The room had roaches coming out the wall from the bathroom and the coffee maker had mold in it.

No WiFi they had bugs and my room wasn’t done they moved me to another room that had roachs they didn’t refund me my full payment

Staff was great; unfortunately, they are under staffed. There just wasn't enough help on the property, and it appeared only a few staff was available to operate the business. The third floor, as soon as you walk off the elevator, it smells like urine. There were quite a few pet owners this particular day…if I was the owner …I wouldn’t allow pets in the building. The third floor needs to renovated, and then no more pets allowed from there.

The hallway smelt horrible. When we got into the room, there were bugs crawling on the walls and bed.

The hotel does not look like the picture . I waited like more than 5 min to check in cause there was no one in the front desk.
