TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Only gave 4 stars for property condition because they were doing construction on the pathways and it made it more difficult for us to access our building from the pool.

We had an incredible stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel truly special. The gym was amazing, the food was delicious, and our two-story room was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Overall we really enjoyed the property, the grounds and ambiance were spectacular. Generally the service was excellent, although we had a couple small hiccups with slower service. There was a variety of food choices. Overall the food was good but not great. I recommend the Chic and Bravo dinner experiences. The talent was awesome, and although both cost extra they are worth it! We did have to search out Bravo. It’s new and I don’t think they were promoting it enough. It wasn’t available in the app, and my wife just happened to notice it as we were exploring the “mall” area. We stayed on the “adult only” side, and it was much busier than the family side (most likely because of the time of year we stayed). We ended up using more of the family side, since we were looking for something a little more quiet. The adult side was great if you’re looking for a party atmosphere, or just want to people watch.

Very nice adults section of a very large Grand Palladium complex. The food choices were all very good- notably better than most all-inclusive resorts we have been to. The pools are a little small for the size of the resort - lead to crowded and stuffy waters. The beach was perfect- plenty of seating, solid service, swimmable and very walkable! Rooms were very nice however needed a little TLC for some things (cabinet hinges, alignment of closet and cabinet doors). The staff was amazing- very attentive, so friendly and intent on providing excellent service! Lots to see and do- varied entertainment and food options, beautiful spa and well equipped and large gym. Overall a really great stay!

Enjoyed our time at TRS Coral! Our butlers Eladio and Alexia were fantastic and provided us with excellent service. Our golf cart driver Oscar was fantastic and drove us around all week. Food was good at Portifino, the French restaurant and both steakhouses. The coffee shop was great too! Our swim up was nice but the water could've been warmer. Overall a great time and would return in the future.

Need better activities during the day at the pool and at night

TRS Resort was amazing! One of the nicest properties we have ever been to. Great restaurants and service. The spa with the hydro therapy was amazing. We will definitely be back!

The staff are generally amazing. Our Butlers Linda was exceptional. Eduardo was scheduled to work less but was good. Disappointed after 4 days the butlers rotated and we were assigned new ones. Food was good to great for the most part. Carlos drink server at Main Pool Grand Palladium was awesome. TRS Pool server not particularly good. Some guys there were really nice but were not our server so that was a need improvement area. Overall the property is lovely. We were with a large group and some had various complaints with rooms. One family I meant were dissatisfied with requested items not being delivered to rooms. That said for us it was really nice overall great staff the golf carts transports were generally reasonable wait times. Bed was hard. Some nice entertainment.

Arrival: just OK. Reception coordinator was not very enthusiastic and barely audible. Lobby area is basic, lacking in details and some of the rugs very dirty. No real upkeep or regard for details. Room: cleanliness is totally lacking. Had to change rooms. Still not satisfied with cleanliness or the condition of the room that hasn’t had any upkeep in 5 years. Dust really everywhere: closets, lamps, wall decor, just unacceptable. Some strange stains in the bathroom area, including shower and bathroom doors. Signs of humidity everywhere in bathroom, including mirrors. Bathrobes horribly stiff. Mini-bar was leaking. Sofa is in need to deep cleaning. Amenities: generally, the restaurants were not OK. Food was low quality and compared to 5 years ago, very bland and just substandard. La Boheme was only good option all around. No coca cola products available, only pepsi. The positives were: most of the staff almost every where was amazing. Pool areas are nice. Beach is amazing. There were unusual circumstances during our stay due to a hurricane, but all mentioned so far is not hurricane related. Related to the hurricane, the contingency plan in place is not appropriate. Understandably, all restaurants and common areas were closed. Hotel staff dropped off soggy sandwiches and snacks at all rooms. These quickly spoiled. TV service and phone went out in some rooms, not all, but TV and phone has been unavailable for almost 24 hours. Same with wifi.

Had a great stay! The resort was beautiful and a very calm space! It was nice that the beach was a walk away and we were able to enjoy the water! The was INCREDIBLE we made friends with the staff right away and everyone was so nice. The staff that stood out to us was Alberto, Roger, Viemi, Karina, and Karmen. They were so nice and they were so sad to see us go! The housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and replenishing linens too!

