My husband and I came for a family reunion. We had to wait to check in as there was only 1 person who had left the desk to help a guest out. I didn't know about the parking fee but I understand as the hotel is located in downtown Butler. The rooms are nicely appointed, breakfast buffet is good with a few gluten free options. You can walk to several restaurants safely. The pool is small but adequate to swim in if it's just you. Work out room is more cardio based. I would stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze. Got an upgrade to my room. Staff friendly. Room was amazing & had everything we needed. Parking was easy to find and the fact I didn't have to pay for a garage was a perk. The only downside was the pool was freezing that my kids couldn't use it.

We had a great time. Pool was clean and the turn room was clean and quiet. Our room was beautiful. Only down side I would say is the breakfast was not good at all. Also no waffle or pancake maker.

Great little hotel, walkable to everything in the town. Big, nice, clean rooms. Saltwater swimming pool, decent gym. All around the hotel impressed for its star level and what is it. My only complaint would be that the breakfast was fairly underwhelming with no fruit, and kind of yucky microwaved-like egg options. We just went to a nice cafe around corner instead, so it didn’t really impact our stay.

There suite rooms are extremely clean, new, and very nice and for the nightly price you cannot beat it! It was 322 sq ft I believe and was extremely cozy, me and my fiancé enjoyed our stay.

Never booked at this location! Never would! Talked to them ONE time on the phone and they were the absolute RUDEST people you’d ever want to talk to. No help from them, nothing .

At check in at first they couldn't find my reservation. Once found they said I would have a $20 incidental fee and it charged my card $230. They could not see an authorization on their end so couldn't fix it. I had to call my bank to dispute it and have it reversed.

The hotel was lovely and exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Parking was available in a parking garage next to the hotel. I thought it would be inconvenient, but it was no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine no issues at all. The Breakfast and Coffee wasn’t the best but really no hotels have a decent breakfast or coffee selection. But the stay was fine.
