The outside pool was dirty! I have a pool. There were a lot of bugs floating around and debris settled on the floor of the pool. I noticed the pump was off and there was no net for me to fish out the bugs. As I was leaving Sun. the pool guy showed up to clean the pool. Did not swim due to the pool being nasty.

Stayed here last June for my daughter's wedding. Enjoyed my stay so much that I stayed again for my daughter's law school graduation. Fitness room is 24/7 and has everything you need to get a good workout in. The location is near department and grocery store shopping. There are plenty of restaurants and easy access to the interstate. I cook 95% of my meals when I am home so having almost a full kitchen is a plus. Would definitely stay here anytime I need to be in Durham.

The hotel could have been nice had it been cleaned and taken care of a little better. After a long day of travel we needed to shower when we first checked in. The room appeared to be nice at first, until we noticed the floor was covered in all sort of black fuzz, so we had to wear sandals at all times. The shower had hair from previous guest stuck to the floor, walls, and body wash dispenser. We decided to go down to the pool the next day which was filthy. My boyfriend skimmed the pool so ourselves and other guest who were out there could use it. He spoke to the front desk about it and they offered him an extra coffee at breakfast if he wanted (coffee that was already free). We also reported the cleanliness or rather lack of, of our room to the front desk. Then I find after check out I was charged a fee of $75 for smoking and we are not even smokers! So basically we clean their pool, make a complaint about our room being dirty and in return they charge me $75 for smoking and we absolutely do not smoke! Great customer service.

The room was fine and the staff were extremely helpful. The one thing I was unhappy about was that it was listed as having electric vehicle charging but it turned out they only had chargers for teslas. It would be helpful if the listing specified that detail.

Breakfast spread was awesome. Better and more diverse than usual breakfast spreads which was great for my picky eaters. Had one issue with bathroom soaps- fixed very very quickly, although did leave muddy footprints all over the bathroom that we then had to clean up. Pool has potential- it needs a good cleaning and scrubbing. It looks dirty Room was comfortable, location was very convenient. Would definitely recommend

Stayed one night. The one thing: they have one ev charging port / Tesla port. If you don’t have a Tesla, bring the adapter. It was busy the whole time I was there.

Easy access. Room wasn’t clean and was only cleaned once during a five day stay. Lawn mowers woke us up at 7:00 mowing and trimming right outside our room on the last day. Apparently there was a sewage pipe from the upper floors that came down behind the wall in our bathroom so it always sounded like there was water flowing or dripping.

It's an impeccably clean, well decorated hotel from lobby to gym to rooms, with very nice, welcoming staff. We stayed in a 1BR suite which was spacious had a full-size fridge, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The breakfast was so-so but has both hot and cold food options. Overall it was an amazing hotel and we would highly recommend to anyone

The staff was lovely. We had some minor inconveniences with the room. The tv remote was missing, the heat stopped working, I had to get extra toilet paper, as none was left in the room. While the room is attractive, this was one of the more uncomfortable beds I stayed in in a hotel. The pillows were way too soft and the blanket way too thin. In addition, I am sure the staff works hard, but after my daughter's shower, she grabbed a folded, unused towel, only to find what, looked like a pubic hair, on it. Grossed out, I notified the front desk staff, who apologized and said management would get in touch with me. I have yet to hear from anyone.

This was our second stay in one of the hotel's large suites. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful. The location is very convenient. It is nice to have free breakfast in the morning. We chose a suite again for our family to have the extra space. Unfortunately, this suite was not clean: stains on the couch, curtains, some hair on the bathroom floor. The room needs a deep cleaning. The dishes were not taken out of the wash and placed in the cabinets. I felt the preparation of the room was rushed. The bed was comfortable, however, and we would stay here again. But I recommend to the management to deep clean the rooms to remove stains and replace items that are not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel as it is otherwise beautiful.

1. I had a 3 day stay and did not get any house keeping service. Sheets, towels, trash was not cleaned or taken out. When I asked, the answer given was 'the property was sold out and the team was busy' 2. Breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday ran out around 9:15. There was hardly any food other than cereal. When I provided the feedback the answer was 'We ran out of food. The property was sold and lot of people came this morning for breakfast. And that their food delivery comes on Monday'. It was very disappointing to see hear these responses.
