Very friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the room was large and comfortable. Our King room was unavailable so they gave us a 2 queen which was fine, but a baby crying in the next room woke us up. Not the hotel’s fault and we love babies, but a little disappointing.Breakfast was delicious. Outdoor area—pool and fire pit-were very pretty and relaxing.

This was perfect for our family of 7. We wanted a weekend trip in DFW but didn’t want to stay right in the middle of everything. We were able to get 2 connected rooms. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped us when our kids accidentally bolted the door and locked us out :-D. I figured they would charge us a fee but they didn’t! The pool was the best hotel pool I’ve ever been to. Our room with the queen beds was comfortable but our King bed was just a little uncomfortable. We still slept well. It was clean, which is a huge relief for me when I book a suite. There was a Kroger and a Neighborhood Market nearby.

Great hotel! Everything was clean and new. Front desk staff were friendly. Large pool and outdoor area with plenty of room for everyone. Wish the basketball court stayed open later-9pm is early for Texas - it’s too hot to play in the day. Bed and linens were very comfortable. This will be our go to spot for our basketball team from now on.

I liked the atmosphere of this property; it offered a modern feel with a cozy warmth. Customer service was excellent. The amenities were great; the basketball court, lovely swimming pool and work-out room. The daily breakfast menu and dining area were superb. The only thing I would change is the equipment and maintenance in the gym. Two of the exercise bikes weren't working properly and not enough hand weights are available for those wanting a less strenuous weight-lifting work-out.

My son attended the University of Texas @ Dallas for the past four years, and I have made a number of trips to the area during that time. The Home2 Suites by Hilton Plano Richardson is far and away the best hotel I have stayed at. Everything is great - large clean rooms with modern furniture, a great pool and workout room, very nice lobby, and an extremely friendly staff. It's a shame that I won't be heading down that way anymore now that my son has graduated.

Our AC went out and we needed someone to go for the weekend. This hotel has been perfect! Family of 5 so we had a room with 2 queens and pull out sofa plus small kitchenette. Hotel room is spacious, clean, and comfortable! Great customer service, great breakfast and very clean!

Laureen at the front desk is very friendly, professional and helpful, thanks a lot to her to help us find some good area to visit during our stay. The room is big and good. The hotel over all is in a good condition outside and inside, breakfast was good needs some attention to some stuff that run out quickly for example for 2 nights we were there I couldn’t find any black tea which some ppl prefer to drink. Beds were some kind of making noise also the couch. Carpet needs some deep cleaning but We will probably stay here again.

The property is beautiful and modern, what made us rate it low was the old wall heat/air units. I understand that it would take a large sum of money to update this? But the air conditioning would not kick in until it was so stuffy in the room that everyone woke up, and then it would freeze us out. We slept maybe 2 hours because of this!

Fantastic hot breakfast with many options. The layout of the breakfast area was well appointed. Very spacious and several private areas. The room was quite large. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that that needed to be addressed was the loudness of the AC unit. Other than that, everything was perfect.We will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future.

My girlfriend spent hours upon hours researching for the perfect hotel. She narrowed it down and in the end she chose this one and I'm so glad she did. When we walked into the lobby we noticed how clean and modern it looked. Great first impression by the way. Lauren and another young lady behind the desk got us checked in with no problems. They were very friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and very spacious. We liked that it had a mini kitchen (minus the stove) even though we only used the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. We either didn't have neighbors on either side of us or the walls are really thick because we didn't hear anyone the entire time. It was a very quiet stay which was nice. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast both mornings and it was very decent. There was a wide variety to choose from and plenty of everything. Only downfall was that we wanted to enjoy the pool but it seemed like it was overrun by the baseball players that were in town for a baseball tournament. Other than that we had a great stay and no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel. I promise, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for everything!!

Upon arrival, there was a lady who was full of smiles to receive us. When I gave her my Id and she found out the we were the couple that reserved to celebrate their 39th wedding anniversary (actually 38th) 39th was written in error she screamed that they were looking forward to seeing this couple. We later found out her name was either Jennifer or Jessica. She was very friendly and pleasant. She inivited her manage to meet us. The manager was as friendly and pleasant too! They told us about a little surprise for our anniversary. When we got to our room, it was amazingly and fabulously decorated room with red rose flowers and balloons, a Happy Anniversary letters over our bed and romantic two dock like effigy art work made with white linens on the center of our bed! As if these were not enough, the manager and her staff left a bottle of Champagne and assorted snacks with, soft drinks plus a beautiful card for us. They truly made our 38th wedding anniversary memorable! Again, my wife and I are very grateful to the manager on duty on the night of December 1st and her staff especially Jessica who received us upon arrival with a friendly attitude and the entire Management of Home 2 Home Suites. For sure, we shall visit again and we wished our very tight schedules would have allowed to us to spend more days in your beautiful Hotel. Cheers! Ibe & Julie

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean. It would be excellent if it wasn't so close to highway. Nice pool but highway noise and couldn't relax at pool. It would be excellent if no highway noise. Our hotel room was quiet though. Too bad the pool isn't in the back of building or hotel further from the highway.

We really enjoyed staying at the Homes2 Suites by Hilton. The service, room accommodations, complimentary breakfast were all excellent. In addition, the property is conveniently located near the George Bush Turnpike. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet part of north DFW. It has access to anything you need close by. The hotel itself is in prestine condition. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a nice floral aroma, and a nice clean lobby. The rooms themselves are big enough for a family of 4 or less. The shower was roomy, the ac/heater worked as intended, and the beds were incredibly comfy. Even the pullout futon was well received by our little one. I like the divider curtain that the room had for a bit of privacy. The wifi and parking were free, the staff was amazingly friendly, and the breakfast with coffee put some restaurants to shame. My wife wants to stay again when we visit north Texas, and I happily agree with her. Thanks to all the staff who greeted us with a smile. Our daughter thanks you for the coloring book. 10/10 stay.

The best part about my trip was how professional and friendly the staff was! They were very personable and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was great. The ladies in the kitchen kept up with demand and were very helpful. Everything was clean and neat. I’ll be back.
