Hotel is very pleasant all around, the breakfast was pretty good. Within walking distance to the mall but expect to drive anywhere else. Tons of dining and shopping in the area. Outdoor pool was nice but not very big.

I liked the friendliness of everyone working there Our room was completely clean. And we liked the Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast was fine. And the coffee was good. We liked the outdoor pool. My only complaint was that the pool had a lot of debris (bugs, small bits of trash, and leaves and small sticks) in it on our second day.

Rooms are a good size, nice showers and comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast. Close to dining options and a mall. Nice outdoor pool area, even has 3 separate cabana style rooms with fans. Large gym. Plenty of parking.

Very clean, very quiet. The room was very clean. The only negatives feedback I have is that it smelled weird on the 1st floor. It smelled like dirty bathroom and unpleasant smelling cleaning products. The other thing was that the pool wasnt open because it needed maintenance both days. It was very well priced though. I would definitely stay there again because I think those were two isolated incidents.

Reception gentleman( August 9, 5:45pm)( young guy) was nice, even we called asking about the hair dryer. He always smile and polite. The swimming pool, we went to Courtyard Marriott, the reception gentleman was so nice and proper service we really liked it. The room is good size for family and clean. If we come to Tulsa for my son’s Jr tennis tournament in the future, we would love to stay here again.

Fabulous location, walk to dining and shopping. Friendly staff and a super clean hotel. Great breakfast. The hotel had everything you could want from an outdoor pool to a gym, along with some snacks available for purchase.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was exceptional, and breakfast was wonderful. All staff members were super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I visit Tulsa! The price was reasonable and affordable. Thank you making this a great place to stay while visiting family and celebrating my granddaughter’s 2nd BDay. She loved swimming in the pool!😊

Did not like that our room door had a huge gap down at the bottom and you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Also our room had a lot of bugs, crickets, insects in it.

1st room we were in had wet spots throughout the carpet so we were moved to a room in the 3rd floor that smelled a bit like urine. Mold in shower and dirty sheets. Will not return.

Property was fine to stay at. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Let us check in a little early when we rolled into town. Cleanliness was a miss as our rooms chair had weird stains on it and the bathroom had a few bugs lingering in it. Bed smelt of someones scalp and the bed was definitely dented or sunken in towards the headboard. Our TV had a dying LED so the picture was all blueish. Didn't bug us too bad but we wouldn't definitely stay more than a night.

Check in was quick. Service was good. We were welcomed each time we came in. We asked for extra blankets and they gave us some. Beds were comfortable (love that they had pillowcases labeled firm and soft). Rooms were clean, which they had a little bit more space. Microwave, larger fridge than some hotels, Keurig in the room. Breakfast was delicious! With 3 toddlers, meals are expensive, so we always choose hotels that have free continental breakfast. They had a great selection of warm food as well as other options. Biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, hard boiled eggs yogurt, muffins, bagels, 3 choices of cereal, pancakes (which rolled out within a minute), juice, milk, & choc. milk. Only down fall was that the coffee was out. We will definitely stay again, next time in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

I have stayed at this property twice now and have had a positive experience both times. The front desk team is service-oriented and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast had a variety of tasty options. My only criticism might be that my bed wasn't overly comfortable, but most hotel beds aren't great to begin with in my book. My room also had a jetted tub, so that was nice to enjoy at the end of a long trip. Will absolutely book again next time I'm in town.

Horrible checkin process. The lady that checked us in lied to our faces. Waited over an hour for a room I prepaid for and she claimed we canceled. LIAR. Then she proceeded to charge my card twice for incidentals. She needs to be fired. Never will stay with a Holiday Inn again.

This is our "go to" property in Tulsa. And this time did not disappoint. Stacy put out little guest gifts that were just too cute! We commented each time we passed. The staff is always friendly, the hotel is always clean and neat. This time they were doing a little exterior maintenance on the driveway, which was a little difficult, but won't last long! When we go back to Tulsa, we will stay again.

The room itself was nice and comfortable but check-in was a disaster. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check-in time and the person at the front desk said our room was not ready yet, it would be 30minutes 45 max. We had our lunch with us and went over to sit at the tables and eat. When it had been 45 minutes we checked again and a different person was at the desk and told us we had to wait until 3 which was the opposite of what we had already been told. We needed to get to the hospital so we just left and came back later.

Good hotel. Good complimentary breakfast, clean room and public spaces, and good location. Only two issues - 1) check-in clerk thought the room was pre-paid although it wasn't, and couldn't figure out how to charge the room to my preferred credit card, and 2) desk chair was broken.

The desk staff was attentive. Hotel was in a great location. The first morning when we woke up, we found the comforter had many spiders in it. The desk worker did volunteer to move our room and was very apologetic. The second morning we went down to breakfast 45 minutes before they closed, and there was hardly any food left. The lady working in the area was nowhere to be found. People kept coming down until the 10:00 closing time and most food was gone.
