Had a great time once again. We had a lot of fun at the casino and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the casual dining as well as fancy. We always go to the pool and the work out room. We will definitely be back soon.

The pool was, I believe heated and spotless. What a nice surprise ! The jacuzzi was also spotless ! Room was comfy and clean. The sports bar was perfect and the bartender was friendly and prompt. I’d definitely stay again.

Overall it’s a nice place for a short stay. However the indoor pool had green slime around the edges of the pool which needs to be cleaned better. They should also invest in better towels and bed linens.

The room was very nice and clean good size no tub though that was fine for me huge shower indoor pool nice hot tub small but nice we didn’t find the outside pool until last day so didn’t get to use that feel like they could use more signage to get between hotel and casino etc check in staff were amazing and very nice

Love the availability for the handicap scooter rentals that made life so much more pleasant to get around. Discount for breakfast buffet. Beautiful country side views. The rooms are very spacious and most beds are comfortable. All in all love that you make seniors young and older most comfortable and looking forward to going to one of the shows you guys have of the famous 60’s 70’s and so on groups who sing all our favorites from that era. Thank you for all you and your staff.

They seem to have routine shot tub issues. 3 previous times were there the hot tub wasn’t working right. Made complaints during those stays. Then they finally replaced it and worked well until this stay. Made another complaint at check out today and they are addressing it

Had a great time at Tioga Downs! The rooms and entire facility were SUPER clean and well run. The casino was non-smoking as were all of the hotel rooms. I was traveling to Rochester and stayed here as a halfway point. Anyone who thinks it's not worth traveling to this resort will be pleasantly surprised! Go for a getaway weekend!

First rime here was alot of fun. Great casino. Great food and waitress Cassie at PJ Clarks. The room however was dirty. Sink was plugged and convinced bedding was possilby not changed. Sheets not secured around the comforter and the comforter was just thrown on the bed making it appear possibly not changed. Couldnt sleep. Told the front desk staff at check out and they did not seem to care. Said they would let the priper people know. Not even an apology. Disappointing.

This hotel always has dusty rooms... I've stayed a few times and each time the rooms are dusty and the mirrors are always streaky which leads me to believe they don't clean very well. However, with that being said, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi aren't very big and the outside pool and slide were not in operation on the way we stayed not sure why there was nothing posted. The food on the property is good and average priced, we did not utilize the casino during this stay because we had children with us. So other than the dustiness and streakiness everything else was suitable.

Went to Tioga Downs for my 60th Birthday. Had a fun time. Dinner at PJs was delicious. My only complaint was the bed. No box spring just a 6 inch mattress on a wooden bed frame. My back is killing me. The room was huge and the bathroom was very nice. Huge shower.

We did not have a comfortable stay in Tioga on this Trip. We were on the 3rd floor which is the entrance Way to the casino. Issue was yelling and swearing From midnight until around 4 in the morning. In addition there was periodic banging of furniture In adjacent rooms. Could have been from above Not quite sure of the direction it was coming from. This was the first time we experienced this on our Numerous trips to this hotel. Avoid staying on the 3rd floor. Sleepless night.

Very nice property, we had a great stay overall. We visited the area for the first time to see the Finger Lakes and all the wonderful waterfalls - surprise - the summer has been very dry so the waterfalls were water trickles - still wonderful sights - just disappointed a bit. The hotel / bed was a bit of an issue since the fitted sheet on our King size bed did not fit correctly and would slid off and bunch up during the night as you move - frustrating and hard to sleep.

The room was spacious, hospitality was outstanding, the bed was comfy and the shower stall & shower head were amazing. We had a view of the track but the horses weren’t running that day but in the foggy morning the horses were on track exercising.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was well appointed. Shower had good water pressure and design did not let water splash all over the floor. The room air conditioner vent is on the wall and blows air directly in your face when you aleep. The sheets and pilows smelled like some type of spray that reminded me of sweat and vodka on a hot summer day. There are two night lights - no thank you. Had to cover them. Bathrooom had a motion activated night light. Nice feature.

