Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Treadmill was not working while we were there. Location is off a heavily traveled road, so sometimes it was hard to leave the property. Does not have any markets or restaurants nearby. But they did provide breakfast in the morning and coffee/tea/hot chocolate throughout the day.

Street address is unusable in GPS. Front desk knows it. Handicapped rooms are at the end of the hallway as far from the elevator as possible. Not convenient for those with trouble walking. Breakfast mediocre, with frozen commercial pre made food. Telephone in room on desk not night table.

An extremely clean, modern and pleasant hotel. I was greeted cheerfully and had no issues. I do want to note for solo (and other travelers) that not only is there no restaurant on the premises, there really is only one close by (a tapas restaurant). As much as I liked the hotel, another with closer restaurants was probably more what I needed at the end of a long day of traveling.

We had 2 rooms. One had bed bugs. Staff was rude and in denial they were bed bigs. Said they were lady bugs. Person in our group is in pest control and knows bed bugs. Management was rude and was only concerned about rebooking that room after they moved us

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Needless to say, if you want a quiet room, you won’t get one unless your neighbor is quiet. We could hear snoring from the other room and then at 3am in the morning I woke up to a guy having phone conversations, several throughout the early mornings. I couldn’t get sleep until 6am. I have no idea why they make paper thin walls where you could even hear a fart in the other room. It was a sleepless night.

Convenient for early morning appointment. I’ve stayed here a number of times. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. But the best are the beds. I’ve stayed in 5 star “luxury” NYc hotels many times and their beds and pillows don’t come close to these.

I can't remember the last time my family and I felt so welcomed at a hotel as we did here. Beverly at the front desk was naturally friendly and had a warmth and kindness about her that isn't always easy to find. This is a great stop; highly recommended.

Check-in was smooth and CJ at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue with our room and he was kind and swift in getting us moved to another room. This hotel is kind of off by itself, but it’s quiet and clean. Recommended if you’re going to LEGOland.

The room was not cleaned on the second day. The staff kept making excuses and even asked me whether or not I put out the 'Do not disturb' notice. However, while checking out, Amanda apologized for the incovenience and made it up for it, which was very nice. The place is very clean and quite indeed.

Second visit to this particular hotel and we were similarly pleased with it. Very friendly upon arrival and we were able to get an early check in which greatly helped with our plans as we were attending a Celebration of life Gathering. Especially nice was the morning breakfast. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming as was the attendant, whose name was Fibi. Kudos all around!

I have never been more satisfied with a hotel. The most friendly staff. One of the more pristine hotels in the area, front desk staff were spot on professional Bibi, if I'm correct was one of the best, bending over backwards to ensure that I had something to eat, quickly whipped up some eggs and bacon. I commend the ENTIRE hotel staff, completely untiring. The hardest work is done in the background. I don't know all of their names, I'm actually ashamed I don't know all of them. They should all give themselves a pat on the back for their efforts.

Every staff Member was a 10/10except for one night shift gal who had major attitude. Not helpful at all. Despite her rotten approach to her job everyone else made it a lovely stay!

Unfortunately due to construction outside leaving the hotel, it was very difficult to get on to the main road to exit and enter. A temporary light should be placed. It is an accident waiting to happen. Overall hotel stay wonderful 👍

It was a little difficult to find using GPS as the Property uses a private road in there address (which is not recognized in google maps or GPS navigations), would have been easier to find if they listed the main road in their primary address. Once we found it, accommodations were very good.

Traveled to NY for a week with family and stayed at different hotels — this one definitely has one of the better breakfasts. They have a waffle machine where you can make fresh waffles, and the sausage is really tasty. The only downside is the sausage runs out quickly, so if you wake up late, you’ll likely only get thin bacon. Also, when breakfast gets busy, the hot food refill is a bit slow. I’m giving it 3 stars on facilities because we checked in late and they had no extra blankets available, which was disappointing. Overall, decent stay mainly for the breakfast, but a few things could definitely be improved.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! We were very surprised that for such a great price we could find such a nice, clean and well appointed place. The staff are very professional, polite and helpful. The breakfast was very basic but very clean and filled with food. We look for more vegan options so choices were limited. The bed was very comfortable and the room layout was great. Very clean and a nice space.

We called to ask if we can leave the luggage ahead of check in, they allowed early checked in instead. This was very helpful as we can go ahead to Woodbury Common Premium outlets which was a short drive away. The staff were friendly. The cafeteria for breakfast was very clean and there was a waffle making machine.

Second time staying here and will be returning. The room was ready before check in. The front desk staff was friendly. After checking in I stopped by the front desk for a tooth brush and they asked if my room was to my satisfaction and if I need anything else. The breakfast was fresh and area was kept clean. There was a good variety of breakfast options. There is plenty of parking and lots of lights outside which made me feel safe when I went out to my car.