We are really not ones to complain, but with a 5 star resort we truly expected better. Most of the issues we complained about have not gotten better. Night one, the bed was dirty. There was hair all over the bed and in between the sheets, as well as pink & orange colored stains all over two of the sleeping pillows. As you can see, our curtain is still not fixed. We cannot close our curtain completely. We are not getting the privacy we deserve, because our curtain won’t completely close. We reached out about this on day 1 and was told it would be taken care of immediately. Immediately never came for us. Also, we seen two roaches in our room on day two, sent pictures of those. We also complained about our mirror being dirty on days 1&2 of our stay which never got addressed. Everyone that we’ve spoken to on the staff says it’s unacceptable, but yet it was never addressed. We shouldnt have to deal with previous guests filth. Also, we did not receive our amenities that we requested when we booked our room. We did not receive our 2 bottles of liquor that were requested prior to our arrival. Also, we are celebrating my fiancés birthday, this trip was supposed to be all about her so We requested the room be decorated for her birthday and it wasn’t. later on she expressed to me that she did not feel special and birthdays are very important to her. It broke my heart hearing her say that after months of planning & anticipating this trip. We asked to speak with manager but never could

The spa massage was very good but the music system was disruptive because it was going off and on making a scratching sound. No Zen. The glass doors of the buildings and pool were smuggled and dirty. Most disturbing was the cleanliness of the room hallways. Housekeeping was not vacuuming and picking up trash in the hallways of our room. Also someone cut themselves and blood was left on the ping ping table. I am a nurse for my county and that disturbed me as a health professional that it was not cleaned up immediately. Now on the family side, my neice was touch inappropriately buy a man and the management handled it poorly. It was not safe on the family side. All in all our room was beautiful and the TRS side was wonderful in spite of the cleanliness but that is very important for patrons. The transportation was great and my husband and I had a good time. There were stains on beddings. Request to change it but still able to find stains, hair and still stink. Air stinks like mold too because AC does not have dehumidification function which is ridiculous because it is so humid that wall paper is wet. Stains again on a napkin from restaurant, disgusting. Food quality is terrible as well. I would rather eat Mcdonald’s than room service. Food from restaurants were okay. Bird poops on sunbeds. Being suspicous about how often they clean those sunbeds. I am on antibiotics because of those hygiene issues(not because of the water for sure). Never going back.

This hotel is in a very remote location, far from the airport in comparison to other hotels. Extremely overpriced. The food is great, staff is very helpful and always available. The sheets had stains on it, the smell in the room had moldy smell, towels were thin, torn, with stains. Heavy drinking at the pools. I would not recommend for that price!

First time to Cancun, really enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort given it was slower season when we went! The room was very clean and the resort was not busy at all. The entire resort was very easy to navigate. Their butler system also very handy if you have any questions. Love the spa, probably one of the best spa I’ve been to. The entire stay was very relaxing. Would stay again for sure.

Our ocean view was a barely unless you lean over the balcony. Very misleading.

Our stay at TRS Coral was great. We had a swim-up suite, which was magical. We also opted to pay for the “Premium experience” during check in, which was well worth the price. If given the option, I’d strongly suggest doing that. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. This was especially true for us, I believe, because we tipped well from the get go. While that may not be required, it definitely helped, and we were happy to do it.

My second trip to this beautiful resort about an hour drive from the airport. Once again, the grounds were beautiful, there is lush vegetation, and wide sidewalks everywhere you go. There is a man-made canal system with boats that can fear you around the property should you not want to walk. There’s also golf carts to do that same job. There are various reflecting pools around the adults only side of the property. A beautiful lobby, many bars and several restaurants on the TRS side in addition to the Palladium family sides The most important thing I want to say is that the staff to a person are kind, generous, and helpful. We did not have a single negative or even neutral face to face encounter with the staff member. That said the property is far from perfect, and there are several things that I think have degraded since my last visit two years ago that would give me pause for concern for suggest suggesting this to someone else unequivocably . The people: the workers are almost, without exception, exceedingly kind and helpful. Even the gardeners will stop and welcome you. Special mention to Rodrigo by the pool and Pedro in Capricho. We felt the food had decreased and quality, and many restaurants were not even open except on the weekend nights, which made it difficult to get a variety of meals in. We also had difficulty with our air conditioner, never working properly and not being able to get hot water consistently.. reported these issues,never resolved

The hotel is very nice but the room shown on Expedia does not match the actual room type. The photos are not accurate and the Junior Swim up faces the the pool is actually called a Seaside Swim up. We had to upgrade rooms and change which left us without a room for half a day. The Seaside Swim up was a perfect location and really nice. There are plenty of employees around but all designated for very specific tasks and when asked for help they say they will get someone, but that often did not happen. The food was the biggest disappointment and was with most we spoke to. However, the butler was good, housekeeping was good, the room was perfect location to get service from the swim up.

