The food was not the best. The rooms obviously had touch up painting done that wasn’t very good. The lighting on the bathroom cieling is not very nice.

Stayed in the adults only "elegance" area for 7 nights. Melissa, our butler, was wonderful. Very communicative with all the goings on around the resort, telling us which restaurants were open/closed, offering to make reservations for us, even popping up to our room while we were at dinner for our nightly aromatherapy scent...a very nice extra touch. Room was clean, big, and well appointed. No issues at all. Staff make it stand out as a great place to go. Food was well above average compared to the 6+ other all inclusives we've stayed at in Mexico.
