Pleasantly surprised. FYI - Wednesday is ladies night, $59 for a room. Thursday is Men’s night, $59 for a room. The King room was spotless. The restaurant prices are ridiculously low. The Ribeye, Catfish special was unbelievable, and the amount of food is gut busting. The wait staff is extremely pleasant. The casino could pay out a little better.

We spent the night on our way through, the room was very nice, the restaurant was delicious and clean, great service. The casino was nice and all the staff were all great. They seem happy to be there. The live band was good while we had a cocktail in the club. Overall great experience will definitely return.

Loved this hotel, so much to do just at it. Casino, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a club, free games like foosball/pool etc, a bowling alley. We had a date weekend there and loved it. Food was really good. Staff was great!

Like that the casino is attached to the other side of hotel. Like the deli, Like the looks and cleanliness of the hotel room . Dislike that they have no in room microwaves, little fridges, no indoor pool .. only very thin toilet paper , the tv had very bad reception on most channels and the desk staff upon arrival wasnt speaking very friendly... not mean, but not friendly. Also was told issues with using Verizon cell phone reception

This was our 2nd time staying here. The staff was amazing. We went to get ready for bed and I pulled sheets down(I always check our bed fully). There was a few drops of dried blood on sheets. Called front desk and they immediately took care of it and apologized. Brought all clean linen. I keep hoping they will put a fridge or at least a microwave in the rooms. That would make our stay so much easier. Overall a great stay. We had a blast at the casino like always. Twin bridges was a win again as well. Discovered the deli this time around for breakfast, really good food and get your money's worth.

Very clean and well maintained property. Room is exceptional. Staff in the hotel are amazing and friendly. Desk agent remembered us from our checkout this past Monday. She located me having breakfast last Monday and let me know that my medication was at the front desk after it was found in our room. Staff at the deli in the casino was cheerful and helpful when we ordered our meal. If we end up traveling back to Dallas for my final surgery in a month or so you can bet (sorry no pun intended) That we will return here. Great job to all of the staff!

The thermostat in the room wasnt working so we were either burning up or really cold. The shower was really dirty I'll include pictures after my statement. Spent over $500 and not once did we win anything and played every slot machine. I got food poisoning the first night we stayed here something in the pizza i guess. There was no microwave in the room. For $113 a night i would expect better . Super 8 has more amenities and there alot less expensive. Stood in line at the front desk lobby for 20 minutes just needing an extra blanket and had to listen to an angry customer complain about bedbugs in there room. Very disappointed in are stay.

So a couple of things I found strange was there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. And I’m from out of state so may not be odd for others was they allowed smoking in the casino itself. That said everything else was great. The room size of the room I had was very nice.

At first glance, the room was great. Large. Appeared to be clean. Then the gremlins appeared. There's no mini-fridge. The walls are incredibly thin. I haven't been able to hear my neighbors that clearly in a long, long time. The toilet doesn't have soft close, which caught me by surprise. Apparently, it caught our neighbors by surprise, too. We heard a bang, then oh crap! Heard them talking, their TV. Thank goodness they were well behaved. We were at the front of the hotel on the thrid floor near the entrance. Could hear every car come and go. My wife went to make coffee the first morning. It was disgusting! Someone had put coffee grounds where the water goes, so it was caked to the container. Apparently, either the cleaning staff doesn't clean it or they don't care. The bed was a little stiff for my liking, but my wife liked it. The pillows were really soft, which I liked but my wife didn't. LOL Bathroom at first glance was nice. But, instead of nice tile in the shower, it was simply a cheap insert. Twin Bridges was awesome, as was the deli. All-in-all, the hotel was incredibly disappointing, the restaurants and casino were great.

The only thing missing was a refrigerator but we found out you can ask for one. We didn’t know that till we checked out. Room was great and quiet. Very clean and walk in shower.

The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. The facility is just wrong. Why is a room for disabled people more than a football field length from the elevator. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect a disabled person to walk that far. How is it that a hotel of this size has only two luggage carts (both of which are in need of repair). The staff did not know where one was when a disabled person needed it to move their luggage from their car to the room hundreds of yards away. We accidentally found one in the hall. At check out one of us walked over a hundred yards again to the lobby to see if a cart was there. We found both of them in the vestibule. Trash cans in the public areas, especially in the parking lots were overflowing and that meant the wind was blowing some of it all over the place. As disabled people it is very unlikely we would ever stay there again, but maybe they don't care. C'mon, Wyandottes are better than this

What was originally meant as a good stopping point for a very long trip turned out to be a gem of a room! The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful. A very pleasant and welcome surprise to weary travelers! We arrived late and had to leave early, so we only enjoyed breakfast before we left. Well worth the short journey off the interstate!

This is probably one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in. The property is well kept and the staff is top notch. It is kind of away from things, which I like, but may not be everyone's cup of tea. Can't beat it for the price.

We had a great stay. Check-in and staff was lovely. Upon getting to our room everything was clean and in great shape. There isn’t much in the surrounding area - but you don’t need it. Their food was delicious and a great value. Would stay again

Never been to a casino in virtually the middle of nowhere, but clean and with comfortable beds at an affordable price. My husband and I were on our way to Arkansas in early May, and decided to spend one night here, and it was cheap but way, way nicer that I anticipated. The only drawback is that there isn't any decent place to eat here. The food was greasy and nasty like most casino food, and I think the only thing we had that was edible was a Rueben sandwich. I would eat before arriving. Other than that tidbit of advice, this place had a very nice room and bathroom. Very welcoming and quiet.

We'd stayed numerous times at this casino/hotel. The restaurant is quite good/reasonably priced. Previously, the restaurant was open for breakfast (menu or buffet). The restaurant is no longer open for breakfast and the option is "The Deli" adjacent to casino floor. We ate breakfast there this stay and it was edible.....barely.
