De ontvangst is zeer vriendelijk, de locatie en ligging is perfect! En het gebouw is uniek, de oude sphynx fabriek! Ontbijt is goed en de kamers zijn degelijk ingericht en van alle gemakken en benodigdheden voorzien. Je loopt het gebouw uit en zo het centrum in! De rooftop bar van bold op de 8ste etage is een aanrader en ook een trekpleister voor velen! Het grote parkeerterrein achter het gebouw is een pré! Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend!

Die Lage ist perfekt: kurze Wege in die Stadt und öffentlicher Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Allerdings ist der Parkplatz gegen Mittag schon voll. Die Ablageflächen im Zimmer waren sehr staubig. Das Bad war sauber.

Excellent hotel with great gym. Downsides are that ironing in laundry room and upstairs restaurant didn't have excellent service, so that is why 4 stars.

The gym was fantastic and professional. Very high end machinery. The breakfast was outstanding - a large variety, and it ran until 10am unlike at other places. Everyone was very kind and knowledgable.

Nice Hotel with a good price! Good service, Nice location. Parking just outside / 16 euros a day. Can definitely stay again at this location or same concept at other location. Really nice breakfast which we all enjoyed!

Mooi ruime studio, op korte afstand van het centrum van Maastricht. Groot pluspunt is de gemeenschappelijke ruimte op de benedenverdieping, met werkplekken, hangplekken en tafeltennis, pool en een fussball tafel. De studio had een tweepits kookplaat, waterkoker en Nespresso machine. Om te kunnen koken kon je het keukenpakket voor de kitchenette ophalen bij de receptie. Dat was wel wat mager met alleen een koekenpan, maar de vriendelijke medewerkers bij de receptie gingen op verzoek op zoek naar een extra pan.

Place is very cool and modern, room was wonderfully spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was fantastic and provisions in the room were great...except no mugs /cups for hot drinks and no milk but i think this is a dutch thing. Service was fabulous. Staff are lovely and the facilities amazing. Great location for town, literally 5min walk. Quiet location too. Only issue i had in room, when you open windows theres no way of securing them so they're a horrible health hazard as they just keep wafting open and closed or stay just jutting out into the room. There's also no walls between the windows so when i coule hear next door like they were literally in the room, i checked to see if they were out on some balcony and they weren't. They too had a window open and i could stick my arm out of my window and through into theirs!! (No way a person could fit so no security issue!)There was no noise barrier at all with both of us having windows open, the gap between room windows and original building windows creates like an echo chamber and funnels noise. Im sure you wouldnt hear quiet guests and in winter no issues but on warm nights with loud guests and heavy snorers this little quirk to the building design could well lead to a sleepless night for some.

Wir waren schon oft in Maastricht und haben bereits verschiedene Hotels ausprobiert. Die meisten Aufenthalte hatten wir jedoch im Student, bzw Social Hub. Die Lage ist perfekt, aber leider hat die Qualität des SH nachgelassen, was Sauberkeit und Frühstück angeht. Das Personal ist immer super nett und hilfsbereit. Jedoch werden die Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt: Dusche nicht sauber, Bettlaken beschmutzt, Möbel verstaubt, Pflegemittel teils leer oder die Spender funktionieren nicht. Ersatz WC Papier fehlte. Wir waren jetzt gerade 2 Mal innerhalb von zwei Wochen da. Leider mit den selben Problemen. Auch fehlt Stauraum, wenn man zu zweit länger als 2 Tage bleiben möchte. Sehr schade, aber das wird vorerst unser letzter Aufenthalt im SH gewesen sein. Hoffe, dass es sich wieder auf die ursprüngliche Qualität besinnt!

Very clean and spacious room! Location is also great! The only problem was that at night, no one at reception could speak English! We needed help with the heating system one night and the receptionist could not understand the problem and as a result no one showed up to fix it. Also the type of pillow they had in the room was weirdly uncomfortable to the extent that I had neck cramps for 2 days after our stay.

Chambre avec confort qui n est pas à la hauteur du prix. La propreté laisse à désirer ( toiles d araignées, insectes, murs sales….) Grande déception. Nous sommes des voyageurs très réguliers et c est bien la première fois que nous avons eu un hôtel aussi peu propre pour son niveau de prix.

The hotel is located in a fairly central area with a convenient large car park at the back. The hotel does not really have staff to check in and the main operations are carried out by the guest himself by registering electronically on arrival. Das Social Hub in Maastricht ist eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft und Perfekt auch zum Arbeiten. Die Zimmer haben sehr hohe decken und alles ist toll eingerichtet.

Personal sehr Freundlich.Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Frühstück war sehr gut. Super Lage man ist in 10 min in der Stadt.Der Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Hotel.

We stayed for only one night to attend Friday's South of Heaven event at nearby Stadsweide - what a shame we weren't staying longer! Our room was HUGE, the atmosphere is positive and fun, and we didn't have nearly enough time to explore Maastricht. That means we must come back when we can! Highly recommended 💯🔥

This hotel came well below our expectations. Our room was barely ready even an hour after checkin time. The room was disappointing: two small windows, very dark, not at all what we were lead to expect. The high price was not reflected in the quality of the accommodation. Restaurant staff were excellent at breakfast. But this is not a hotel we would rush back to.

Goede ligging niet zo heel ver van de binnenstad. De muren waren echter wat dunnetjes zodat wede buren ook konden horen. De service van het personeel was uitstekend en vriendelijk, het ontbijt eerder sober.

