Love the Tesla chargers, although two were ICE’d by non Tesla’s. At least there was one available for me. Hotel is nice but we stay here for the Tesla chargers. And we come to Sioux Falls a lot.

It was fine. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of driving but there was only a pool, which was disappointing. Appreciated the fact that the pool was open 24 hours.

Do not stay at this hotel if you expect airport transportation. It states there is airport transportation and I confirmed it prior to making the reservation. When we checked in and wanted to schedule the transportation for the following late morning, I was told it didn’t start until 3PM the next day. It was not the fault of the front desk person but all they could offer was a recommendation on a cab service. I do not recommend this hotel!

The pool was open 24/7! That makes it convenient after sight seeing and going to attractions all day, can relax your muscles in the pool any time during the night! The hot breakfast in the morning has gluten free options which I liked, our room was spacious and very clean, it’s also quiet all day long in the building, the staff is very friendly, this was my favorite hotel in Sioux Falls and I definetly will return to this hotel!

Expedia doesn’t not the $75 pet fee. That was an unpleasant surprise at check in. Asked front desk if they could waive it seeing that it wasn’t posted on Expedia and that’s a hidden charge. Probably would have picked a different hotel had I known there was a pet fee. The grassed area around the hotel is covered in poop people haven’t picked up and stepped in it. Stains all over carpet even though it seems like a newer building. Breakfast was substantial and good.

Two elevators were in good working order. Cons : Most of these wouldn't matter for a night or two, but I was there 8 nights. Only able to get ice once as it was out of order. The room did not have a microwave which I could have really used for that many days. I went and bought antibacterial soap as the stuff on the wall doesn’t cut it. Also bought make-up remover pads so I didn't stain washcloths. Nothing given for being a Hilton member like other Hiltons, water etc. Pillows are due for a change.

The color choices in this property leave much to be desired. Rooms are noisy from the floor above and the hallway, and the breakfast area and choice of food was simply bad. Who ever heard of chicken sausage? You can do much better.

The Hampton Inn was clean. The hotel it self is located away from heavy traffic. Nice breakfast. Only thing I noticed that needs repairs were a cabinet door in our room was hanging off and the shower pull.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is immaculate. Expedia let me book a handicapped accessible room that wasn't actually available (2nd time on this trip). However, hotel staff helped accomodate and got us into a room that worked well for our needs.

The desk clerk wasn't very engaged. Kept saying since I was a "3rd party booking" I have to do this ,can't have free bottles of water. The hotel was over run with different parties. 2 in the lobby 1 pizza party in the pool. Made both places unusable for us. It's a good thing our room was impeccable clean!!

The hotel was very clean, quiet, an close to the areas shopping. We used it for an early morning doctor’s appointment. We walked to a Mexican restaurant next door that was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience! Clean hotel, friendly staff, personally loved the location. Close to things but far enough you’re not battling traffic to get in and out of the parking lot. Would definitely stay again especially for the price.

Liked that the drape was vertical so no middle crack, nightlight in the bathroom, wheeled ottoman for suitcases/sitting. There was a waiting line at check-in and there a delay with cooked items at breakfast due to stove issue: both of which were not in control of the staff...

Great stay! Especially impressed with the breakfast and the breakfast area. Nothing was sitting empty on the buffet—and every area was wiped clean several times while we enjoyed the meal. The tables were immediately cleaned and wiped as guests left meaning we didn’t have to sit at a dirty table or clean it ourselves like we do at most other hotels. The lady in charge was out working right along side the other employees. Making this a stand out property in our book!!!
