important!!! Not impressed with the staff

Desk check in - absolutely terrible. Rude concierge and waiting 10 minutes to be greeted. 2 people working (1 was actually doing the work). One employee looked neat and as expected. The other - messy. And kept stocking waters while he checked in guests who were impatient from having to wait so long for service in the first place.

Tried to call the front desk from the airport to find out where the delayed shittle was. Couldnt get through. Just rotated to a recording. Also tried to call the fromt desk from the room to check on checkout time, exact same thing. Lwft it on speaker for quite a while. Thwy need more staff. The one person at the desk was quite nice.

We arrived to check in late, however, the other person we were traveling with told the front desk that we would be late, but did confirm that we'd be there as soon as our delayed flight landed. At the time she confirmed we still had our reservation. When we arrived (at 1am) we were told that despite having a confirmed reservation, even though the front desk was told it would be very late by the time we got in, they sold our room and had no rooms left. They did finally make arrangements at a nearby hotel, which we had to take our luggage to in the pouring rain. That hotel was well below the level of the H.

The property was great! Shuttle was easy! had to Uber to the surrounding food. There were other hotels being built nearby, so construction noise all night, but that will end eventually. Other than that, the perfect stopover.

For a stop over on to Hawaii hours for dining were so limited. Food bar only open from 5 to 10p. Has a little store to purchase alcohol that was supposed to close at 2am Went there at 150a and employee was rude. Said sorry closed. She’d already locked up. Only a subway nearby. If your looking for Amenities , this isn’t the place

Nice refurbished older building. They charged me $13.59 for 3 or 4 K-Cups , 1 small Paper Cup with no lid. The small bottles of water had prices marked so I avoided those. The Coffee’s did not. Almost $200 a night and they cheap out on the K-cups. Wow.
