I was assigned dirty room. My new room had dirty bathtub with paint peeling from ceiling. I have a service dog and the receptionist resfused togrant me the room I booked saying it wasn’t pet friendly. I told her I searched pet friendly hotels and rooms and she still refused to give me the room I booked and refused to give me the price difference. The exit doors were ALL PROPPED OPEN all day and night. No key needed to get into hotel or parking area. Anyone could just walk in. There were a box of molded oranges next to the ice machine in a main entrance of the hotel. I felt unsafe there. Very very disappointed with purchase.

Staff was friendly. Second floor w/ no elevator was a bit inconvenient...good thing I keep in shape! Overall the place was quiet. Enclosed parking area felt safer than others. Location was relatively close to Zion, for the price it was a good compromise. Breakfast options were good.

The room was clean. Staff nice. We did laundry here which was great. The hallways could use recarpeting. The breakfast had waffles, yogurt, eggs cooked and on a platter that could be reheated. A nice India restaurant next door. Plenty of parking.

Poor curb appeal. Poor security. Outside door did not close. Has to run water for 5 minutes to get hot water. No amenities, just the room. Breakfast included but very limited choices. Price was reasonable.

The rooms and hallways were not clean. The outside entry doors were not secure. They were either propped open or just unlocked for anyone to have full access to the interior rooms. If I had been traveling by myself I would not have stayed. I never left the room by myself.

1. The room qas never got cleaned while I was there. They onlh took my traah one ti.w throughout my stay but nwver mqde my bed once. They did not even sqept the floor and the batheoom tilw is nasty. 2. There ia no elevator and if you have a heavy luggage you hqve to bring it via stairs and the door wasnt working wither 3. Never gonna stay in Ramada ever again.

There were cockroach carcasses on the carpet, bed bugs under the bed cover, the last person shaved and there was hair all over the shower walls, the vanity was falling off the wall, one of the beds looked as if it had dirty sheets. It was disgusting and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not worth the money and I would live to get my money back.

The staff was fine but our room and the property was dirty. Our room had not been dusted or vacuumed in a long time. The bathroom shower looked like it had grime from 20 years, plus hair from the previous guest on the walls. It looked like they tried to make upgrades but took way too many short cuts. It's conveniently located if you're going to Zion NP. There are grocery stores, gas stations and several restaurants very close to it. The room wasn't very clean. The sheets smelled cleaned but they had visible stains and so did the pillows. The bathroom was not very clean either, but it had fresh towels everyday and body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I had an ok experience, but wish it was a little cleaner.

The hotel from the outside did not look good. My husband and I were a little concerned upon pulling in. The staff was kind, and to our surprise, the room was very well done. The room had 2 beds, a fridge and a microwave. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was a typical breakfast, (waffles, eggs, bagels, toast, cereal and yogurt), the food was good and the dining area was clean. I would stay here again.

This is an older hotel, so don’t expect new, but the beds and room were clean and very comfortable. The rooms near the front require ear plugs if you want any sleep. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Overall it was a good value for what I paid.

Stay was fine and bed was comfortable. The only issue that came up is the TV the signal was scrambled to the point where is unwatchable. I stayed at this place four years ago in the same exact issue. If you are going to offer cable TV make sure all the TVs in the rooms actually have a viewable signal.

I stayed two nights with my family. Check in and out was easy. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the room needs a lot of work, there was a leak coming from the ceiling bathroom which looks it’s been there for a while. In the shower entry it seems that there were shower doors, they took it off, the holes and marks are still there. Also the sink, it was no in a good shape. The night we checked in, we were so tired that we didn’t want to complain or change rooms, we wanted to sleep. The next day we went very early to Zion and came back at night again so tired . The beds were not done. It did seem that the clean the bathroom, changed towels and gave new toiletries. The staff was nice, the morning that we went to Zion very early, they opened the buffet early so, we could get breakfast. That was very helpful and nice of them. The rest of our family stayed in the other side of the building and the rooms were nicer. Therefore, I would say it is ok for the price, but it needs work done.

Not bad considering the proximity to Zion, but the window was broken and open to the outside and it felt I was inconveniencing the front desk when I informed them about it and requested a different room. For last minute booking, they saved us. In the morning, housekeeping knocked, which was fine, but a male hotel worker WITHOUT KNOCKING, walked into our room minutes later while we were still getting ready to leave. It was only 10:25am and checkout is at 11am.

Everything I need. I had just spent 4 nights on the LV Strip in one of the big hotels and paid nearly 4 times more than this Ramada. I appreciate the fridge, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee supplied), easy access from room to car, and free breakfast. Breakfast had the standard selections of coffee, tea, eggs, waffle maker, fruit, 2 juices, bread and muffins, maybe bagels, and cold cereal. Everything was well stocked and fresh. The mattress here was more comfortable, maybe not the pillows. All my interactions with staff was positive and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is closed to Zaion NP and easy to access. It is so convenient for tourists to Zaion. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is free but would recommend to go outside. Teparature control of shower was difficult so need to take some time to learn its adjustment. Over all, it is nice hotel with very reasonable price.

Everything was good at the Ramada by Wyndham in LaVerkin. We stayed in a king size suite. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. It’s a short drive to Zion.

We were going to Zion NP with a small group of friends. Breakfast was basic, but did the job! 25 minute drive to Zion NP. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. We checked out and kept our luggage at Ramada for a few additional hours while we hiked and they were super accommodating! Check out can be done online, very simple. The rooms themselves were clean—no bed bugs like other posts. The AC was amazing though super loud at night. For the cost and location, would absolutely recommend! Dollar store, gas station super close, Walmart 10 min away. We did have refrigerator and microwave which helped us save money on food/drinks!

The staff was friendly and helpful when I wanted to change rooms, and the Indian restaurant on premises is fantastic! This isn’t the most modern/updated motel by any means, so don’t expect anything more than a slightly rundown motel. Being next to Zion NP it’s, of course, overpriced, but a fine place to get a good night’s sleep with breakfast included. The El Rancho Mexican restaurant just up the street is also superb, with very simple but very well done plates.

Great price and close to Zion. Good Indian restaurant on the premises, could finally eat a vegetarian meal. It looks a bit dingy, and our room was right on the street. For a small town, lots of loud engines up and down the street. Room nice except bathroom door would not close.

This hotel has a lot of guests. We're considering switching to another hotel after we park our car, but we've decided to give this one a try. To our surprise, the room is nice and clean. The indoor parking feels like a prison yard. The breakfast isn't great, except for the waffles and juice.

It is a basic hotel but they provided everything we needed including a fridge, coffee maker and tv. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They also provided free continental breakfast. I think it's really good value although basic.
