Me & my Husband, stayed here with our 2 children (1&7 yo). Clean room, friendly service, nice pool area loved it had a small child pool, & right on the beach! Walking distance to Dollar General, restaurants, souvenir stores. Perfect location! Definitely will be back!

Elevators are horribly slow! We took the stairs a lot. The trash cans on each level outside the stairwell and elevator smelled. Was hoping to check in early and that didn’t happen, and check out is promptly 10:00am! For the price I guess I got what I paid for. The pool is rather small.

This property is in a great location. Next to the Pink Pony Pub and The Hangout. You don't have to drive just walk. The only issue was we had two vehicles and we were only allowed one pass. We had to park second car across the street in a gravel parking lot. The rooms were clean. Nothing fancy but we don't go to stay in the room. The bunk beds are for small children or adults under 5'2. There are 2 elevators- one on each end. Wait times vary 5-10 min. I was a little disturbed that we left and came back to realizing that someone had came in our room. The trash had been removed is how we knew. Maybe inform people that staff will go in your room or ask for permission. I didn't like that but everything else was good. They do have a pool and it was clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We went as a large group and rented two rooms. Both had a beautiful view from the balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. Both were clean and spacious. The property was well maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy and the area felt very safe. They have plenty of carts and buggies to get your belongings up to your room. The property is directly behind the Pink Pony and next door to the Hangout. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and souvenir shops. The pool area is nice and relaxing. We also made use out of the onsite grills. Each of us had a blast and look forward to returning.

The property was in a great location, amenities were ok. Check in was a hassle and didn't get texted like promised, making checking well after check in time cutting into our destination time. Washer and dryer not convenient to units, wifi dod not work in our room so we piggy backed off of neighbors rooms . Plugs in kitchen non working, elevator use is higher between 4-5 pm henderence to the guests. We loved the location could not have been better for us , Pink Pony is our spot! Walking only after adult beverages is amazing 😍 so I would recommend this to anyone that loves pink Pony,staff could not have been more courteous,😍they are great! Plenty of sleep room in these units and view is to die for! I'll give the five stars !

Excellant location easy parking. Room was dirty. Beds were Sandy and wet making me question if the sheets were clean. The fridge was leaking and there was a musty smell in the room. When complaining to office staff they seemed more worried about a noise complaint and the police being in the parking lot due to conflict between guests. Which I would be also. There are nicer places to stay at gulf shores.

The beds were nice . Although it had bunk beds BUT NO BALNKETS ! The floors were DIRTY AND VERY SANDY . I live in Fla so I do understand sand . The condo needs a MAJOR facelift . Very very old and outdated .

The view was nice. The space was small. The bunks were really small. The appliances were rusty. The bathtub was gross. The curtains were stained. The door stops were rusty and broken. The fans were dusty. There was a bug in the coffee maker pot. The hair dryer was broken. Not adequate parking.

The property is in a great location in downtown Gulf Shores with easy access to shops, restaurants and entertainment. It was also an easy access to the beach and the Gulf. The unit needs some upgrades, especially with the kitchen stove top. The living room furniture was not comfortable. We did enjoy our stay and would consider returning to Phoenoix All Suites.

Excellent location close to food and shops. View was great too. Unit was well maintained and the staff were super friendly. My only complaint was the main bed. It was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood it was so hard.

First trip to Gul Shores. The condo is easy to find. Didn’t realize it was in the party area. Cops seemed to always be looking for something. The only bedroom is with a king bed. Second advertised “bedroom” is a hallway bunk bed that my 13 year olds barely fit in. Fold out couch was ok but we had to ask for blankets. Curtains had mold stains on the bottom. Lights and things had a lot of dust. Couch and a chair was all seating for 5 people when advertised for 6 people. 4 person table with 2 bar stools. We made it work for a few days. I heard a few others complaining about the bunk sizes for their kids. If you have teens or more than a family for 3 or 4, I would look elsewhere. Balcony concrete was gross.

Great location right on the beach, convenient to many restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. It worked well for an overnight stay for me and my husband with our 3 kids ages 9-17, but if we were staying for a whole week we would prefer to stay in a bigger unit. Decor could use some general updating/cleaning (mainly couch and fridge), but overall it was fine for a short stay. Can't beat the beach view balcony and easy access to the beach for the price we paid.