We stayed in a loft suite and it was one of the most incredible experiences! Definitely recommend upgrading!

We booked a beach-view swim-out suite but were told on arrival that our room was changed “for an upgrade” to a loft with a jacuzzi—without being asked first. It felt more like they messed something up than a real upgrade. After a long day of travel, we were starving, only to find every restaurant required reservations—and none were available for our entire two-night stay. Out of 10+ restaurants, not one had space. Only 2–3 lunch spots were open from 12–4 PM, so after that, our only option was buffet food until late night. For the price we paid (over $2,000 for two nights), this was unacceptable. The “upgraded” room had a broken shower, a non-working jacuzzi, and barely any hot water. Maintenance couldn’t fix it, so they moved us to another room, where the jacuzzi handle broke again and the bedroom TV remote was missing. We ended up spending the weekend with no working amenities, no restaurant access, and no activities to do. For the cost, this resort was a major disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend TRS Coral to anyone looking for a relaxing or fun stay—try Secrets Playa Blanca instead. We stayed there for 3 nights right before TRS CORAL and we wished every second we could go back.

We enjoyed a stay at TRS Coral Hotel this summer (2025). The resort is gorgeous and Instagrammable around every corner, with plenty of food options and great amenities. We loved our bedroom — we booked a loft suite — but the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. When you’re staying at a resort, you expect a great, comfortable bed, and this one was so firm it made my sciatica flare up. I asked the butler if they had rooms with softer beds, but he said all the mattresses had been recently changed and are the same in every room. I normally don’t complain, but if you’re planning a vacation to rest, a good bed is a must. The à la carte restaurant options were great (just make sure to get a reservation!). Our favorites were Gaucho and La Boheme — both were amazing. The buffets, on the other hand, fell short in both flavor and variety. Also, the CHIC Cabaret & Restaurant experience is a must — it was one of the highlights of our trip. The service from our butler was great and attentive, but other staff throughout the property didn’t always offer that same friendly demeanor. We did love the welcome gifts — a beach bag and caps — such a great touch that we definitely used throughout our stay.

Nice place. Room AC did not function properly. Too hot to sleep and foul smell from it. Told staff each day…requested a new room. HVAC did not get fixed.

Excellent property. The Butlers Ricardo and Jesus were great for the 2 days we had them. Roberto was great also. Entertainment/Buffet at Isla Blanca was the only down side to the resort I felt. Could have been more entertainment at night. And during the day by the pool. The staff and The cleaners were top i appreciate the cleanliness

The service at TRS Coral Hotel was truly unmatched—professional, warm, and consistent from start to finish. Every staff member, from butlers and pool attendants to servers, bartenders, and entertainment staff, worked hard to make our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and dedication made us feel genuinely cared for. There’s plenty to do without ever leaving the resort. Our favorite was the dinner and show at Chic Cabaret—an unforgettable night of fantastic performances. Huge thanks to our server Jorge for making it even more special and memorable. Dining across the property was excellent. The variety, quality, and allergy accommodations exceeded expectations. Every meal felt thoughtful and safe. The pools were stunning and spotless. We appreciated the clearly defined adults-only areas, which kept things peaceful. Golf carts were always available, but walking was less ideal due to shared roads with the carts and sidewalks. Our room was clean, modern, and well-appointed with a large balcony, jetted tub, rainfall shower, and smart TV to access room service and activities. Housekeeping was fantastic and restocked the minibar daily. The only downside was the A/C—it cooled a bit, but the room stayed humid and damp. The unit was possibly too small for the large room. Highly recommend TRS Coral Hotel for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and great service in one place.

