We were disappointed as this isn't really a Hotel but more like a drive through. Push button entry with no code until I phoned the owner. No concierge or staff, no lounge or seating area, no key, no parking, our room was right above a road and the night was disturbed by vehicles and local church bell. The 'breakfast' is cold porridge, fruit salad, orange juice, some madeleines and tea and coffee. We went down the High Street and had a cooked breakfast. The shower whilst excellent and enjoyable has a broken door seal and the sink is barely usable if the shower is in use and the room is badly designed. The toilet paper is on the back of the door so you only find it if you close the door first. We did appreciate the quiet fan though as the night was very warm and we had to keep the sash windows closed. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time we will spend more.

Excellent accommodation and very close to the town centre amenities. Beautifully presented apartment. Some road noise but not enough to be off-putting and we'd definitely stay here again. Host Simon was very helpful at all times. All in all a lovely stay

I did not really like the room and the location was good being in central Marlborough. The overall experience was okay.

Would I stay there again? No. Room 5 had a separate bathroom and the carpet to it felt dirty so needed slippers which I didn't have. Breakfast wasn't to my taste (continental it wasn't). Coffee machine didn't work but I was able to swap the machine from another in room 6 but still wasn't very hot nor produced decent coffee. Didn't know which coffee was which - you need some sort of code. I had to do a bit of work on the table but the lighting was very poor. I did sleep well though and it was very quiet. I parked 100 yards away and thus not ideal.
