The hotel is great for the location and price, I was there for 2 nights, on those days they decided to be doing maintenance to the pool during hours of operations, I was there to take my son to the pool, that was one of the main reasons why we select this hotel. I was really disappointed.

We had tickets to the Giants/Commanders game and opted to stay with you because you are close to FedEx Field. We were delighted with the size of our room and how clean and comfortable it was. And we were also thrilled that we didn't have to drive to the stadium ourselves but got to ride on a shuttle bus that picked up and returned guests to the hotel, particularly when we got to the stadium and saw just how hard it was to drive into it and park. We were also tickled that there were so many other Giants fans, and very nice Commanders fans, and we all enjoyed the bus ride and camaraderie together. If we get tickets again, we will definitely stay with you!

We were in town for a football game. Place was clean and quiet and front desk staff was excellent all weekend. Very friendly at check in. Everything for shopping and dining is in walking distance. The hotel offers a paid shuttle service to and from the game which is very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was comfortable enough, but the bed was hard and the pillows extra soft. The breakfast was good and offered a decent variety of breakfast foods, such as cereal, oatmeal, pastries and toast, and waffles. The hotel is located next to a highway, and the noise is evident at all times. The room was clean. The shower head was adjustable, but there was not a middle ground with the pressure, it was either too hard or too soft. The pool was closed for cleaning until 6:00 pm the day of check in and after a few minutes, I had to get out because the water was too cold.

Warm welcome upon arrival. Original room had a stain on the sheets. I was quickly moved to another room (which was also a larger room). I appreciated how it was handled. I was a little surprised they don’t allow at least a 30 minute grace period for late check out before charging (especially considering the time it took for me to Lysol room 1, communicate with front desk, wait for response, move rooms, and Lysol room 2….at least 30 minutes…)

During 4 day stay room was never cleaned or serviced trash never picked up. Air conditioning rattled on and off. Breakfast was good. Lady in breakfast was friendly and helpful. Had to go down to front desk and ask for clean towels.

Guest service was Excellent. Ms. Robin and Tieese were both amazing! The condition of room, bathroom, space, breakfast and breakfast area were also good. My issue was we were able hear everything from the rooms adjacent and above us. It felt like we were in an apartment and not a quiet quality hotel. We heard all the footsteps and stomping from the room above us, and all of the conversations from the person/ppl next door to us.

We had a wonderful stay Robyn and the whole staff provided exceptional service. I will let family and friends know to stay here on there next visit. The only thing is the rooms need a ventilation no circulation for the bathroom or sleeping room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!!

Would stay here again if I am ever in the area. Staff was super friendly and the rooms were very big and clean. Breakfast was really good and constantly being refilled. My only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable. Would have been a 10/10 for me if the bed hadnt been so hard
