We had a decent stay....it is a little odd that there is no microwave in the room. The only one is in the lobby and is inconvenient.

The stay was great. The staff was accommodating. Abundant parking. The down side, no coffee pot in the room.

Overall a bad stay bc of the property. Left after one night. No hot water and dated facilities

Wifi, even with password, was inaccesible.

The room was clean and new and exceeded expectations. The people at the desk were nice. Parking is easy. Breakfast is poor by the standards of chain hotels like Holiday Inn but still nice that they provide it. Exterior is a basic roadside motel.

Staff were great and helpful. Only stayed 1 night and room was clean and nice. There was a small fridge in the room but there was no microwave, although there was one available in the check in area. I'll stay again. We were just in town for the race weekend and this more than met the expectations.

Check in was quick and easy. Owner and staff members were very friendly and helpful. They had ice, fresh coffee and a small breakfast. Very clean. Bed was comfy enough. Pillows were fluffy. Tv and fridge in room. Plenty of storage. Check out was fast! Staff went above and beyond especially on a race weekend! Thank you!

Very convenient, easy parking, close to movies and stores. Staff very nice. Wifi was great for the kids. Both times we stayed was great!

The room was very clean. The front desk associate was super nice. Parking lot was easy accessibility, had a shared microwave, ice machine, and coffee with the Contant of breakfast which included muffins yogurt and fruit was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay.

Last minute booking. Decent for the price paid. Pleasantly surprised by overall cleanliness and appearance. Beds comfortable. Not enough towels. Water pressure in the shower was poor and it took a long time to get warm. Wi-Fi wasn’t great, but didn’t expect it to be, honestly. Major plus was that there were two outlets between the beds at the night stand, easy to reach, and both of them had a USB port AND type C port. This was an unplanned stay so we didn’t have charging blocks with us, so we were very appreciative of this detail! Also by these outlets were two light switches that operated recessed lights in the ceiling on either side of the room. The room was pretty warm when we got there but it cooled down pretty quickly once the air was turned on. Overall, pleased with our stay and better than expected for last minute accommodations.

Stay ANYWHERE but here. There were several police cars in the parking lot when we arrived, and more kept coming. At one point, there were 6! Not sure what was happening, but we should have just left then. Dead roaches in the office…the fun continues!! We haven’t even gotten to the room yet! This is advertised as a completely non-smoking facility, yet our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in the bedding. Very poor lighting…I am thinking that was to hide the stains on the bedding and furniture. Thank goodness I had extra blankets in the car…we slept on top of all of the ones on the bed and used those. Random hair left in the shower and what looked to be pubes on the tank of the toilet. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed, so the bathroom ended up smelling like sewage. On the day of checkout, we noticed a small sign on the back of the toilet (behind the seat cover) that said we were supposed to be removing some kind of rubber band before we flushed each time. I’m sorry…WHAT??? No thank you. I refuse to play around in a toilet for a room that I am paying money to stay in! The full-length mirror was all smeared up with finger prints, and the remote control for the tv was sticky. As if all of this wasn’t bad enough, when we went to use the second roll of toilet paper, we found what appeared to be a large blood stain soaked into the bottom of the roll. Only one dead roach on the floor in the morning, so there is that.

It was super clean. I love the traditional motels where I can pull up to the door of the room. Note that there wasn't a breakfast on weekdays, I'm told. Just coffee.

I was just double charged two $50 charges. There was filthy rags and towels with hair in them. Disgusting

Sheet linens were not cleaned. There were food crumbs all over the sheets. The bathroom was also dirty.

I had a horrible stay here. My allergies bothered me and I kept sneezing all night and barely got sleep. The room appeared clean but it wasn't. When I walked on the floor in my socks, the socks were black with dirt. The bed linens appeared to have a lot of dust (not sure when they were cleaned last) as did the curtains. I also wonder how often the filter in the air conditioner is cleaned. If you have allergies I don't recommend you stay here.

