The property was well kept, rooms were big and spacious, staff was friendly! The pool is great the kids loved it especially the slide. The gym is good! The weights they have is definitely high end! Housekeeping were friendly and did a great job as well. Would book this place again. And it is conveniently located 30 mins from everything we needed except for the town of reading which was an hour away but it was still good!

Rooms were clean and nice. Pool area was great with the slide (reason we booked). Breakfast area was beautiful and it was clean and well stocked. Our front desk staff member was a little cold but not terrible. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hotel is pretty new , rooms are clean and updated. Downfall- very unpleasant experience with the pool. Apparently there was a birthday party during our stay, and it was unsafe swimming conditions. Too many kids in a small pool. Parents weren’t making their kids adhere to the rules, people were being let in from the outside entrances. They shouldn’t allow that many kids in the pool at one time. Employees were only coming in to stock towels, I’m not sure if they knew how bad the situation was. I should have said something but I didn’t want to cause any trouble. We ended up not even swimming due to this my daughter was scared. ( she is 4).

Would definitely recommend! Came here for a 2-day stay with my family for my daughter’s birthday weekend. The hotel was great, clean, friendly staff and very nice breakfast setup. The pool had a water slide which was definitely an added bonus for the little ones which they enjoyed! Very quiet hotel, with adequate parking. Dorney Park is about 8-10 minutes away which is a cool attraction and convenient to this hotel. I will be returning in the future, thanks Marriott ♥️

Nice place. Very clean and quiet. Appreciated drinks and snacks for sale in the lobby. Lovely breakfast. The oatmeal was especially good. My husband would have preferred sweet rolls of some sort, but he survived.

Checked in late PM & left early the next morning, so not a ton of feedback since I was only there for less than 10 hours. Check-in took way too long at 10:00 pm as there was a guest there trying to borrow a cork screw for her wine & chatting up the desk clerk. Not really the clerks fault, but he really could have moved her nonsense along more quickly. The room was clean, pretty, not overly decorated, sleek & comfortable. The bed was very comfy. Nice big bathroom. The blinds in my room (304) were a little tattered on the top so they wouldn’t close all the way, letting in quite a bit of light in the morning. The coffee maker is a nice touch, but they didn’t supply enough powdered cream. Since there’s a fridge in the room, maybe leave some creamer for us coffee drinkers? I didn’t stay for breakfast because the breakfast room was packed when I came down. Overall, a very nice stay. It checked all my boxes for safety & cleanliness.

I really enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were super helpful and friendly. The pool and slide were awesome, breakfast was great. The bad- Pillows were way too soft and basically flat, the AC hardly worked at all. Couldn’t even tell if it was on or off. And to no fault of the property our upstairs neighbors on the third floor were loud stomping around and loud music late at night. People that were staying there were constantly slamming doors and it was loud. I’d stay again.

Got charged twice when i only booked one room! The king size mattress was super super hard woke up with major back issues!! No fridge in a king size room to keep anything cold. Very basic and very expensive for a super duper hard matress!!

Everyone was great, what was amazing was I forgot but wet bathing suits and towels they didn't throw them away even tho I had out them in a white garbage bag, I called the next day and they had them and waited for me to pick them up!!!!

We booked an overnight stay for my son and me, so he could go swimming in mid-January. The pool and water slide were awesome and kept him and his friend entertained for hours! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for traveling with kids, a little something for everyone. Kristin at the front desk is a gem. She was so nice to us. She addressed my son when we checked in and even walked him over to give him a sneak peak of the pool. Overall, great stay!

Pool and slide was neat amenity of the hotel. Check in taking longer than an hour and multiple phone calls made so that our plans for time at the pool had to be canceled. I felt like the front desk should’ve been quicker to offer alternative check in procedures. Instead we spent an hour trying the one method of normal check in even though their system was down.

The woman working at the front desk on Wednesday afternoon 2/26/25 between 3:30 and 4:00pm was rude, very unfriendly and not at all welcoming. She seemed either to have difficulty with visiting foreigners or maybe she just didn’t feel well and in that case, should have called in sick and stayed home that day. Also, please educate her that people whose native tongue is not English do not routinely have a hearing loss therefore speaking louder will not help them understand English better.

The receptionist was friendly and accommodating and gave me a quite and clean room with plenty of towels and I like the location near wine store, grocery store and gas station and breakfast is included limited selection but it is sufficient for me.
