Gross! The check in was fine. Parking is inconvenient. It apparently has long stay people living there. The room was so outdated and musty smelling. We didn’t even approach to going back to the office. Put the key in the container marked “Key” on the table, took out stuff and booked up the road. A case of “you get what you have pay for.” $100 lesson learned.

It is a very peaceful and clean hotel and the staff was outstanding! It does not have a very big parking lot and parking was a little tight one night as a vehicle parked over the line and we have a large pickup. Also, the internet is very spotty...I tried unsuccessfully to log on and the staff helped me but I was never able to stay connected as the connection was always bad. Unfortunately this meant the tv also didn't work as it required internet to use the firestick. Room was great though!

Clean room, quiet, excellent for sleeping. Parking right in front of my room. Heat worked, hot water, decent pressure, and again, very clean. Bed was comfy and clean. Owners or managers, whoever they were were super nice and we chatted a bunch about things. It was clean. Haha, that's really important.

Worst place I have ever stayed. Changed rooms 3 times. Plumbing issues, heater didn't work so they gave me a space heater, electricity shut off. Mold in the bathroom, smelled very musty. Room was dirty, like had not been dusted or had carpet cleaned in a decade. Stay away from this dump.

The ceiling fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and the overall space needs a deep cleaning. The pillow I had was as hard as a rock and the room was either too hot or too cold. I couldn't adjust the temperature. My wife couldn't turn off the shower and I had to really work at getting it shut off. This place is a real dive in my opinion and I would not encourage anyone to stay here.

I was looking for an inexpensive, convenient, and comfortable place to stay for 2 nights while I was attending a huge volleyball event in nearby Oshkosh. This motel met all my expectations- The room was clean and adequate, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cost was minimal for what the motel provided me with.

Old, tired property. Room was in bad condition. Bathroom walls, cabinetry, trim in disrepair. Would not recommend to anyone. On top of that I paid $202 for one night in a motel that should have been $40 per night.

It is an old place that now has new owners. I could not understand the guy who checked me in. His English was bad and difficult to understand. Only reason I stayed here was the other place in town was $286 for the night.

Percy was exceptionally accommodating. She has only had this business a little over a year. For being an older hotel it was very comfortable and affordable. It does need to be updated. Convenient location, close to the downtown district. Cute little town in Ripon Wi.