In the area for lacrosse tournament at DE Turf. Perfect for a night’s stay and very close to complex. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Shower head needs replacing. Black mold spots in shower. Tub is slippery. No kleenex. Only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels instead of 3 or 4. No cups. Smoke detector was missing.

I normally don’t bother with writing reviews but I was so impressed with this motel that I felt obligated to. This hands down is the nicest motel we’ve ever stayed in. It was updated, clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly! We’d stay here again with hesitation!

Had to change our rooms twice because the first two smelled like smoke and we asked for non smoking. However, beds were extremely comfortable. Very dingy around the motel, and the town is very run-down. Good for staying for one night, would not stay longer than that. Breakfast area was not very appealing, not much to choose from and too small to sit and eat.

Overall it wasn't terrible. There are just a few things they TRULY need to improve on. IE, there were no hooks or rods to hang the wet towels. Also, there was no table or chairs, we ate dinner on the bed. The floors are pergo, which needs PROPER cleaning. The floor was in desperate need of a good cleaning.. The gentleman in charge was very pleasant, and kind. Which was a plus. There were only 2 outlets accessible in the room. There needs to be more for all the devices people have these days. Lastly. The lighting in this room was horrible.. recessed lighting soooo bright, 2 over the bed and 2 over the tv. No way to adjust the lighting so it was comfortable, watched tv in the complete dark... But the bathroom was clean, and the linens were also nice and clean.

When we checked into our room the toilet would not flush and the refrigerator wasn’t working. However, they did immediately move us to another room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside looks outdated but the inside was redone and it was fine.

What a beautiful place! Perfect getaway location. Very quiet, very clean, and exceptionally kind owners and staff.

I booked this room for a family member in town for a night. Everything was fine except for the lady at the front desk. She was very rude and condescending. I did not appreciate her judgemental attitude.

We’ve stayed at this property 9 times in the past 8 months while we are building a home nearby. The owners are attentive and friendly, the rooms are always clean. If you’re looking for a budget friendly, well maintained property look no further!

Friendly staff. We had an issue with the TV and it was addressed in 5 minutes and was replaced in less than an hour. Room was clean. Bathrooms could use a little updating but are clearn. If you plan on going to Dover Motor Speedway, this is a great place to stay, less than a half hour away. If you want to go to the beach, Slaughter Beach is only 15 minutes away. If going to Dover again I would definitely stay here agian.

One of the worst places we have ever been to, the bed is hard and you can feel all the metal in the toilet, although it looks new, you can tell that it has never had a good brush with toilet cleaner, it is all stained. The place is located at the end of an avenue and you can hear all the vehicles and trucks that come at night. In the promotion of the place they say that they have breakfast and that was one of the reasons I decided on this place and they don't have anything, it's a lie. It's exactly what you expect from a place that is run by people from India. I still don't understand how it is possible that it has a 7.2 out of 10. If the place is horrible, I don't recommend it.

Nice “hole in the wall” place to stay if need an affordable hotel to be close to the DE Turf fields.

One of the perks was the continental breakfast because we had an early morning field hockey tournament only to find out they don’t even have a permit for food and were only serving coffee. Then the tub had mold (I have photos), an electrical socket was hanging out, there was half a roll of toilet paper, and paint was peeling off the ceiling.

Only complaint was not much selection for the complimentary breakfast but overall room was great, very clean and updated!! Would stay there every time I go to the DE Sports Complex. Can’t beat the 8-10 minute ride!!

We were pleasantly surprised. Several review were negative but the room was clean and comfortable. It looked like it might have been recently remodeled. The breakfast was "to go" - sausage and egg on roll.

Clean room, no breakfast

The website said Continental breakfast and coffee/tea available...neither was true so that was a big inconvenience expense wise and surprise for me. However, the shower was amazing, but the bathroom door didn't open or close easily, it was like it was coming off the hinges. The room in general was good, warmed up quickly and cooled down quickly...
