This hotel was very nice but the big downside is there is no parking available. There is a lot around the corner, but the deck was large and it was a huge bummer lugging all my stuff around. I called the front desk to inquire about parking, and they directed me, but made no offer to take my bags upfront while I parked the car so far away.

Hotel is ok. Staff very nice. Our suite was a little ‘tired’ could use a renovation. Chief comment is that is very noisy on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nites due to music, social events in lobby. Fun for community — not great for tired traveler. Maybe it was our suite location on 2nd floor. Also - they run loud music in fitness room 24x7 which you could hear from our suite.

The hotel does not have its own parking. The garage is owned by a third party. It is pay by the hour so it's not $12 a night as advertised on Expedia. Also the garage was often full. The bathroom was so dirty and out dated. I would never stay here again and I was shocked that it was affiliated with Hilton.

Very nice stay in Rahway. Parking was easy and relatively low cost in the public garage next door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well sized (two queens) with updated flooring and bathroom. Hotel was very quiet and comfortable sleep. The area around has lots of good food and bars within walking distance. And there were families and small groups around, which made it feel safe. We caught the train to NYC - super convenient and easy. Overall much more affordable than staying in NY and made it easy getting to a from a Broadway show. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent facilities!!! My room was very clean and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. FYI, parking isn't included but it is very cheap so it's really not a bother.

The hotel was clean and quiet. I loved the industrial decor! Water was hot and the pressure was good. The live entertainment Friday night was also a plus. However, I did not like that I had to park in the parking garage around the corner from the hotel. The hotel has no parking.

Liked proximity to commuter train into NY city - across street. Parking not included. $14 per 24 hr in a city parkade.Noise in hall loud early each morning. AC system needs a full time option for fan only ( would like always on).On request they brough a mini frig but had no freezer compartment and was very small. First time staying with this Hilton boutique brand - was very nice. It had 2 floors of hotel guest rooms and rest of building was condo's.

The property itself was connected to a garage which was great because parking on the street is nonexistent. However to say this is a fairly newer hotel the rooms are horrible. At this point I think the housekeepers just come in and make the beds then leave. Every inch of the place had hair from previous hotel guests from the front door to the bathroom to the bed. The bathroom itself needs a thorough cleaning. The furniture is very dusty. Honestly this was one of the worst places I’ve stayed in NJ.

3.5/5 Service was good and check-in/out was expedient. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves some to be desired- found multiple hair strands on 4 towels, and there was some foreign stains on the corner of the comforter, and mold/algae around the mirror sink. Requested toiletries and a toothbrush, and it's probably the worst thing I have ever used- made gums bleed so much that I just ended up buying one from a drugstore instead. I like that there's a chill lounge area in the lobby with seating and some table games scattered throughout (giant Jenga blocks!). Parking garage is adjacent to the hotel (separate charge) and convenient enough. Overall was a decent stay for a few nights- bed and pillows were comfortable, and room was spacious. Did expect more from a '4-star' hotel though.

The hotel is nice but no fridge or microwave in the room. I requested a fridge and no shelves were in it. The lighting in the room sucked and even though i adjusted the heat the room was still freezing cold and I guess it was one of those "smart" thermostats so it kept lighting up if you moved whole sleeping which was annoying and it auto adjusted the temperature as well. And you have to pay for parking. I wouldn\'t stay again.

Corner suite was large but very poorly lit and dark even with every light on resulting in a room that was not welcoming. No water. No luggage rack. One Bedside sconce didn’t have a switch which was odd as the identical one on the other side did. Bed not comfortable.

Extremely thin walls so you can hear everything going on in the hallways, tvs had terrible old channels so there was nothing interesting to watch, and the beds felt like a brick. Very uncomfortable stay.

I love staying here! I’ve been to this hotel at least 4-5 times this year and I have zero complaints. The staff is great, the location is amazing and the beds are very comfortable. They have live jazz music on Saturday nights and it’s lively plus the drinks are great. The one area for improvement is the WiFi. I find that problematic sometimes.

What I didn’t like was , I ask for a fridge cus my daughter uses an insulin , I was assured I would be given one , and kept asking till I left , and I didn’t get any, I have to buy an ice box and get ice to preserve it .

Had a mixed feedback related to staff here, the person who did check-in was good, there was a problem with reservation which he was able to address. But the following day there was a lady at the desk who was rude and was not helpful. I did not expect such poor service from Hilton. Be aware though expedia shows breakfast is included with fee paid, the hotel only provides breakfast for 2 adults, they deny children.

Front Desk staff were fast, efficient and helpful. Bar service friendly. Staff in the dining area were surly and unhelpful.. They only time one of them spoke was to inform diners that the "Free Breakfast" advertised on Expedia, and their own website, was not actually free!

This hotel was an excellent option for a weekend staycation. My significant other had to work on Sunday after a comedy show the night prior. He works in NJ so instead of several trips to and from Long Island we decided to stay for weekend. Best decision. The staff was friendly. From the front desk to the parking lot attendant, everyone was welcoming. The Lounge (In house restaurant) had delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Plus, it was reasonably price. I'd recommend to family and friends.

Overall great experience. The rooms are nicely updated and clean. Special shout-out to Ray in the restaurant. Super nice guy full of details on what to do with free time. Wish the heater was quieter and please for the love of God stop with the egg soup in the buffet. You have amazing sausage and bacon and you back it up with egg jello slop

I love the design of the hotel. Rustic and industrial. But it feels like home. I love the live music on friday and saturdays. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The dinner is delicious. What i didnt like: Breakfast menu had no pancakes or fresh fruit on it. The pillows are too soft, gave me neck pain and i didnt sleep well.

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The room was warm, clean and cosy . Conveniently located opposite the train station making it easy to commute to Manhatten for roughly 21 dollars return . There was a nice bar serving food until late called "The Waiting Room" a short walk away and most of the staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly.

I did not like the breakfast attendant service. She was not friendly at all and lacks customer service skills. Its early and the first thing one sees is a bitter lady who tosses menus at you. Front desk ladies were great! All of them.