Second time at TRS Coral and it was great. The check-in staff were very nice. Lily and Gracie especially. Favorite bartender was Alexis at the pool bar. Biggest disappointment was our butler, Mel. He is in the wrong job. Our first time we were at TRS we had two of the best butlers ever, Miguel & Hector. Hector is still at TRS and working hard.

Any resorts in Cancun area they all have pro and con include this one but when you bring it to staffs they collected all. There customer service are near perfect my honest rate is 4.8 or 4.9 out of 5

Expedia package came with $1200 resort credit- unusable. Essentially it was a coupon book, but you had to buy an extra to use the coupon- VERY misleading. Upon learning this on property we were then convinced to buy a different upgrade- which were double charged for & we left very unpleased. During our stay the service was wonderful, food good & drinks great. The spa was gorgeous- but VERY expensive- this is where I was double charged after upgrade & couldn’t resolve before leaving for my flight. The beaches, pools & property was gorgeous overall. The scent in the lobby & a few restaurants was POWERFUL & unnecessarily strong. Our room was gorgeous- but the construction next door left it unpleasant to use our private pool during the day. Loud banging, jack hammer & workers around. Wyndham, our butler, was incredible. Quite frankly he saved our trip from being a bit of a disaster. We appreciated him very very much. The sheets were not great- pillows & mattress good though. Toiletries, shower, tub- all gorgeous. The property also offers fun work outs in the pool everyday & activities like chocolate tasting. Those were quite cool. Overall I’m just a bit torn. There was a lot offered, but we also paid A LOT of money. I’ve been on 2 other all inclusive trips & think I’d be inclined to try a different hotel group next time.

The best costumer service I have ever received in my life has been from Carlos Mota the Rooms Division Manager, from the moment we check in he greeted us with open arms and treated us like if he knew us all his life. He gave us incredible recommendations to the best restaurants, set us up with the best tables and always checked up on us during our whole stay. He's an incredible person and the best staff member of this hotel. I would hands down recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

We had several issues with room changes and time wasted by attending a sales presentation that ended up taking 6 hours instead of 1 hour. I will say that one person, named Miranda, at the reception desk continued to save the day time after time. No matter what went wrong she was able to sort it out and find a good solution. She maintained her kindness and sense of humor in the face of my sometimes difficult travel companions. So thank you Miranda you deserve a raise in pay! I would return to this hotel because of her customer service as well as the great food and beach. I would also advise to make your restaurant reservations the SECOND you arrive!

My husband & I stayed at TRS coral for 5 days & were overall disappointed. Our entire stay we were harassed MULTIPLE times a day by employees to purchase a massage or to purchase the hotel's membership program. These people harass guests all day long. My husband & I were beyond annoyed of repeating ourselves. We came there to relax, not be hunted down trying to get sold on something. The food was very average. The buffet food was not good & all the labels for the food were misplaced or had no labels. All the steaks at the restaurants were very chewy. We don't eat pork & we let the staff know that, but we were given pork on dishes we ordered. When I asked staff what was in the food, they never mentioned pork & the menu didn't mention pork in the dish, but then we got our food & there would obviously be bacon in it. So proceed with caution if you have a food allergy. Our room wasn't very clean. There were stains everywhere & it didn't look like it was cleaned well. The entire hotel, including our room, had a weird smell to it. The staff there treats people differently if you tip vs if you don't tip. To top it all off, I woke up with food poisoning on our last day there after eating at their french restaurant the night before. I had to travel back to the US beyond sick & vomiting all day & went straight to urgent care when we landed. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. We've paid for cheaper resorts & had a way better experience than this.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at TRS Coral Hotel and would absolutely return! Our room was beautiful with a stunning ocean view — waking up to that turquoise water was such a treat. The pool area was clean and spacious, with plenty of sunny spots as well as shaded areas to relax. While you can’t see the ocean directly from the pool because of the greenery, it’s just a short walk to the beach, which is gorgeous, very clean, and has the softest sand. We also loved the fun beachside bar with swings! A huge thank you to our butlers, Mel and Daniela, who truly elevated our trip. They made all of our dinner reservations, checked in daily, sent us the activity schedule, and even decorated our room beautifully for our birthdays. Their attentiveness made everything feel effortless and special. Dining was a highlight — El Gaucho was our absolute favorite (I could have eaten there every night!). Teppanyaki was also such a fun experience. We enjoyed the quieter nightlife vibe, relaxing at Aqua late night and having pre-dinner drinks at the Sky Lounge with gorgeous rooftop views. The silent disco was definitely one of our favorite activities! Overall, a beautiful resort with wonderful service, great food, and a relaxing yet fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay at TRS Coral and would highly recommend! Our thanks to the staff who really made our stay special: David and Manuel who would magically find us every evening around dinner to check in and ensure we were being taken care of (especially with my gluten allergy)! I can honestly say I've never randomly hugged a staff member but it's such a relief knowing that they had my back. The team of George, Naim and Raul who put together the best dinner experience I've had at all inclusive in the Tentazione Wine Cellar. Worth seeking out this hidden gem for a special occasion or a romantic evening. Our fabulous buttlers Jesus & Monse. We were never stressed about making reservations, rushing around looking for something or even random questions. They worked seamlessly together and were always ready with a friendly greeting when running into them around the resort and quick to reply on whatsapp. Jocelyn, our lovely housekeeper always took great care to ensure the room was clean and relaxing after our days enjoying the resort and was incredibly polite. A note about the room... we indulged in the two story terrace suite - worth every penny. Having a quiet/private space to read (or nap) during the day on the balcony and then soak in the jacuzzi at night was the best. We will work on our Spanish and can't wait to return with the kids - thank you for a memorable vacation!