Reported on the site & was advised to call front desk (which I had already). I saw housekeeping 2 doors down and requested from her the extra linens. She texted her supervisor and told me she had to wait for a reply and then she would bring them to the room. Never received them & no call.

My room wasnt ready by the check in time. When I asked when would it be ready, the receptionist said I dont even know...??? I asked to get someone that could find out. At forst she was not helpful, then eased up and was helpful. I was promised a late check out because my room not being ready, but was sent a text reminding me of my 10am check out. Other than the lack of communication between house keeping and the office the stay was good. Was able to walk to different restaurants a d the beach access is nice.

Great service. The front office attendant made me feel so welcome and wanted. it made feel like they were happy to serve me. In a world full of people saying “WHAT DO YOU WANT” I finally got a tell me how I can help you. But coffee in the room would have been nice.

The vent in my room rattled all night each time the A/C came on. I was awaken several times and got so annoyed that I recorded it to report to management. The lady at the desk didn’t want to hear the recording and stated that I should have called to have a strange man enter my condo at 3:00 in the morning to check out the noise instead. I asked for the manager to call me, but obviously they don’t care because no one has contacted me yet. I did not get a good night’s sleep and paid too much money not to.

I enjoyed the location if this property the most. It is right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants, stores, and fun activities. I would definitely stay here again. Check in and check out were extremely easy.

Love the location, easy access to the beach and in a great location everything is close by . Only thing was the elevators were super slow . But everything else great ! .

This property is in a great location. Next to the Pink Pony Pub and The Hangout. You don't have to drive just walk. The only issue was we had two vehicles and we were only allowed one pass. We had to park second car across the street in a gravel parking lot. The rooms were clean. Nothing fancy but we don't go to stay in the room. The bunk beds are for small children or adults under 5'2. There are 2 elevators- one on each end. Wait times vary 5-10 min. I was a little disturbed that we left and came back to realizing that someone had came in our room. The trash had been removed is how we knew. Maybe inform people that staff will go in your room or ask for permission. I didn't like that but everything else was good. They do have a pool and it was clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We went as a large group and rented two rooms. Both had a beautiful view from the balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. Both were clean and spacious. The property was well maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy and the area felt very safe. They have plenty of carts and buggies to get your belongings up to your room. The property is directly behind the Pink Pony and next door to the Hangout. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and souvenir shops. The pool area is nice and relaxing. We also made use out of the onsite grills. Each of us had a blast and look forward to returning.

The first impression was pretty nice and clean. Everthing (except food of course) was provided. It had plates, bowls, pots, pans, silverware, plus more. However, they only came up once out of 4 nights to clean our floor and replace towels, and we had to request it. Never came to replce sheets. My husband wasnt happy that he had to go all the way to the parking lot to smoke. Pain in the rear. There isnt any reason you cant smoke on the rear balcony as long as you are not throwing down your butts. Also for this price it should have atleast a continental breakfast. But it dont. Ice should also be free. Overall though, it was fairly nice and cant get much closer to the water. Id give it a 3.7. Wouldve been higher if the maids woulve actually cleaned ever. Would maybe come again, but probably try somewhere else first.

This place was amazing!!! Everything we needed was in the room. Close proximity to everything. Only thing is our rooms oven was weird and we burnt some cinnamon rolls and the smoke alarms went off and scared everyone . Its was a good laugh! I will definitely stay jere again!

We stay here as often as possible when we visit Gulf Shores. There's no better location for walking, its directly on the beach and very close to stores and dining. Convenience of a condo with pool and great location but considered suites/hotel. We love it!!

Great service. The front office attendant made me feel so welcome and wanted. it made feel like they were happy to serve me. In a world full of people saying “WHAT DO YOU WANT” I finally got a tell me how I can help you. But coffee in the room would have been nice.

Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )

The bedroom TV would not work; someone had programmed in their info (we didn't report it to the desk) The patio slider door wouldn't lock (we were on the 4th floor so not a security issue) We were in a handicapped room that had a handheld shower head, but no fixed shower head was available. It would have been more convenient to have a fixed shower head. Other than these minor issues Great Stay!