The facilities were nice looking and clean. I would have reviewed this place with a 5 if I had not encountered any staff. The front desk, cage cashier, and waitstaff at the restaurant have plenty of room for improvement. The food at the restaurant is cafeteria fare at best. Other than the facility there really isn't anything else in the immediate area. They don't even have a decent convenience store nearby. So if you do stay here and want some good food or coffee you'll have to drive over to Sayre or Waverly.

put our sign to clean the room, were goingall day until 10 pm, come up to a unmake room,no beds make,no clean towels no coffee and cups,nothing has been touched.called down stairs ,said we coud come down for towels. told then when we checked out,they were suprised that sign ws up and no one cleaned,then another lady was checking out and told them the same has sign out and no one cleaned.I paid for room with no service. mrs piersma

All the handicapped parking spots in front of the hotel were full my entire 3 day stay. The lot across the street was not well lit. I saw no signs of any security personnel . The room was clean, but there was no microwave in the room to heat up food brought for my family member’s special diet. I was offered to use the microwave behind the front desk area, but it smelled terrible inside. The room refrigerator was not cold. The hotel info provided said rooms only cleaned upon request. Didn’t want my room cleaned, but the person came into my room anyway while I was gone. They made the bed & opened the curtains, but didn’t clean. So I was pissed off b/c the staff had no reason to enter my room. Not sure if they were searching my stuff. I complained to front desk and asked for the manager each morning (9/9:30) before I left the hotel, but she was never there. I was told I would get a call from her which I never did. The hotel buffet was not good. Not sure what oil base was used to cook omelettes, but it made my omelette taste weird and it was undercooked. Food didn’t appear fresh. The complimentary hotel coffee each morning was not really hot. After adding my creamer I brought from home in my cooler, the coffee was lukewarm at best. Disappointing. Try to get to the hotel before dusk. The roads to get there are narrow, totally dark and winding.

Tioga is a nice stop over during our trips to The Erie Pa area. It’s reasonable priced, safe, Easy on and off Rte 86 plus has food and Gambling entertainment in a pleasant environment.

Really thought everything looked quite well. Enjoy the race track seeing the horses trainers working them out. The casino was very nice and your dealers were quite friendly. Breakfast was really good great service very tasty and your upscale restaurant didn’t excellent job. We will be back again someday your truly Dr. Jeffrey.

A Great Stay at Tioga Downs Casino Resort/Just a Smile Away from Perfect: My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at Tioga Downs Casino Resort. The resort is clean, quiet, and comfortable, an ideal stop for travelers on a long drive looking for a peaceful place to rest. Although it’s set in a more remote area, the property is easy to access by car and feels well-maintained and thoughtfully organized. While the building has a few years on it, the rooms were nicely updated. The buffet for breakfast is a great deal, especially with the additional discount for a first-time stay. Veteran friendly, with casino-run eateries offering 20% off. Easy on/off from the interstate.

Room was clean, but in disrepair. Some issues in the room (broken cabinet, tp obviously use) "Family hours" on the pool aren't mentioned anywhere on the sites and cut our pool time short. The water slide is only open during races on the weekends, also not mentioned anywhere on the either site. The restaurant was abysmal. Ate at Coasters. Everything took forever, the staff seemed not to know how to do their jobs, long waits on seating, ordering, food coming out. The tally: more than 5 min to be seated, more than 10 mins before drink orders taken, (bar customer who was seated after us was served and out before our food ever came) over 30 mins from ordering and a prompting from me to the manager to get our food. All the sauces were missing, never cheched back to make sure food was ok. Had to request silverware, which needed to be fetched from a back hall. Not up to the standard i would expect.

Overall the room itself - and the staff - were fine. Clean rooms - nice people. I had read awful reviews about the casino itself (horrible payouts) but we dumped $60 into a machine nevertheless - and never even had any temporary winnings - so the lousy payout argument is probably true.....FYI - even when you are gambling here - you still have to pay for your drinks - nothing is compliments of the house (I've never seen a Casino that does that before). But if you just need a clean room - its a nice place to stay.

We had a very nice time and actually did win some money. The rooms were very nice, looks like a new room. The bed comfy. Slept really good. The buffet was well stocked for dinner and delicious. Breakfast was the same many choices. Not Luke your other breakfast at hotel’s.

Very nice hotel. Parts of casino shut down early so if you have tickets to cash in (FanDuel) find out times. Dunkin donuts not open till later on in morning. Buffet breakfast not ready at 7 am as on schedule. Lady was real nice and got me a coffee on the house. Would definitely stay again.
