No water pressure and the pool wasn't heated

We love the Aloft. It’s a family friendly hotel. We love that it has a pool, gym, bar and games for adults and kids. We would stay here again!

Great place. Clean, comfortable, and awesome heated pool and hot tub. Great area too- you can walk to restaurants and it’s safe.

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay. There were lots of activities in the lobby to keep us entertained, for example, board games, cornhole, large connect four and a pool table! The only bummer to our parents night out was the bartender closed the bar at 8 AM when we were told the bar closes at 11 PM. Otherwise, we had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Hotel looks new and inviting plus the location was great, however at check in I was informed we couldn't use the pool or jacuzzi bc of a 16th bday party? Additionally it was very loud when we were trying to relax in our room. The room is really nice but if you have to go to the restroom, the bathroom area lights light up the whole room. The bed was really hard. If you like a firm bed, arent bothered by light, and dont care for swimming or soaking... this is a good fit for you...it just wasn't for me.

I love the areas around the pool and in the lobby where the adults and kids can hang out either together or independently. The pool is a bit small but was never that crowded. I really enjoyed the gym and the facilities. Its great having a few restaurant options and a boba place nearby. The staff were all wonderful - so friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating. I stayed here last year and really enjoyed our second visit. We will definitely be back again.

Staff was great! From the front desk to the bartender. The pool & hot tub were clean and nice. The property was beautiful, clean, & safe!

Bad. My room was not cleaned it was awful. A used room. The shower water pressure was nothing and the water wasn't warm. I went to shower in the hot tub and even the hot tub was cold. It closes at 10 I tried to go in at 9:30 it was just sad. I need a refund a or a free night tomorrow

Stay was okay. Staff was quick and helpful. Room was “clean”. Bed was comfortable and AC helped out a lot after a day of going around out in the sun. Only problem that I really had was that the sheets and comforter didn’t really feel too well cleaned? Also I found a couple spiders in the room. One even on the bed!

It was a nice facility, although there was a towel in my shower and a dirty tissue in the garbage so I don’t know how well the room was cleaned. As well, I had a terrible view couldn’t see out the windows as I was over lobby awning. Very tastefully decorated.

The hotel was dirty. I took my child to the pool and there was physical dirt in the hot tub as well as the pool. I woke up the next day, walked through the lobby and there were empty bottles and trash left everywhere. Outside there were hotel towels scattered, the bathrooms looked as though they hadn't been cleaned. The pool was over capacity, the music that was being played had profanities blasting poolside. The receptionist couldn't be bothered and was on her phone the whole time. I was woken up at 4AM to loud music playing for a half an hour. Not a great experience.

Nice new property located in Dublin nearby Oakland. Feels like a simple yet modern design but very clean. I would stay there again!

Lots of dust in the air conditioner. I was sneezing for two days

The doors shut rapidly and with excessive force resulting in a ton of unintentional door slamming at all hours. The mattresses retain heat to a problematic degree and are a bit too firm for comfort and quality rest. The coffee is _rough_ corporate coffee. Otherwise, it was fantastic through and through.

Trash cans overflowing at lobby coffee station and no half & half. Toilet paper holder broken is room. Noise from adjoining rooms is the worse I have ever heard-the panel configuration is cheap looking and the room design of walking into the bathroom upon entering is poor with no door closing off the bathroom! Who designed this place?

The room was very nice, roomy and clean. The beds were super comfortable! The air conditioner had moments of intensified noise, which didn’t help with sleep. There seemed to be a problem with the TV /remote…it kept kicking us off of our Netflix account and would turn back on after we had turned the tv off. Other than this, it was a nice stay.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Comfortable bed. There was no comfortable workspace in the room for me, so I set up in the lobby along with others. If you aren't alone in your room, be advised that opening the door might allow line of sight into the bathroom.

Clean modern hotel. Somewhat minimalistic with basic simple rooms. Biggest problem is bathroom and bedroom are too interconnected and the bathroom lighting impacts the lighting in the bedroom area. If you turn on bathroom lights, it can wake up someone sleeping in bed

Trendy hotel aimed at younger demographic. Excellent parking. Reasonably priced with convenient location. Poor design for bathroom lighting shines brightly into sleeping area at night or requires flashlight in toilet/shower area as there is zero lighting there without turning on bright sink area lighting also and partial glass in divider then shines through to awaken second guest sleeping in bed. Poor design, especially for older guests who may not sleep through night.

First, I would say the staff was top notch. None of what follows should be reflected in their level of service. Everyone I spoke with was absolutely excellent. Upon arriving at my first room, the television didn’t work. And the pillows smells like dirty hair. I was given a new room without question. I arrived at the second room, found the Wi-Fi to be unusable, and the TV was barely functional. There was no soap or body wash and the showerhead high water coming out of maybe 10 out of 50 holes. The condition and maintenance of the hotel was poor. If only it matched the excellent staff that you have

Very nice rooms. Was easy to check in. Rooms are smartly appointed however the room refrigerator does not have a freezer portion.

I always love staying at this property. Great location, modern and very welcoming. Beds are clean and comfy. Impeccable service from staffs. Charging area for EV cars on site. My go to place in Dublin.