Ligging van het hotel is top. Vlakbij het centrum. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en enthousiast. Ontbijt was ook goed. Toch was de prijs kwaliteit onder de maat. Op de kamer was het erg warm en daarom moesten de ramen open. We zijn 2 nachten in het hotel geweest en hebben, omdat de ramen open moesten, slecht geslapen. Tot 5 uur ‘s nachts werd er op straat alleen maar geschreeuwd waardoor slapen moeilijk was.

Check in was wat rommelig en er waren bij binnenkomst geen grote handdoeken aanwezig in de badkamer. Dat laatste is heel snel opgelost. Vragen aan het personeel werden wisselend heel vriendelijk of wat nonchalant ontvangen. Maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Erg fijn hotel om te verblijven!

Wir waren schon oft in Maastricht und haben bereits verschiedene Hotels ausprobiert. Die meisten Aufenthalte hatten wir jedoch im Student, bzw Social Hub. Die Lage ist perfekt, aber leider hat die Qualität des SH nachgelassen, was Sauberkeit und Frühstück angeht. Das Personal ist immer super nett und hilfsbereit. Jedoch werden die Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt: Dusche nicht sauber, Bettlaken beschmutzt, Möbel verstaubt, Pflegemittel teils leer oder die Spender funktionieren nicht. Ersatz WC Papier fehlte. Wir waren jetzt gerade 2 Mal innerhalb von zwei Wochen da. Leider mit den selben Problemen. Auch fehlt Stauraum, wenn man zu zweit länger als 2 Tage bleiben möchte. Sehr schade, aber das wird vorerst unser letzter Aufenthalt im SH gewesen sein. Hoffe, dass es sich wieder auf die ursprüngliche Qualität besinnt!

Loved our stay in the SocialHub. Very easy to walk to the center of town, parking has hourly and daily rates and is right behind the building. Staff was very helpful and around 24/7 which was handy when we were locked out of our room because the door lock batteries died. It was solved within 5 mins at midnight, very impressed! Would stay here again.

Aankomst was verwarrend, omdat de balie onduidelijk en onbemand was. Ontvangst was heel vriendelijk maar onbekend met belangrijke locaties in Maastricht en parkeerinfo en was te druk om info te achterhalen. Kamer was ruim en comfortabel maar onvoldoende verlichting, met name geen licht aan het bureau om te lezen. Grootste probleem was aan het ontbijt: om 9.30 was alles op, terwijl het ontbijt tot 10.30 beschikbaar zou zijn. Na een half uur wachten kwam iets maar zeker geen volledige selectie, slechts brood, jam, fruit, worteltjes. Geen zalm, geen aardappelen, geen eieren, helemaal niets dat warm was. Voor mij was geen tijd meer over en ik heb het ontbijt helaas gemist, verslag gehad van mijn partner. Mederwerker aan ontbijt stond er alleen voor. Duidelijk onderbezet en onvoldoende eten. Gasten nadrukkelijk vragen hoe laat ze ontbijt willen is niet de oplossing voor dit probleem.

Our recent stay was far from the experience we had anticipated. Our check-in at 5 pm revealed an unprepared room!!! the bed wasn't even made. The room provided was disappointingly tiny, and the lack of cleanliness, with visible dust, was hard to overlook. To make matters worse, despite booking a deluxe room, we were allocated a basic one. What added to our frustration was the near absence of reception assistance. Multiple calls went unanswered, leaving us feeling unheard and unattended. No one really works at the reception anyway! De ontvangst is zeer vriendelijk, de locatie en ligging is perfect! En het gebouw is uniek, de oude sphynx fabriek! Ontbijt is goed en de kamers zijn degelijk ingericht en van alle gemakken en benodigdheden voorzien. Je loopt het gebouw uit en zo het centrum in! De rooftop bar van bold op de 8ste etage is een aanrader en ook een trekpleister voor velen! Het grote parkeerterrein achter het gebouw is een pré! Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend!

Ligging van het hotel is top. Vlakbij het centrum. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en enthousiast. Ontbijt was ook goed. Toch was de prijs kwaliteit onder de maat. Op de kamer was het erg warm en daarom moesten de ramen open. We zijn 2 nachten in het hotel geweest en hebben, omdat de ramen open moesten, slecht geslapen. Tot 5 uur ‘s nachts werd er op straat alleen maar geschreeuwd waardoor slapen moeilijk was.

Nadelen: parkeren in Maastricht was gedoe en was een groot verkeersinfarct. Ontbijt was prijzig en hebben we niet in het hotel gedaan - er zijn voldoende opties in de buurt.

Goede ligging niet zo heel ver van de binnenstad. De muren waren echter wat dunnetjes zodat wede buren ook konden horen. De service van het personeel was uitstekend en vriendelijk, het ontbijt eerder sober.

As always the stay was good, but I feel it important to mention, that the breakfast offering is not to the same high standards i have experienced at other TSH, in both variety and quality- the setup this morning as an example was missing serving equipment. after asking once, made do or did not have the item

The gym was fantastic and professional. Very high end machinery. The breakfast was outstanding - a large variety, and it ran until 10am unlike at other places. Everyone was very kind and knowledgable.

Nice Hotel with a good price! Good service, Nice location. Parking just outside / 16 euros a day. Can definitely stay again at this location or same concept at other location. Really nice breakfast which we all enjoyed!

Our stay was amazing. Good breakfast but could get a bit busy the later you go. All staff were amazing. Polite and very helpful. To name but one Carolina who went the extra mile with request. Without a doubt management material. Definitely recommend
