I travel often. It was my good fortune to stumble upon this hotel late at night. The property is in great shape, modern, clean, and pleasantly cool in extreme weather. Amiable and helpful staff. Fresh, healthy breakfast with many food choices and attentive breakfast staff. Ample quiet outdoor eating space complete with a fire pit and plenty of seating. It is nicely landscaped . The hotel was sold out, parking lot full, yet peaceful experience here. 5 ✳️ will stay here each time I am in area!

The location was perfect. It had an outside fireplace and fire pit a beautifully kept in our pool. Staff were amazing and worked very hard with an exceptionally busy weekend with a lot of baseball families. Expedia customer service person Monica actually fixed our reservation when the hotel couldn't find it. She worked tirelessly for 30 minutes straight to ensure that we had a confirmation number any good stay.

They had a beautiful terrace that you can sit and be outside and watch the sunset. Reading lamps and newspapers in the lobby. Coffee tea and water an available anytime. Patient, accommodating and friendly staff who help at every request. Likely the best place I’ve stayed at!

Very clean/new property. Most expensive Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in but very nice. Very good breakfast...much better than most. Outside patio area/fireplaces are VERY nice! Thank You to the breakfast staff...you take pride in what you do!

Very nice property off of i65. Spacious facility, plenty of options for continental breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, nice outdoor space with fireplaces. Can walk to BoomBazz pizza next door and close to other food.

Cleanest hotel I have stayed in, ever! First impression walking in, it smelled good and stay was very cheerful. We constantly saw workers cleaning all the common areas each day. Every morning they were cleaning the elevators. I never see cleaning being done at other hotels. Room was extremely clean. Staff were friendly! Great place! Wish there were more like you! Thank you!

In general, the room was clean and well kept. Bed was clean but mattress felt old. I use a much softer mattress so I had trouble sleeping due to back pain. The shower would benefit by installing hand grab rails. I had to be very careful not to fall.

That was the best room I have stayed in for a very long time! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and the walk-in shower was awesome! Also the nightstand was big enough for my cpap machine and there were plenty of outlet and usb plugs! 5 stars!!!

My room was super comfortable with a lovely view of the sunset. Lots of spaces to hang out outside with beautiful flowers. And my breakfast was surprisingly delicious—fried potatoes with bell peppers, bacon and pork flautas, lots of other choices (and of course a pancake machine.) Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was very nice, as it is newer. Location is great with many dining options around. They weren’t able to provide us with a late checkout or any other changes even though it appeared the hotel was only about a quarter full, as they said we booked with Expedia, so keep that in mind if considering.

From start to finish our stay at HI Elizabethtown was outstanding. Check in and check out was fast, everyone pleasant and accommodating. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. Definitely staying again on our next trip.

We stayed due to a soccer tournament in the area. My daughter had to be at the field at 715am but their breakfast didn't begin until 7am. At check-in I asked if there would be anything available that she could grab on the way out and they said they would have something for her just to stop by the kitchen. There was a small bag with our Room # on it with a hot breakfast inside and fruit and a beverage. It was so appreciated and not something many other hotels have offered to do in the past. Great job!

Very nice place to stay. The breakfast was very nice. There is a 24 hour Coffee Machine for those who need more energy. The area was very good. There were gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks, & Culvers. The bedroom was very well organised with good lighting. The bathroom was very clean with a lovely shower. If you forget your essentials such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, a comb, and more, the reception desk will swiftly replace it free of chrage. The reception people are very nice and caring. Overall 9.67 out of ten.

Hotel was usual Holiday Inn Express standards of great. Only one comment--we stayed on a Saturday night and breakfast was to start at 7:00am. We wanted to hit the road very early and were in the dining room right at 7:00 and there was a note on the bacon that it would not be ready for 15 minutes. When it did come out, there was only a small amount and lots of people waiting for it. Otherwise, everything was great.