I like the hotel in general, very quiet and convenient, nice view but the woman at the front desk was so terrible, I asked her some question about the ice machine was broke on my 4th floor, she didn’t help me at all and very rude with an attitude. I called her 7 times, she hung up on me. She little old and has blonde hair and short. I hope you could Change the service a little bit better so you could have more guests in the future. My daughter was with me and she didn’t even like the front desk woman

The lady at checkout was very short with me and essentially pushing me out of the building when I tried to ask a question about the incidental fee. Most hotels inform you of the fee when you're charged, or at least list it somewhere on the itinerary or mention it verbally at check-in. This was not the case here. I just want to know what I’m being charged for, even if it’s just a temporary hold. I want to see it listed somewhere. Who wants to be charged an amount with no explanation? The lady at checkout was annoyed and unprofessional in her response, even though I was being very calm and just wanted clarification. I checked out on 08/24/25 at 12:00 PM. The lady working at the front desk could benefit from additional training.

I booked a stay last minute due to finding out that my grandma who lives in Pleasanton was declining in health very quickly. Upon arrival at the hotel I walked into a party in the lobby with an unnecessarily LOUD DJ, so loud that I was basically shouting to the front desk staff. When I attempted to check in, I was told that there were no rooms left despite me having a reservation. Since I reserved through Hotels.com, Aloft staff blamed them and said that there was some sort of “confusion”. They said they weren’t gonna charge me (which was true) and that I’d have to contact Hotels.com directly for it. This left me to frantically look for another stay somewhere else last minute (and no, Aloft staff did not assist with any alternatives). Luckily I found a

The front desk staff was exceptional! ! Always so helpful and happy! I really enjoyed the pool area & large gym. So appreciated the excellent housekeeping team and their friendly attitude! Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very comfortable for 2 nights while my husband was in town for work and we (the wife and toddler) decided to tag along. It’s perfect for a business traveler or adult travelers, I would not say it’s great for families or small children. They serve a good breakfast but there are no high chairs as they don’t have a formal restaurant. That can be tough for a 1.5 year old. The bathroom is not completely separated from the rest of the room: the sink is outside the bathroom and the toilet and shower are behind a pocket door. This made for washing baby supplies (bottles, milk chiller, etc.) a little difficult; same for getting ready for bed as it was hard not to make too much noise or have too much light. I resorted to using my phone flashlight to brush my teeth. They DID provide a pack n play which was very helpful not not lug ours. The thermostat was also temperamental: we set it to 72 yet it was running nonstop and it felt much colder than that. Basically it was all or nothing with the air conditioning. We also woke up to an ant problem the second morning, but they were very apologetic. Lastly, they charged my husbands card for the room when he had put it down for incidentals: the room was to be paid by the business that hired him but whomever in their accounting I guess saw it hadn’t been closed out and instead of looking into who was supposed to pay for the room simply charged my husband. Good thing we caught it. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Booked a room for 4 days two week in advance. On my way to the hotel I received a call saying they overbooked the room and they have no room for me. No options and was told I would be reimbursed 5-7 business days. Drove around for 4 hours to find a hotel. Every place had no vacancies. Finally found one at 1 in the morning for the night only because they were booked for the rest of the week. I spent a couple hours the next day calling and stopping at paces. Finally finding something.

The stay here is always wonderful! The staff is super nice and Romika at the check in is so accommodating and friendly, she always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect!

This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Dublin!! It is super convenient when I come there to work at Kaiser Dublin

Was really surprised to see they had Dry Bar products for the shower. Cute and artistic place, very close to downtown Pleasanton, which has great dining, and shopping. Also nearby was a delicious bakery and Peets coffee, as well as a Starbucks. Very dog friendly area and horel.

It was a good stay. I have stayed at the Dublin-Pleasanton location a couple times before. I like it amenities and proximity to friends I was visiting, restaurants and parks. I like the free coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. My room was clean and comfortable. One thing I immediately noticed upon entering the lobby was a sewer smell. I smelled it each time I entered the lobby and near the elevators but not in my room. That smell was off putting. Someone should check for clogged or damaged pipes.

The Area is very convenient and safe.

They charged for breakfast but there is no actual breakfast serve. They returned the fee for the breakfast.

Walking in the front door couldn’t have a worse first impression. Large area with a pool table. Multiple dining tables were stacked with food containers and things like many chip bags. Complete ugly mess that smelled like fried chicken. Apparently a group took over that area and made it look like a sloppy picnic. Would not want to sit in bar area next to it. No remote for tv in the room. Got one downstairs from person at desk. Also asked bout WiFi as trying to login message said needed to be a guest member. Was told not needed, just hit continue. Tried that in the room and iPad showed WiFi but couldn’t get any reception. Tv remote didn’t work as the tv gave messages that seemed to indicate the tv had not been setup. So no WiFi no tv. Wasn’t confident that going back downstairs would fix anything. Will never return. Next time will stay at a place that more caters to business travelers.

This was a pretty nice hotel. I really liked the ambiance. I thought the hotel would have an actual breakfast arrangement, not just microwavable sandwiches. Next time, I will forgo paying extra for breakfast. Guests were partying on our floor because it was New Year's Eve. We were given a room across from a party, but fortunately, we couldn't hear the party and smell the weed once we were in our room.

Modern, nice decor, good amenities. Nice to be able to order breakfast at the hotel and have it be delivered by a robot. There are also good dining options and a Lowe’s in that area.

Front desk lady was so nice. She let us know of some great restaurants walking distance that was great for our girls weekend and had a great attitude. We will be staying here again.
