Very easy check in. Excellent room that was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Gluten free bread was a treat at the breakfast buffet. Hot and cold options were good. Beds clean and new. No tubs but good shower. Quiet location. Very nice pool.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. I was there for two nights with two dogs. My room was on the first floor, which I requested, right next to an outside exit. I never had to take the dogs through the lobby. My room was clean and modern and the design was well thought out for convenience. The staff was nice, breakfast was good with many choice, lots of green space for the dogs, plenty of parking, very quiet, and many restaurants in walking distance. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the young women at the check-in desk. They were both polite and quick!!! It was a very cold day, so the clean, cozy room was necessary! We utilized the gym and ate the warm breakfast! The location, cleanliness, great customer service, and breakfast options were all reasons I would 10/10 recommend!!!

The rooms lack cleanliness, my dog got a chocolate and almost ate it, they need to supervise the rooms, and the breakfast was not good, I always stay in this chain of hotels and they are very good, but I did not like this one because of the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and improving the breakfast.

The beds were poorly made. There was hair on the toilet and where blow dryer sits. Cabinet was not clean where refrigerator sits. Looked like very small blood droplets were on pillowcase. Rooms are very dark. Young lady was nice to move us to a different room although not much of a change. Charging ports by bedside were inoperable. But the receptionist was nice and breakfast was good Staff was nice

So very clean! You could smell the freshness upon entering the doors! Stunning lobby and pool area and super clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast was great but I would have liked some bacon one day and get a break from the sausage but that is minor - I will be back!

No one cleaned our room even when we requested it. We did not have toilet paper, coffee, body wash, shampoo, and towels. The room had a particular odor which never left. The pool had not been cleaned and there were lots of hair floating around. I would not return to this location, but I am a Hilton honors member.

This is a beautifully maintained Hampton Inn, had a wonderful stay on the way home from Florida. Clean, convenient, very friendly & responsive staff. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed by how amazingly clean the hotel was: not a stray hair, funky smell, or dust bunny to be found! Everyone working there was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great and different each day of my stay. The room was spacious and well lit with lots of natural light. I’ll definitely consider staying here again.

We booked and prepaid for a room with a king size bed but upon arrival at 7:30 pm we were advised that they did not have the room available only rooms with 2 double beds. Nigel the front desk clerk was very sympathetic about not being able to provide the room that we had booked so he upgraded our room. Nigel (I believe that was his name ) was very pleasant and very profesional. Our room and beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The only negative observation was the bathroom was not cleaned up to standards. There was a used towel hanging on the hook of the bathroom door and the mirrors were very dirty or should I say not cleaned properly, you could not see your self on it. It seems that whatever they used to clean it was not buffed out. I had to take some cleanex and clean a small area so I could see myself. I am assuming that the housekeeping person that cleaned the room prior to our arrival was inexperienced and there was no quality control in place.

We came back to our room on Saturday night and it was like it was ransacked. Both beds were stripped and all towels had been taken. Instead of being able to shower and get some sleep, we had to pack up and change rooms. Not ideal after a long day of travel. The only positive thing was the guy working the front desk, he was great.

I booked a room with a roll-in shower days ahead of my stay. Upon arrival, I was told that the room booked was no longer available. They gave it to someone else! My son is in a wheelchair. He requires a lift to transfer to and from the bed. Beds in the roll-in shower rooms do not have a box under their beds. This means that I can use our Hoyer lift. I was not given any reason why this happened. Totally not impressed!

I stay at this property 2-3 times/year and am never disappointed. I have come to appreciate the leadership of the general manager, Angela Emerson. She is everywhere, making sure everything possible is done to make the stay pleasant and enjoyable for the customers. Hampton Inn needs more like her!

My stay was as always, amazing. Such a welcoming and clean hotel through out from the lobby to the outside area. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, you sink into beds like a sponge soaking up water. Jojo at the front desk his customer service is superior. Thank you jojo, I’ll be back everywend I can. It’s like a room is waiting for you to escape to. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, couples, family and solo travelers. Oh, did I mention a free hot breakfast in the morning. My rating for this hotel is a 💯

Stay was good overall. However, we didn't have enough towels, toilet paper or tissue paper. We did not have housekeeping service during the 3 days we stayed, even when they said that it would be done every other day. On arrival the front desk person was not "professional" at all. After they were really good.

This is a great hotel to stay at when visiting USC (about 15-20 minutes by car). It’s a very new facility. It’s clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern. The surrounding area has good options for quick meals such as Panera, McD’s and Chick - Fil- A.
