The place is very clean & updated. They do a good job with free breakfast from 6-10am. The rooms are twice as big as regular hotels.. has 10ft ceilings in the rooms instead of 8ft.. management is very friendly. Has indoor & outdoor hot tub along with pool. Exercise room has a cable machine!

Worked well for our overnight stay. The walls were a bit thin so you may be able to hear your neighbors but it didn’t bother us. The pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs were the highlight for the family. Great location and the free breakfast is always a hit. Would stay there again.

Property was as advertised and clean. Wall AC unit was mildly noisy but not unexpected for that unit type. Great staff, Kim especially at reception was lovely and helpful. Nice pool and indoor and outdoor hot tub, little comfy outdoor sitting areas. And parking without hassle was a lovely contrast to stuff closer to that main area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is the lack of soundproofing. We could hear everything, including a barking dog and a crying baby on a different floor. Nice workout facility, indoor pool and hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a dog room since we brought out pups and it was still a very clean and modern room and interior. We were pleasantly surprised. The buffet could need more seating options. We had to eat in our room because it was overly crowed. We loved the pool and whirlpools and the receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Stayed 3 days for a anniversary After making reservation I did call the hotel and ask if we could have a higher level room for a view, she said she would do their best and put it in the notes Checked in 3 pm Gave us a room ground level by the loud exit door, asked and asked but they said there were no rooms higher up the were ready? Our room had a long hair hanging in the lamp shade, black mold in shower, holes in both sides of the chair Noisy noisy room Safeway truck dock and parking lot right out our window Other rooms doors slamming And dogs barking night and morning I did call the office they seemed confused about the dog and told me they were checking out Only yo put in a group of a lot of people in the next night so there was party in same room right across from us, door slamming for hours Exhausting weekend shouldn’t have stayed 3 nights Breakfast well frozen eggs, nothing worth it go out for breakfast or brunch Breakfast gal was nice and keep it clean Did call hotel.com and asked if they could move us but didn’t get any were either Wouldn’t stay their ever again Would search better Hotel did give us back $ 40.00 of our bill of 150.00 a night So hotel gave us total $ 50.00 Not enough for that weekend I was told from the front desk that this room area was where 3rd party reservations stay meaning hotel.com and others.

The front desk staff and shower was amazing. Everything else was super disappointing for the outrageous $600 a night. Room smelt of wet dog, there were dogs in multiple rooms barking all night, the walls are paper thin and you could hear everyone walking and talking all night. They didn’t even clean our room for the outrageous price, they said they can only clean them every other day.

Nice hotel in Leavenworth. Modern and clean. The free breakfast had the standard waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, oatmeal, cold cereal, danish, yogurt, coffee and juice. It was really nice. Enjoyed our stay will stay again.

Bathroom floor needed mopping. I wiped some water spilled and the floor was dirty showed up well on the white washcloth. They also charged 75.00 for pet stay whether 1 day or 4. They explained that $75. Was for extra cleaning g if do why was the bathroom floor so dirty? Plus a refundable $25.00 charge for damage. It’s also a long walk to the town of Leavenworth, else you have to pay for parking.

The breakfast is great. The pillows and mattress were terrible. Put head on pillow and it goes flat to mattress. They aren’t good enough to donate. I would rather sleep on a blowup camping mattress. Our backs were in pain after two nights on their saggy mattress. Unfortunately had a third night reserved to suffer in Leavenworth. WA.

This was my second stay here at the Hampton. As always, my experience was overall positive. I understand this is a pet friendly hotel, I am all for it. However, I was staying in a room directly across the hall from someone who had a dog that constantly barked its head off, even during the night. I realize that sound travels, no matter what hotel you stay in, but I do wish all the pet friendly rooms had their own floor. I don’t know if that’s possible. I also wish that it was easier to get to the front of the hotel from the main parking lot. I was traveling with my senior citizen parents, and it was difficult for them to walk all the way around the little hill that’s directly in front of the main entrance. If there were some stairs leading up from parking, that would make it so much easier. This hotel is wonderful, though. Don’t get me wrong. The free breakfast in the morning is great, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Just note that you may hear barking dogs.

The room was fine. Nothing fancy. Bath towels were stiff and fairly small. There were only a couple kleenex tissues and no replacement box. It was a tub and not a shower which makes it difficult when you're a senior. Zero view. Price was insane ($420) for what we received.

Room was not ready at check in time, waited at least 45 minutes at the lobby, no one updated us of the status of our room. Saw new guests checking in with no problem, went up to the desk to ask about the status, was told they haven’t heard anything from the housekeeper, then checked in the computer and found out the rooms are actually ready. Not happy about this.

Helpful, friendly staff. We appreciated being able to leave our bags at the office before checkin, and early checkin since we arrived by train early in the morning. Had a great stay. Kay at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Made us feel welcomed. Everything was clean and room was spacious w/ a great shower. Would highly recommend. Close enough to downtown Leavenworth to walk or a few minute drive.

Kim at the front desk was so amazing and helpful! It felt like we were in her home. All of the front desk staff was very friendly and with customer service lacking in this industry, the people here were amazing!! I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy staying at a Hampton Inn any time if they were all like this!!! Thank you!!

The property is at a great location; it is a 1-2 minutes walk through the parking lot to Safe Way and the bus stop is right outside of the parking lot where you can location the free shuttle to town and the Amtrak bus stop. I didn’t think the service was great at all! They ran out of blankets and pillows and the maids were rude! I had asked for toilet paper when I saw a maid outside of our room as we only had one roll and our family was there for four days (this was our second day) and I was told I’d have to go downstairs for more “this is only for priority guests” not sure what we were if not priority after paying almost 2k for our three night stay! The area is absolutely gorgeous and the hotel did offer board games and two washers and two driers which was appreciated.

Very convenient and clean. Close to a grocery store and to the free shuttle to downtown which is just 5 minutes away, but useful if you don't want to drive due to snowy conditions or when downtown parking is full. It has a well maintained indoor swimming pool.

Not as good as expected. We used to love all Hampton Inns. We have either outgrown them, or the quality has decreased. We reserved a 2 queen for our family of four. You get housekeeping with towel service every other day. But there is only a hanger for one towel. How are you supposed to dry the others? The bathroom door is barn style and does not close tight. Uncomfortable to use bathroom with 1 inch gap open. They had some of the thinnest cheapest toilet paper I have had in a hotel. Second day there, we got to breakfast an hour before it was supposed to be over. They were out of sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, all fruit, cheese, cream cheese, muffins, lucky charms. There was only other dry cereal, scrambled eggs, toast and a long line for waffles available. After 20 min only sausage was replaced. We went to Safeway to get breakfast. We checked in about 430 on a spring break Sunday. Only one person at front desk. She was pleasant but took over 15 minutes to help the family in front of us. Sounded like they had been sent to a uncleaned room the first time they checked in. Pros: The beds were comfortable. The fridge worked well. We appreciated the car charger. Coffee was always available. I do not think we would stay here again