Location and access to the beach, clean facilities, various dining options, very friendly staff

Beautiful property with a well maintained beachfront. Need to make reservations for dinner every night, so know that going in - and 100% use your butler to help, they’re great. Far from the town or daytime excursions, so expect to spend an hour in a van getting to daytime Activities you might have planned. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

The property is cleaned and well organized. The services and staff are very friendly. We will definitely come back to visit this property. Few cons: The location is very up north of Cancun and in the middle of no where. It’s great if you just looking for a place to relax and stay in the resort. There could be some improvements with the foods. They need to add more flavors and show some love to the foods. We tried 5 restaurants and I think most decent one was tentaziones. The other 3 were not impressive at all, there were many times we couldn’t enjoy our meal.

I certainly enjoyed my stay at TRS Coral hotel. When I walked into the lobby, I’m attracted and impressed by the good scent and cleanliness. Staff are very friendly and professional. Daniel at reception and our night butler Sofia were very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed swimming pool, beautiful beach and sea. Also good food from the resort. YUL, the bartender from Bar Sante, she is so good in making drinks!!!! Loved that! Overall, we had a great time at TRS coral! Definitely recommended!

Property was very nice. Staff was friendly. Food was disappointing.

There was loud drilling/ construction right by our room, nonstop, so much for a private pool. If you miss making a dinner reservation, you are out of luck. We were sent to a romantic dinner at “Nest.” It was embarrassing sitting next to a candy shop and a daycare. I got cold coffee for breakfast and heard a loud static noise from the radio. The reservation made at the front desk was a failure. There was nothing VIP about it. Chic was probably the best part.

Hotel and staff awesome butlers great transportation around hotels great only bad was room service food not good taste wise and restaurants average and our closest in our room had a pee odor and the couple we traveled with had same problem in there room was bad enough they moved them to another room but other than that i will most definitely be returning the service and conditions 5 star

Need better food options

Zentropia spa is amazing, taste/ quality of food much improved since last visit 2 years ago.

Everything was perfect, the room was super clean and it was always stocked up with fresh drinks. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to make reservations for dinner, and we didn’t get the chance to try the restaurants we would have liked to. Since they were already booked days in advanced. We were there for 4 days and I would have liked to have the opportunity to try the restaurant I was interested in. We basically got whatever was left over. That’s my only complaint but other than that it was all perfect. :)

They made all of our dinner reservations, checked in daily, sent us the activity schedule, and even decorated our room beautifully for our birthdays. Their attentiveness made everything feel effortless and special. Dining was a highlight — El Gaucho was our absolute favorite (I could have eaten there every night!). Teppanyaki was also such a fun experience. We enjoyed the quieter nightlife vibe, relaxing at Aqua late night and having pre-dinner drinks at the Sky Lounge with gorgeous rooftop views. The silent disco was definitely one of our favorite activities! Overall, a beautiful resort with wonderful service, great food, and a relaxing yet fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!
