Breakfast and staff were good but I specifically booked this hotel for the accessibility room and was given the opposite. The room was hearing accessible but advertised on the listing. It said the shower was accessible which wasn’t, my mother is a double amputee with prosthetic legs that she cannot really walk on and we had to have a guest help carry and place her in the shower. The hotel staff provided me a foldable chair to put in the standing shower, but it was still very difficult and an inconvenience to our trip. The swimming pool has an accessible chair for people with disabilities and that also did not work.

Our stay was great, clean room, decent pool, friendly staff. Only couple of things worth to mention to have some improvement, the first floor Ice maker didn't work, the coffee (decaf) was limited and when there was late in the day was cold, same for regular coffee. Breakfast was good but if you arrived around 9am (closes at 10am) you wont find many items (no eggs, no bread, no sausage/bacon).
