Very good value, great location easy to get to off the freeway, safe and secure. Clean, very comfortable and spacious room, Breakfast was very nice with many options hot and cold Lots of restaurants in the area and a large shopping mall. 30 minutes from Ford Field

The staff at Homewood Suites Novi was welcoming and helpful all week. We stayed for 6 nights, used the gym daily and took advantage of the hot tub. The breakfast was fresh every morning and coffee available all day. My wife and I had to work from the hotel most days and it was quite all day while we were focusing. We were visiting family and it was everything we needed to be close but have our own comfortable space.

The hotel had a nice size suite for a family. I like the full size kitchen and small living room area that separated the sleep area. Only negative is the pool. It looked like disgusting. Clean and drain the pool. Good hotel overall.

Customer service was great and the rooms were nice. The fit and finish of construction looked rushed. The pool area and hot tub were okay bit could have been cleaner(there were potato chips on the table for consecutive days. The Breakfast was about what you would expect from a hotel style breakfast. I would stay here again.

Overall it was very good, great staff and perfect room layout. Needs some attention to cleanliness and maintenance though. Room wasn't cleaned very well and the pool area was pretty gross. The same bandaid was left by the spa throughout our four day stay. Ceiling fan made a lot of noise and the couch was incredibly uncomfortable and worn out, beds were great though. Also, ice maker on our floor was broken.

I didnt take any pictures this time and usuallt my stay in hotels in this line are ok. But at this location i would expect a more cleaner room. A room we rented had a half bottle of liquor left over in the freezer and other missing things inside the room that were not looked over. Also the pool is salt water? My daighters eyes flaired up because we didnt know the pool and spa was salt water. Why is this? Not sure what else to say but id like to hear from someone about this.

Entrance and lobby nice. Check in was fast and efficient. Room okay though bathroom needs updating as the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, shower stall needs resealing and a thorough cleaning. Bed was quite comfy. We did not get our room cleaned after the first night and at check out I was told that they only clean rooms every it day during a stay. I was not told that at check in. The most disturbing thing was that when we returned to the hotel at 9pm after being out all day, there was nobody at the front desk. When I called down 15 minutes later, n answer. I then went down about 10 minutes after that and could not find anybody working. Yikes.

I’m come here every quarter to have time to myself. It’s in my neighborhood. I’ve stayed at most of the others nearby and this is by far my favorite hotel in the Novi area. Always clean. Always maintained. Always quiet. Breakfast is better than most.

While the property appeared nice, our room smelled horrible and when we addressed it with staff we basically got a shoulder shrug. Our room didn’t seemed to have been fully cleaned. Food on the floor and dirty shower. At check out we were not asked about our stay or thanked. Will not stay at this chain again.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel. Breakfast and coffee was good. I loved the size of the room for my family of 6. The bathroom was a little tight though and hard to change in. The room was in some disrepair in some spots. Hole in the carpet in the living area. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. And there was a weird stain on the bed sheets and bottom section of bed frame cover. And the pool was super small. I'm glad my family was the only family in it swimming when we went.

Everything was great, aside from some minor disrepair on a wall and the bedroom air conditioning would automatically shut off if you turned it to low fan even if the temperature was set to cool. Minor things overall so our trip was still a very good one and the staff was great!

The staff was excellent and the hotel really clean and nice. I gave it a 4 on the room condition because there were some things a bit worn, loose toilet paper holder, mismatching door knob that has different paint around it, closet door handle fell off, small things like that. But overall especially for the price the room was very clean and will kept, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice property! Comfy bed and pillows. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable and the linens could use a refresh. When we requested more towels we were given the small pool towels. Breakfast was average. We typically stay at Homewood suites bc the food is usually good and they offer an evening snack/happy hour. This location did not offer that so we were bummed. Overall the hotel was pretty good. Safe. Close to food and shopping.

The worst check-in experience ever. We originally booked 2 bed room, but other people was already checked in that room before we arrived. Therefore, we could not use the room originally booked. We had to wait more than one hour to relocate a room which was 1 bed room and smaller than the initial one. We had to stay in 1 bed room during our travel.

Booked two rooms and prepaid. Told the GM that the second guest was going to be late due to a flight delay. When he got there they gave away his room which was prepaid and told us the Hotel was booked. I had to scramble to find other accommodations. Very embarrassing and unprofessional

The Novi Homewood Suites has the most friendly management and staff. The hotel was clean, and the room had a full kitchen which felt like home. The shower had fantastic pressure, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and pastries were delicious. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here. Great value!

We were displaced from our original room to begin with. The elecrical outlets did not work so my technology was not able to be used for credit transactions the next day at an expo show, the toilet ran all night, the phone system was out so no use of phones, very loud party below us at 11pm and at 1am loud music started in the parking lot and after several cell phone calls to the desk until 3 am it was allowed to continue until a threat of calling 911, the manager Hermine Ghaloosian was extremely rude and overly obnoxious in attempting to deal with the situation, she kept blaming her "new" staff member who was overly helpful and apologetic. She kept talking over me and saying ok have a nice day, repeatedly said "you booked through a third party." Miss Hermine definitely should NOT be in a manager role, she has horrible customer service skills.

Staff informed us upon arrival that they did not offer a AAA discount which we later found to be untrue. Upon our arrival to the room the shower gel was out, trash had not been pulled from previous stay, and we found previous tenants socks under the bed, 4 of them in fact. Staff was generally nice, but did seem to know how to apply discounts. The manager we checked out with was very helpful and friendly.

What I Iove about this property is the space in the room, it has a fridge, and a microwave. The bed is also comfortable that's always a plus. Most importantly, it's close to a lot of good restaurants and a mall.

Guy at check in was very helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. No shampoo in dispenser but again guy at check in desk was helpful. Only complaint really was breakfast was not good, and on second day Labor Day it closed at 9:30. We didn’t realize and showed up at 9:32, worker was unfriendly and unhelpful, practically grabbing everything off the counters before we could get anything. We left without getting anything, she could have been nice about it and let us at least get something to go.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! This is my first staying with a Hilton Hotel. This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed at. The employees are such the sweetest people! They greet you, and are so very nice when you ask them any type of questions, or request anything. The breakfast is hot and tastes amazing! They also have a great variety to choose from. The room was so clean that we didn't want to use anything due to not wanting to dirty it lol. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is very spacious and makes you feel like you are in a little apartment. They have a kitchen in the room too. They include dishes, cups, silverwear, and cookwear. We couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay at! We can't thank you all enough for such an amazing stay! 💖

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very basic and not very tasty. Asked for extra towels one evening and they said they were totally out in the entire hotel and had to wait until the next morning.

The Novi Homewood Suites has the most friendly management and staff. The hotel was clean, and the room had a full kitchen which felt like home. The shower had fantastic pressure, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and pastries were delicious. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here. Great value!
